The handle 115 is a movable handle and can reciprocate between a use position and a storage position. When the use is needed, the handle 115 can be pulled out for use; when not in use, the handle 115 can be retracted into the handle slot, so that the shape of the portable cleaning assembly 1 is more regular, which is not only beneficial to improving the aesthetic property of the portable cleaning assembly 1, but also beneficial to accommodating the portable cleaning assembly 1.
Of course, the handle 115 may also be a fixed handle.
In one example, further, the portable cleaning assembly 1 is generally in the form of an elongated cylindrical structure, as shown in fig. 2 and 3.
When the portable cleaning assembly 1 is in a slender cylindrical structure as a whole, the shape of the portable cleaning assembly is relatively close to that of the brush rod 22 of the floor brush assembly 2, which is beneficial to reducing the width size of the cleaning device 100, and is more beautiful, and not only is convenient for the whole storage of the cleaning device 100, but also is convenient for the separated storage of the cleaning device 100. For example, the portable cleaning assembly 1 may be generally cylindrical in configuration.
In another example, the portable cleaning assembly 1 has an overall low profile block configuration, as shown in FIG. 4.
When the portable cleaning assembly 1 is in a short and thick block structure as a whole, the size of the disassembled portable cleaning assembly is relatively small, so that the portable cleaning assembly is convenient to store independently, and the portable cleaning assembly 1 and other cleaning accessories 3 can be conveniently formed into a small and convenient cleaning device 100. For example, the portable cleaning assembly 1 may have a generally cubic block-like configuration.
In the above examples, the portable cleaning assembly 1 has various shapes, which is convenient for meeting different requirements of different users.
Further, the first waterway interface and the second waterway interface both include a clean water outlet (not shown) and a sewage inlet (not shown).
In an exemplary embodiment (not shown), the tank 12 includes a clean water tank and a dirty water tank, with the clean water discharge communicating with the clean water tank and the dirty water intake communicating with the dirty water tank.
In another exemplary embodiment, as shown in fig. 11, 12, 13 and 14, the tank 12 includes a housing 121 and a partition (as will be understood with particular reference to the flexible partition member 122 described below) located within the housing and dividing the interior space of the housing 121 into a fresh water space 1232 and a dirty water space 1231, the fresh water discharge port communicating with the fresh water space 1232 and the dirty water suction port communicating with the dirty water space 1231.
The tank 12 may comprise a clean water tank and a dirty water tank, which are independent of each other, for containing clean water and dirty water, respectively. The water tank 12 may also be a decontamination integrated water tank, which is advantageous for reducing the size and weight of the cleaning device 100.
In one illustrative embodiment, the partition is a flexible barrier member 122, and the tank 12 includes: a housing 121 and at least one flexible isolation member 122.
Specifically, the case 121 is provided with a connection portion 1213, as shown in fig. 13 and 14, the connection portion 1213 being used to connect the cleaning body 11 of the cleaning apparatus 100 (as shown in fig. 15). The flexible isolation member 122 is disposed in the box body 121, and is fixedly connected to the box body 121, and is configured to divide an internal space of the box body 121 into a plurality of liquid storage spaces with variable volumes (the liquid storage spaces can be specifically understood with reference to the sewage space 1231 and the clean water space 1232 described below).
Wherein at least one of the liquid storage spaces is set as a sewage space 1231, at least one of the liquid storage spaces is set as a clean water space 1232, and the box body 121 is provided with a sewage port 1214 communicating with the sewage space 1231 and a clean water port 1215 communicating with the clean water space 1232, as shown in fig. 13 and 14. The sewage port 1214 communicates with the sewage suction port. The clear water port 1215 is in communication with a clear water discharge port.
In the water tank 12 provided by the embodiment of the present invention, the flexible isolation component 122 is used to divide the internal space of the tank body 121 into a plurality of liquid storage spaces, which is equivalent to integrating a separately configured clean water tank and a sewage tank in the related art, and the volume variability of each liquid storage space is used to meet the volume requirements of the clean water tank and the sewage tank. This reduces the number of water tanks 12 provided in the cleaning apparatus 100, thereby reducing the volume of the cleaning apparatus 100, reducing the weight of the cleaning apparatus 100, and contributing to improvement of convenience in use for the user.
Specifically, the cleaning modes of the cleaning apparatus 100 such as a mopping machine and a mopping robot are: conveying clean water in the clean water tank to the floor mopping component, pumping sewage formed by the wrapped garbage into the sewage tank, and leaving part of water on the ground and the floor mopping component or evaporating in the working process. Therefore, the water quantity in the whole machine cannot be increased in the working process, and only part of water flows into the sewage tank from the clean water tank. However, in the related art, the clean water tank and the sewage tank are two separate spaces, at least one of the two spaces is in an empty state or a semi-empty state, and the space is not utilized, so that the volume and the gravity of the machine are increased unnecessarily.
In the water tank 12 according to the embodiment of the present invention, the flexible isolation member 122 is used to divide the inner space of the single water tank 12 into a plurality of liquid storage spaces with variable volumes, so that the clean water space 1232 can be gradually distributed to the sewage space 1231 during the operation process. Thus, the reuse of the space of the water tank 12 is realized, and the number of the water tanks 12 required to be equipped in the cleaning device 100 is reduced, so that the volume and the weight of the cleaning device 100 can be reduced, and the use convenience of a user is improved.
In addition, the flexible isolation component 122 can be directly and naturally flexibly deformed under the action of gravity, fluid action force and the like, so that the shape change is realized, and the volume change of different liquid storage spaces is further realized. Compared with the scheme that the rigid separation piece is arranged in the box body 121 and the position of the rigid separation piece driven by the driving device correspondingly changes to change the volume of the liquid storage space, the driving device does not need to be additionally arranged, so that the structure of the water tank 12 is greatly simplified, the product cost is reduced, the phenomenon that the driving device bubbles are movably clamped in water can not occur, scratches of the box body 121 caused by repeated movement of the rigid separation piece can not occur, and the appearance of the water tank 12 is favorably improved.
In addition, because flexible isolation component 122 and box 121 fixed connection, the position can not change in the course of the work to guaranteed the leakproofness in each stock solution space, can effectively prevent to take place the weeping phenomenon between the adjacent stock solution space, consequently this scheme also need not additionally to set up the sealing member between isolation component and box 121, this product structure has also been simplified.
On the other hand, compared with the isolating parts which are arranged in the box body 121 and can be deformed in a stretching mode, the isolating parts are deformed in a stretching mode to change the volume of the liquid storage space, the flexible isolating parts 122 of the scheme can not remain materials such as water accumulation, sewage and garbage due to the fact that more folds are generated in the working process, and fatigue damage due to the fact that the folds are too much can be avoided.
Further, the case 121 is also provided with a connecting portion 1213, as shown in fig. 13 and 14. The connection portion 1213 can be connected to the cleaning body 11 of the cleaning apparatus 100, ensuring the reliability of connection of the water tank 12 to the cleaning body 11.
The form of the connection portion 1213 may be, but is not limited to: connecting hole, spliced pole, inserted block, jack, buckle, draw-in groove isotructure. The structures such as the connecting hole and the connecting column can be fixedly connected with the cleaning body 11 through the fastening pieces such as the screws, so that the water tank 12 is fixedly connected with the cleaning body 11. The structures of the plug block, the jack and the like can ensure that the water tank 12 is matched with the cleaning body 11 in an inserted manner. Buckle, draw-in groove etc. can make water tank 12 and clean body 11 realize the joint cooperation.
Further, the sewage port 1214 may be used only for inflow of sewage into the sewage space 1231, or may be used for discharge of sewage out of the sewage space 1231. A valve for controlling the opening and closing of the sewage port 1214 can be further arranged at the sewage port 1214. The fresh water port 1215 may be used only for fresh water to exit the fresh water space 1232 or may be used for fresh water to flow into the fresh water space 1232. A valve for controlling the on-off of the clean water port 1215 can be arranged at the clean water port 1215.
In an exemplary embodiment, further, the number of the flexible isolation members 122 is one, as shown in fig. 13 and 14. The housing 121 includes a housing 1211 and a cover 1212, as shown in FIG. 13. The housing 1211 has an open end and a cover 1212 covers the open end of the housing 1211. The flexible isolation member 122 is connected to the housing 1211. As shown in FIG. 13, the flexible isolation member 122, the housing 1211 and the lid 1212 enclose a dirty water space 1231, and the flexible isolation member 122 and the housing 1211 enclose a clean water space 1232.
The number of the flexible isolation members 122 is one, the number of the fresh water space 1232 and the contaminated water space 1231 is one, and the contaminated water space 1231 is closer to the open end of the case 1211 than the fresh water space 1232. Because the flexible isolation component 122 only contacts sewage on one side, the tank cover 1212 can be opened to clean the side of the flexible isolation component 122 contacting sewage, so that the flexible isolation component 122 is not easy to collect sewage in the long-term use process.
Of course, the number of the flexible isolation members 122 may also be multiple, and the number of the liquid storage spaces is three or more, specifically, the liquid storage spaces may be one clean water space 1232 and multiple dirty water spaces 1231, or may be one dirty water space 1231 and multiple clean water spaces 1232, or may also be multiple clean water spaces 1232 and multiple dirty water spaces 1231. This solution allows for different clean water spaces 1232 or dirty water spaces 1231 for a cleaning device 100 equipped with a plurality of cleaning members.
In an exemplary embodiment, the flexible isolation member 122 is further provided with a stain resistant layer (not shown). The antifouling layer covers at least the side of the flexible partition member 122 facing the sewage space 1231.
The provision of the anti-fouling layer can improve the anti-fouling ability of the flexible isolation member 122, improve the cleanliness of the flexible isolation member 122, and reduce the cleaning frequency of the flexible isolation member 122, thereby further improving the convenience of use for users. Since the flexible isolation member 122 is in contact with the sewage on only one side, the antifouling layer covering the side surface of the flexible isolation member 122 can play a good role in antifouling.
Of course, the antifouling layer may cover both side surfaces of the flexible partition member 122.
Specifically, the antifouling layer can be made of antifouling paint by spraying, coating and the like.
Further, the plurality of liquid storage spaces are arranged in order in the height direction of the case 121.
The plurality of liquid storage spaces are also distributed along the height direction of the box body 121, so that the shape of the flexible isolation component 122 is changed by utilizing the gravity of liquid and the acting force of fluid, the isolation component is deformed along the up-down direction, the volume of the liquid storage spaces is further adjusted, and the structure is simple.
Of course, the arrangement of the flexible isolation member 122 is not limited to the above-mentioned manner, and for example, the flexible isolation member 122 may be arranged at intervals in the horizontal direction or at intervals in the oblique direction, and then the flexible isolation member 122 may deform in the horizontal direction or may deform in the oblique direction.
Further, in one example, the flexible isolation member 122 is a unitary structure with the housing 121.
The flexible isolation component 122 and the box body 121 can be fixedly connected in an integrated forming mode, the integrated structure is high in connection strength, good in sealing performance and free of extra sealing.
Specifically, the flexible isolation member 122 and the case 121 may be formed as an integral structure by ultrasonic welding, bonding, or the like.
In another example, the flexible isolation member 122 is removably coupled to the housing 121.
The flexible isolation member 122 is detachably connected to the housing 121, which facilitates cleaning and replacement of the flexible isolation member 122. Specifically, the flexible isolation component 122 and the box 121 may be detachably connected by using screws, bolts, flanges, and the like.
Further, the flexible isolation member 122 includes a flexible diaphragm.
The flexible isolation member 122 includes a flexible diaphragm, which is thin and easily changes in shape, thereby improving the flexibility of the volume change of the liquid storage space.
The flexible diaphragm may be made of, but not limited to, silicone, soft rubber, soft plastic, soft metal sheet, and the like.
Further, the flexible isolation member 122 includes a silicone isolator.
The silica gel piece has better flexible deformability and better sealing and water-resisting performance.
Of course, the flexible isolation component 122 may further include a skeleton, and the skeleton is located at an edge of the flexible isolation component 122, so as to be conveniently and fixedly connected to the box 121 through the skeleton.
In an exemplary embodiment, further, the water tank 12 further includes: a drive means (not shown in the figures). Wherein the driving device is coupled to the flexible isolation member 122 for adjusting the shape of the flexible isolation member 122 to adjust the volume of the reservoir.
The drive means can actively adjust the shape of the flexible isolation member 122, thereby actively adjusting the volume of the reservoir.
In one example, further, the driving device includes: and a mechanical driving device connected to the flexible isolation member 122 for driving a local movement of the flexible isolation member 122 to directly adjust the shape of the flexible isolation member 122.
The mechanical adjustment device is directly connected to the flexible isolation member 122, and can directly drive the flexible isolation member 122 to locally move, thereby directly changing the shape of the flexible isolation member 122.
In particular, the mechanical adjustment means may include, but are not limited to: the motor and the push rod, the electromagnetic push rod, the gear rack and the like. Wherein, the push rod is connected with the flexible isolation component 122, and the motor drives the push rod to move, thereby driving the flexible isolation component 122 to move. The electromagnetic push rod is connected with the flexible isolation component 122, and the flexible isolation component 122 is driven to move by switching on and switching off the electricity. The rack is connected with the flexible isolation part 122, and the flexible isolation part 122 is driven to move through the rotation of the gear.
In another example, a driving apparatus includes: and a pressure regulating device communicated with the at least one liquid storage space and used for regulating the air pressure of the liquid storage space so as to indirectly regulate the shape of the flexible isolation component 122.
The pressure regulating device is not in contact with the flexible isolation member 122, and the shape of the flexible isolation member 122 can be indirectly regulated by changing the air pressure of the liquid storage space.
Specifically, the pressure regulating device may be, but is not limited to: air pump, blower, vacuum pump, etc.
In yet another example, the drive device includes the mechanical drive device and the pressure adjustment device of the above example.
Several embodiments are described below with reference to the accompanying drawings.
