In the first to fourth embodiments, the air guide fan 108 is operated synchronously to unfreeze the quick-frozen food, the water drops produced by unfreezing and the low-temperature cold air are guided to the water flow in the unfreezing cavity 104 to form heat exchange with the water flow, and the high specific heat capacity of the water flow (the contained heat is extremely high at the same temperature) is utilized to maintain the relative stability of the temperature in the unfreezing cavity 104;
meanwhile, the surface of the quick-frozen food is dried by matching with the hot air fan 202 working intermittently, so that the quick-frozen food is placed in the positioning groove 405, the quick-frozen food is convenient to take and place, and the surface adhesion of the quick-frozen food is avoided; and the hot air fan 202 is convenient for increasing the heat of the water flow in the thawing chamber 104, supplementing the heat lost by heat exchange with cold air and cold water (generated by thawing), and maintaining the continuous operation of the whole device.

1. A quick thawing device for quick-frozen food is characterized by comprising:
the thawing device comprises a thawing box (1), wherein a connecting frame (3) is fixedly connected inside the thawing box (1), a thawing frame (4) is arranged inside the connecting frame (3), and a transmission assembly (5) is arranged inside the thawing box (1);
the transmission assembly (5) comprises a driving part, the driving part is in transmission connection with two groups of lifting parts which are symmetrically arranged, and the lifting parts are in transmission connection with a stirring part; the lifting part controls the unfreezing frame (4) to reciprocate up and down, and the stirring part is used for stirring water flow in the unfreezing box (1);
the interior of the unfreezing box (1) is sequentially provided with an unfreezing cavity (104), a transmission cavity (105) and an air guide cavity (106) from bottom to top, the unfreezing frame (4) is arranged inside the unfreezing cavity (104), the driving portion and the lifting portion are arranged inside the transmission cavity (105), and the air guide cavity (106) guides purified cold air to the unfreezing frame (4).

The quick-frozen food quick-thawing device according to claim 1, characterized in that: connecting groove (101) have been seted up on the top of case (1) unfreezes, the equal fixed mounting of both sides cell wall of connecting groove (101) has protection otter board (102), two one side that protection otter board (102) deviate from each other all is provided with wind-guiding window (107).
