The independent external water tank 1 comprises a water tank main body, the total volume of the water tank main body is more than 5.5L, and the water tank main body is preferably made of transparent ABS plastic (terpolymer of acrylonitrile, butadiene and styrene), and can also be made of stainless steel 304 or other materials.
As shown in fig. 15, the upper portion of the tank main body is provided with a tank outlet 12, an automatic inlet 10, and a manual inlet 11. Wherein the automatic water inlet 10 and the manual water inlet 11 are used for adding water into the water tank 1. As shown in fig. 9, the outlet 12 of the water tank is connected with the inlet end of the outlet pipe 14 of the water tank, and as shown in fig. 10, the outlet end of the outlet pipe 14 of the water tank is connected with the inlet joint 91 of the dishwasher body. As shown in fig. 16, a tank connection pipe 144 is provided in the tank body to communicate the tank outlet 12 at the top of the tank 1 with the bottom of the tank 1.
As shown in fig. 12 and 13, the water outlet pipe 14 of the water tank is a flexible pipe, preferably a spiral silica gel flexible pipe, which can be telescopic, and a common silica gel flexible pipe can also be adopted for water inlet inside the liner. The arrangement of the telescopic hose facilitates the change of the position of the water tank 1.
The water inlet connector 91 of the dishwasher main body 9 is connected to a water pump (not shown) inside the dishwasher main body 9 so that water in the water tank 1 can be pumped into the inner tub (not shown) of the dishwasher main body 9. The operation of the dishwasher according to the above two embodiments of the present invention will be described with reference to fig. 17 and 18.
Specifically, as shown in fig. 17, when the dishwasher is operated, it is required to select a washing mode and a water supply mode first, and then to automatically or manually supply water into the water tank. In the water adding process, the non-contact type capacitance liquid level sensor detects the water level in the water tank in real time, and the main control board judges whether the water level reaches a preset position. And if the water level in the water tank reaches the preset position, the main control board controls to open the water outlet control valve and start the water suction pump to pump water into the liner. If the water level in the water tank does not reach the preset position, the main control board judges whether the water inlet mode is an automatic water inlet mode, if the water inlet mode is the automatic water inlet mode, the water inlet control valve is controlled to be opened to automatically feed water, and if the water inlet mode is not the automatic water inlet mode, the user is reminded to manually feed water.
As shown in fig. 18, in the process of adding water into the inner container, the control board compares the water level in the water tank detected in real time by the non-contact capacitance liquid level sensor with the initial water level of the water tank to obtain the water inflow of the inner container, and judges whether the water amount meets the washing water amount, if so, the control board enters a washing mode, and if not, the control board continues to add water into the inner container.
