Referring to fig. 2, on the basis of embodiment 1, the embodiment discloses a sludge drying pulping fluidized bed coupled combustion system, which includes: a sludge drying dehydration unit, a pulping slurry supply unit, a boiler combustion unit and a flue gas treatment unit.
The sludge drying and dehydrating unit is used for drying and dehydrating wet sludge raw materials; the pulping and slurry supplying unit is used for finishing pulping of sludge coal coke slurry of the dried sludge and supplying slurry to the boiler combustion unit; the boiler combustion unit is used for burning the sludge coal coke slurry; the flue gas treatment unit is used for cleaning flue gas generated by the boiler combustion unit.
The difference from example 1 is: in the sludge drying pulping fluidized bed coupled combustion system of the embodiment, the sludge dryer 3 generates high-temperature flue gas based on the boiler combustion unit to realize drying treatment of wet sludge.
Specifically, a plurality of air preheaters 25 are arranged in the tail flue 24, and preheated air is introduced into the circulating fluidized bed boiler 16; and the tail flue 24 is communicated with the sludge dryer 3 through a flue gas recirculation system 30, and the sludge drying treatment in the tail flue is completed by introducing flue gas into the sludge dryer 3.

the sludge drying and dehydrating unit is used for drying and dehydrating wet sludge raw materials; the pulping and slurry supplying unit is used for finishing pulping of sludge coal coke slurry of the dried sludge and supplying slurry to the boiler combustion unit; the boiler combustion unit is used for burning the sludge coal coke slurry; the flue gas treatment unit is used for cleaning the flue gas generated by the boiler combustion unit.
2. The sludge drying and pulping fluidized bed coupled combustion system of claim 1, wherein the sludge drying and dewatering unit comprises: a sludge pool (1), a sludge conveyer (2), a sludge dryer (3) and a dry sludge conveyer (4),
the sludge tank (1) is connected with a sludge dryer (3) through a sludge conveyor (2), the sludge dryer (3) completes drying treatment of wet sludge, and the sludge dryer (3) is communicated with a pulping and slurry supply unit through a dry sludge conveyor (4).

The sludge drying pulping fluidized bed coupled combustion system of claim 2, wherein the pulping pulp supply unit comprises: a water storage tank (5), a medicament pool (6), a coal storage bin (7), a petroleum coke bin (8), a feeding machine (9), a grinding machine (10), a slurry filter (11), a sludge coal coke slurry conveyor (12) and a slurry storage tank (13);
the water storage tank (5), the medicament pool (6), the coal storage bin (7) and the petroleum coke bin (8) are respectively connected with a feeding machine (9), the feeding machine (9) is connected with a grinding machine (10), the discharge end of the dry sludge conveyor (4) is connected with the grinding machine (10), and the fully grinding and mixing of the dried sludge, coal and petroleum coke are completed through the grinding machine (10) to prepare sludge coal coke slurry;
the grinder (10) is connected with a slurry storage tank (13) through a slurry filter (11) and a sludge coal coke slurry conveyor (12) in sequence, and the slurry storage tank (13) is connected with a boiler combustion unit through a boiler front slurry supply system (15).

The coupled combustion system of sludge drying and pulping fluidized bed according to claim 3, wherein the stokehole slurry supply system (15) pumps the sludge coal coke slurry by a screw pump, and the sludge coal coke slurry is granulated by a granulator after being pumped to a fluidized bed feed port of a boiler combustion unit.

The sludge drying and pulping fluidized bed coupled combustion system as set forth in claim 3, characterized in that the slurry filter (11) is further connected with the sludge tank (1) for sending the sludge filtered by the slurry filter (11) to the sludge tank for secondary drying and secondary grinding by the grinder (10); and a slurry stirrer (14) for homogenizing the slurry is arranged on the slurry storage tank (13).
6. The sludge drying pulping fluidized bed coupled combustion system of claim 3, wherein the boiler combustion unit comprises: a circulating fluidized bed boiler (16), a cyclone separator (17), a tail flue (24) and an air preheater (25),
the bottom end of the circulating fluidized bed boiler (16) is connected with a stokehole slurry supply system (15) and receives granulated sludge coal coke slurry;
the cyclone separator (17) is arranged at the downstream of the circulating fluidized bed boiler (16), a material returning device (18) is arranged at the bottom ash particle outlet end of the cyclone separator (17), and the material returning device (18) is connected with the feeding end of the circulating fluidized bed boiler (16);
one end of the tail flue (24) is connected with the top end of the cyclone separator (17), and the other end of the tail flue is connected with the flue gas treatment unit.
7. The coupled combustion system of sludge drying pulping fluidized bed according to claim 6, characterized in that a plurality of air preheaters (25) are arranged in the tail flue (24), and preheated air is introduced into the circulating fluidized bed boiler (16) and the sludge dryer (3).

and the tail flue (24) is communicated with the sludge dryer (3) through a flue gas recirculation system (30), and the sludge drying treatment in the tail flue is completed by introducing flue gas into the sludge dryer (3).

The coupled combustion system of sludge drying pulping fluidized bed according to claim 7 or 8, wherein the circulating fluidized bed boiler (16) is provided with a primary air supply port, a first layer secondary air supply port, a second layer secondary air supply port and a third layer secondary air supply port (23) from bottom to top in sequence,
the air preheater (25) supplies air to the primary air supply port through the primary air system (19); the air preheater (25) supplies air to the first layer secondary air supply opening and the second layer secondary air supply opening through a secondary air system (20); the sludge dryer (3) is communicated with the third layer of secondary air supply opening (23) through a flue gas pipeline (22) and is used for introducing the clown gas generated by the sludge dryer (3) into the circulating fluidized bed boiler (16) for incineration treatment.

The sludge drying pulping fluidized bed coupled combustion system of claim 1, wherein the flue gas treatment unit comprises, connected in sequence: the boiler comprises a dust remover (26), an induced draft fan (27), a desulfurization system (28) and a chimney (29), wherein the smoke exhaust port of the boiler combustion unit is connected with the air inlet end of the dust remover (26).
