As shown in fig. 2, in this embodiment, the infrared emitter is installed on the front side of the tray seat 11, an external water absorption device water inlet 12 is further disposed on the rear side of the tray seat 11, and a water outlet pipe 14 of the external water absorption device 2 is connected to the external water absorption device water inlet 12.
Specifically, a tap water inlet 13 communicated with a tap water pipe is further arranged on the tray seat 11 close to one side of the external water suction device water inlet 12, the external water suction device water inlet 12 and the tap water inlet 13 are respectively communicated with an inner barrel of the washing machine, the two water inlet modes of sucking washing water through the external water suction device water inlet 12 and automatically feeding water through the tap water inlet 13 can be operated independently or jointly, and when the water inlet end of the external water suction device 2 does not have enough water suction, the washing water can be continuously supplied to the washing machine through the tap water inlet 13.
Preferably, a filtering structure is further disposed at the water inlet 12 of the external water absorption device for filtering out impurities such as water scale in the absorbed washing water, and ensuring the cleanliness of the washing water and the cleanliness of the internal pipes of the washing machine, thereby ensuring the washing effect of the washing machine.

In this embodiment, as shown in fig. 2, an external water absorption function key 16 is further disposed on the tray 11 of the washing machine, and after the external water absorption function key 16 is pressed, the infrared control module is started, and the external water absorption device 2 is controlled by the infrared control module to suck and fill water into the washing machine body 1.
Furthermore, the tray base 11 is further provided with a plurality of function keys respectively corresponding to related functions in the washing, rinsing, spin-drying, drying and other processes, each function key is further provided with a row of indicator lights 15 respectively corresponding to the function keys so as to display parameters such as intensity/time of the corresponding function, and the indicator lights 15 and the function keys facilitate a user to observe and adjust the related parameters.
Furthermore, the external water absorption function key 16 is arranged at a certain distance from the plurality of function keys and the indicator lamp 15, a power key for controlling a main switch of the washing machine circuit is further arranged close to the external water absorption function key 16, the power key and the external water absorption function key 16 are arranged in parallel, and a user can more conveniently and rapidly select whether to start the infrared control module after pressing the power key to start the washing machine.

In this embodiment, as shown in fig. 9, after receiving a signal that a user selects an external water absorption function, a control unit of the washing machine controls the external water absorption device 2 to start up through the infrared control module, so as to suck and fill water into the washing machine body 1. Specifically, the external water absorption function may be selected after the user starts up to select the corresponding laundry treatment program, or may be selected before the laundry treatment program is selected.
The control unit of the washing machine controls the infrared emission module to emit an infrared control signal after receiving a signal that a user selects an external water absorption function, and the infrared receiving module controls the water absorption pump to be opened or closed according to the received infrared control signal.
Specifically, after the infrared control module is turned on, the infrared emitting module emits an infrared control signal, and the infrared receiving module receives the infrared control signal to control the external water absorption device 2 to be turned on or off. Specifically, the control board 10 controls the infrared emission lamp 8 to emit the infrared control signal, preferably, in this embodiment, the control board 10 stores information data of the corresponding infrared control signal under each different washing program, and after the external water absorption function is selected, the control board 10 calls the corresponding data according to the selected washing program, where the data specifically includes a time node and/or a frequency for sending the on signal and the off signal, and controls the infrared emission lamp 8 to emit the infrared control signal to the outside of the washing machine body 1 according to the corresponding time node and/or frequency.
Furthermore, the distinguishing manner of the on signal and the off signal can be determined by the difference of the intensity of the infrared rays emitted by the infrared emission lamp 8, or by the difference of the frequency of the emitted infrared rays, which is not limited herein.
After infrared control signal transmission, the infrared ray leads 1 outsidely of washing machine body through leaded light post 9, received by infrared receiver 4, infrared receiver 4 is according to the infrared control signal of receipt, the break-make of circuit between control plug 5 and the jack 6, thereby control external water absorption device 2 and open or close at corresponding time, make external water absorption device 2 can be accurate absorb the washing water for washing machine when washing machine needs intake, whole water intake process need not the manual switch to external water absorption device 2 of user and operates, control infrared emission lamp 8 through control panel 10 and can realize automaticly, intelligent process of absorbing water, very big promotion user's use experience.
As a preferable scheme of this embodiment, the control unit of the washing machine further performs the following steps after receiving a signal that the user selects the external water absorption function:
acquiring clothes information of clothes to be treated, and calculating target water inflow according to the clothes information of the clothes to be treated;
judging whether the water storage capacity of the external water absorption device 2 is not less than the target water inflow, if so, controlling the water absorption pump to be closed after detecting that the actual water inflow of the external water absorption device 2 reaches the target water inflow;
if not, after the water in the external water absorption device 2 is pumped out, the water absorption pump is controlled to be closed, and meanwhile, a water inlet valve of the washing machine is opened.
Specifically, the clothes information at least comprises clothes weight and/or clothes volume and/or clothes material, target water inflow data corresponding to clothes with different weights and/or clothes with different volumes and/or clothes with different materials are stored in the control panel 10, after the external water absorption function is selected, the control panel 10 judges and analyzes the clothes information in the washing tub, corresponding data is called, the infrared emission lamp 8 is controlled to emit an infrared control signal to the outside of the washing machine body 1, the infrared receiver 4 receives the infrared control signal, and the on-off of a circuit between the plug 5 and the jack 6 is controlled according to the received infrared control signal, so that the external water absorption device 2 is controlled to be turned on or turned off at corresponding time, a user does not need to manually operate a switch of the external water absorption device 2 in the water injection process, automatic and intelligent water absorption control can be realized through an infrared control technology, and the use experience of the user is greatly improved.
Although the present invention has been described with reference to the preferred embodiments, it will be understood by those skilled in the art that various changes may be made and equivalents may be substituted for elements thereof without departing from the scope of the present invention.
Claims (10)
1. A washing machine, characterized by comprising:
a washing machine body;
the external water absorption device is arranged outside the washing machine body and is used for sucking and injecting water into the washing machine body;
the external water absorption device is in wireless connection with the washing machine body through the infrared control module, and the washing machine can control the external water absorption device to be opened and closed through the infrared control module.
2. The washing machine as claimed in claim 1, wherein the infrared control module comprises:
the infrared emission module is arranged on the washing machine body, is connected with the control module of the washing machine and is used for emitting infrared control signals;
and the infrared receiving module is connected with the external water absorption device and used for controlling the external water absorption device to be opened or closed according to the received infrared control signal.
3. The washing machine as claimed in claim 2, wherein the external water suction device comprises a water suction pump and a power module for supplying power to the water suction pump;
the infrared receiving module is connected with the power module and controls the on-off of a circuit between the power module and the external water absorption device according to the received infrared control signal;
preferably, the external water absorption device further comprises a water storage module for storing secondary utilization water.
4. A washing machine as claimed in claim 3, wherein the infrared receiving module comprises an infrared receiver comprising:
the input end is used for being connected with the power supply module;
the output end is used for being connected with the external water absorption device;
and the control receiving part is arranged between the input end and the output end and is used for receiving the infrared control signal and controlling the on-off of a circuit between the input end and the output end according to the received infrared control signal.
5. A washing machine as claimed in any one of claims 2 to 4 wherein the infra-red emission module comprises an infra-red emitter mounted on a tray of the washing machine.
6. The washing machine as claimed in claim 5, wherein the infrared emitter is installed inside a tray, and the tray is provided with a through hole through which infrared rays emitted from the infrared emitter pass;
the circumference border of through-hole extends to the dish seat is inside to form a hollow leaded light post in inside, infrared emitter at least part inlays to establish and installs in the leaded light post.
7. The washing machine as claimed in claim 6, wherein the infrared emitter comprises an infrared emission lamp installed in a light guide column, an annular limiting boss is arranged on the inner peripheral wall of the lower edge of the light guide column, a limiting space is formed in the light guide column, and the infrared emission lamp is clamped and limited in the limiting space;
preferably, the bottom of the infrared emission lamp is provided with a conductive end, and a control panel of the washing machine is connected with the infrared emission lamp through the conductive end to control the infrared emission lamp to emit an infrared control signal.
8. A washing machine as claimed in claim 5, wherein the infrared emitter is mounted on the front side of the tray base, the rear side of the tray base is further provided with an external water intake device, and the water outlet pipe of the external water intake device is connected to the external water intake device.
9. A control method of a washing machine having any one of claims 1 to 8, characterized in that:
after receiving a signal that a user selects an external water absorption function, a control unit of the washing machine controls the external water absorption device to start through the infrared control module, and sucks and injects water into the washing machine body.
10. The control method of the washing machine as claimed in claim 9, wherein the control unit of the washing machine controls the infrared emission module to emit the infrared control signal after receiving the signal that the user selects the external water absorption function, and the infrared reception module controls the water absorption pump to be turned on or off according to the received infrared control signal;
preferably, the control unit of the washing machine further performs the following steps after receiving a signal that the user selects the external water absorption function:
acquiring clothes information of clothes to be processed, and calculating target water inflow according to the clothes information of the clothes to be processed;
judging whether the water storage capacity of the external water absorption device is not less than the target water inflow or not, if so, controlling the water absorption pump to be closed after detecting that the actual water inflow of the external water absorption device reaches the target water inflow;
if not, after the water in the external water absorption device is pumped out, the water absorption pump is controlled to be closed, and meanwhile, a water inlet valve of the washing machine is opened.
