Referring to fig. 1, the present application provides a cleaning apparatus 1000, including a floor brush assembly 100 and a body, one end of the body is connected with the floor brush assembly 100, and the other end forms a handle for conveniently operating the cleaning apparatus 1000, thereby cleaning the floor through the floor brush assembly 100.
Specifically, referring to fig. 2 to 5, the present application provides a floor brush assembly 100, which includes a housing 10, a rolling brush 20 and a second assembling portion 30, wherein one end of the rolling brush 20 in an axial direction has a first assembling portion 22, the second assembling portion 30 is disposed in the housing 10, the second assembling portion 30 includes a body 31 and an elastic assembly 32, the body 31 has a fastening position for mounting the rolling brush 20 and a separation position for detaching the rolling brush 20, the elastic assembly 32 is elastically connected between the housing 10 and the body 31, the rolling brush 20 can drive the body 31 from the separation position to the fastening position through the cooperation of the first assembling portion 22 and the body 31, and at this time, the elastic assembly 32 accumulates an elastic restoring force for switching the body 31 to the separation position.
Further, when the body 31 is switched to the fastening position, the second fitting portion 30 drives the first fitting portion 22 to be detached from the body 31.
In this way, when one end of roller brush 20 in the axial direction moves to a side close to body 31 and first fitting part 22 and second fitting part 30 are fitted, body 31 moves from a separated position separated from roller brush 20 to a fitted position fitted to roller brush 20, and in the process of moving, elastic member 32 is acted by force, so that elastic member 32 deforms and accumulates an elastic restoring force for switching body 31 to the separated position.
When the matching relationship between the first assembling portion 22 and the second assembling portion 30 disappears, the elastic restoring force accumulated by the elastic assembly 32 acts on the body 31, the body 31 moves, the first assembling portion 22 is pushed to be separated from the body 31 until the body 31 returns to the separated position, the first assembling portion 22 is completely separated from the body 31, and the rolling brush 20 is disassembled, so that the rolling brush 20 is simple to disassemble, and under the assistance of the elastic restoring force, the rolling brush 20 is simple to disassemble, time and labor are saved.
Specifically, the first fitting portion 22 may be moved to a side close to the body 31 to be engaged with the second fitting portion 30 by a user holding one end of the roll brush 20 in the axial direction to fit the roll brush 20 to the housing 10. When the rolling brush 20 needs to be detached, the matching relationship between the first assembling portion 22 and the second assembling portion 30 is cancelled, and at this time, under the action of the elastic restoring force, the body 31 can be automatically switched back to the separating position, and the first assembling portion 22 is pushed to be easily separated from the body 31, so that the detachment of the rolling brush 20 is realized.
Further, the rolling brush 20 has a first fixing portion at an end close to the first assembling portion 22, and the housing 10 has a second fixing portion, and when the first assembling portion 22 is engaged with the second assembling portion 30, the first fixing portion and the second fixing portion are in a limit engagement, so that the rolling brush 20 is completely fixed on the housing 10.
In one embodiment, the first fixing portion may be a protrusion or a groove disposed along one axial end of rolling brush 20, and the second fixing portion may be a groove or a protrusion disposed in cooperation with the protrusion or the groove, and when first assembling portion 22 is engaged with second assembling portion 30, the protrusion is inserted into the groove and is engaged with the groove to limit the radial direction of rolling brush 20.
When it is necessary to disassemble the drum brush 20, the projection is separated from the groove by applying force from the outside, and then the first assembling portion 22 is separated from the second assembling portion 30, thereby achieving convenient disassembly of the drum brush 20. It can be understood that the first fixing portion is rotatable in the second fixing portion about the axial direction of the roll brush 20 because the roll brush 20 needs to clean the bottom surface.
In one embodiment, the first mounting portion 22 and the second mounting portion 30 can be engaged by a snap fit, a contact fit, etc., for example, the first mounting portion 22 can be configured to magnetically attract the first mounting portion 22.
When the distance between the first assembling portion 22 and the second assembling portion 30 is shorter, the magnetic attraction acting force between the first assembling portion 22 and the second assembling portion 30 is larger, so that when a user moves the first assembling portion 22 to one side of the body 31, not only external applied force (provided by the user) is applied, but also the second assembling portion 30 applies attraction acting force to the first assembling portion 22, so that the assembly of the rolling brush 20 is more labor-saving, the user can apply smaller acting force, and other required force for assembly is provided by the magnetic attraction acting force.
In one embodiment, the first assembling portion 22 and the second assembling portion 30 can be in a magnetic fit state, and the first fixing portion and the second fixing portion are in a fit state, so that the rolling brush 20 is prevented from being mistakenly separated from the housing 10 in the cleaning process of the floor brush assembly 100 under the dual actions, and the installation firmness of the rolling brush 20 is improved.
In addition, in the operation process of the floor brush assembly 100, the two magnets continuously attract and attract the attraction force, so that the shaking of the rolling brush 20 in the operation process can be reduced, and the noise generated by the shaking of the rolling brush 20 in the operation process can be reduced.
In one embodiment, the elastic assembly 32 includes a first elastic member 321 and a second elastic member 322, the first elastic member 321 is elastically connected between the housing 10 and the body 31 along a first direction L1, the second elastic member 322 is connected between the housing 10 and the body 31 along a second direction L2, the first direction L1 intersects the second direction L2, and the second direction L2 is parallel to and opposite to the assembling direction L3 of the first assembling portion 22.
When the body 31 is switched to the fastening position, the first elastic member 321 accumulates a first elastic force that drives the body 31 in the first direction L1, and the second elastic member 322 accumulates a second elastic force that drives the body 31 in the second direction L2, and the elastic restoring force includes the first elastic force and the second elastic force.
When the first assembling portion 22 approaches the body 31 along a certain set direction until the first assembling portion 22 abuts against the body 31, the body 31 drives the first elastic element 321 to deform until the second assembling portion 30 and the first assembling portion 22 are completely opposite to each other in the assembling direction L3 of the first assembling portion 22, then the first assembling portion 22 continues to move to one side close to the second assembling portion 30 until the second assembling portion 30 drives the second elastic element 322 to deform to move to the body 31 to the buckling position, and at the moment, the first fixing portion and the second fixing portion are simultaneously limited.
Specifically, when the first assembling portion 22 approaches the body 31 in a certain setting direction, the body 31 stretches the first elastic member 321, and the first elastic member 321 generates a first elastic force that drives the body 31 to the home position in the first direction L1. Then, the body 31 compresses the second elastic member 322, and the second elastic member 322 generates a second elastic force that drives the body 31 to the separated position in the second direction L2. Once the external force applied to the body 31 is removed, the body 31 is switched to the separated position by the combined action of the first elastic force and the second elastic force, and the first assembling portion 22 is pushed to be separated from the body 31 in the switching process.
It is understood that in this embodiment, the separating position of the body 31 is located at the upper left corner of the buckling position, in other embodiments, the separating position of the body 31 can be located at the upper right corner of the buckling position, and the user only needs to operate one axial end of the rolling brush 20 to be straight up and down.
In one embodiment, when the separating position of the body 31 is located at the upper left corner of the buckling position, the body 31 moves to the upper left corner under the action of the first elastic force and the second elastic force when being switched from the buckling position to the separating position, and pushes the first assembling portion 22 to leave the mounting groove 311 during the movement to the upper left corner.
So, this application not only can realize labour saving and time saving's dismantlement, also can realize labour saving and time saving's installation.
