Referring to fig. 1, the present application provides a cleaning apparatus 1000 including a floor brush assembly 100 and a body 200, wherein one side of the body 200 is connected to the floor brush assembly 100, and the other end forms a handle for conveniently operating the body 200, thereby cleaning the floor through the floor brush assembly 100.
Specifically, referring to fig. 2 to 6, the present application provides a floor brush assembly 100, which includes a housing 10, a cleaning assembly 20, and a support member 30, wherein the floor brush assembly 100 is connected to a body 200 of a cleaning device 1000 through the housing 10. Clean subassembly 20 locates in casing 10, clean subassembly 20 includes first roll body 21, second roll body 22 and clean portion 23, first roll body 21 and second roll body 22 set up along first direction L2 interval and all rotate with casing 10 to be connected, clean the cloth cover locate outside first roll body 21 and the second roll body 22, and first roll body 21, form the mutual transmission structure between second roll body 22 and the clean portion 23 three, through driving one initiative rotation in first roll body 21 and the second roll body 22, can realize that clean portion 23 drives the driven rotation of another person in first roll body 21 and the second roll body 22, thereby realize the continuous high-efficient cleanness to ground through clean portion 23.
The first roller body 21, the second roller body 22 and the cleaning part 23 form a power source of a mutual transmission structure, and the first roller body 21 may be a driving roller, or the second roller body 22 may be a driving roller. That is, for example, a driving member may be connected to the first roller 21 directly or indirectly, and then the first roller 21, the second roller 22 and the cleaning portion 23 are driven to rotate simultaneously, so that the cleaning portion 23 in one surface area between the first roller 21 and the second roller 22 can contact and move with the object to be cleaned, thereby achieving the cleaning effect. Of course, the second roller 22 may be driven by the driving unit first, and the present application is not limited thereto.
Further, the supporting member 30 is disposed in the cleaning portion 23, the supporting member 30 includes a movable roller 32 and a first elastic assembly 33, the movable roller 32 is movably connected with the housing 10 and is in transmission connection with the cleaning portion 23, one end of the first elastic assembly 33 is connected with the movable roller 32, and the other end of the first elastic assembly 33 is connected with the housing 10, wherein the cleaning portion 23 has a tensioned state, in the tensioned state, the first elastic assembly 33 accumulates a first tensioning force for driving the movable roller 32 to move outward of the cleaning portion 23 along a radial direction L3 of the first roller body 21, and the first direction L2 intersects with the radial direction L3.
The movable roller 32 is capable of rotating when the cleaning portion 23 rotates to clean the floor, that is, the movable roller 32 is rotatably connected to the housing 10 in the axial direction L1 of the movable roller 32. In the radial direction L3 of the movable roller 32, the movable roller 32 is movably connected to the housing 10 by a first elastic member 33. When the cleaning part 23 is loosened by using the cleaning assembly 20 for a long time, the first elastic assembly 33 can automatically release the first tensioning force to push the movable roller 32 outwards along the radial direction L3 of the first roller body 21, so as to tension the cleaning part 23, so that the cleaning part 23 is kept in a tensioned state at all times, and a series of adverse phenomena caused by the loosening of the cleaning part 23 are eliminated or reduced.
Specifically, the first tension is applied to the cleaning portion 23 by the movable roller 32 from the inside of the cleaning portion 23, and when the cleaning portion 23 is loosened, at least a part of the area is not tensioned, and at this time, the movable roller 32 moves from the inside of the cleaning portion 23 to the outside of the cleaning portion 23 to stretch the cleaning portion 23 in an extra area which is not tensioned, so as to ensure the tensioning of the cleaning portion 23.
Further, the cleaning part 23 may be an annular belt, an annular crawler belt, or the like, an accommodating space is formed inside the cleaning part 23, fluff is planted or glued on a surface of the cleaning part 23 facing away from the accommodating space to form a cleaning surface 231, and the cleaning surface 231 is used for rolling and cleaning the ground. The inner surface of the cleaning portion 23 is flat or toothed, and if the inner surface of the cleaning portion 23 is toothed, the corresponding first roller body 21 and second roller body 22 also need to be toothed, so as to ensure good transmission. The movable roller 32 may also be disposed in the accommodating space and may be in transmission engagement with the cleaning portion 23 through a gear, which is not limited herein. It can be understood that, if the cleaning part 23 is loosened by the gear engagement, the cleaning part 23 may generate unstable phenomena such as tooth jumping during rotation, and a series of bad phenomena such as shaking and shaking sound may occur in the floor brush assembly 100.
In one embodiment, the cleaning portion 23 has a non-tensioned state, and the first elastic assembly 33 releases the first tensioning force to switch the cleaning portion 23 from the non-tensioned state to the tensioned state. When the floor brush assembly 100 cleans the floor, the cleaning portion 23 is required to be always kept in a tensioned state to ensure that the cleaning surface 231 cleans the floor smoothly.
When the cleaning unit 23 is aged or displaced after a long period of use, the cleaning unit 23 is in a non-tensioned state and an excess cleaning unit 23 having a certain length is present, so that a certain gap is formed between the movable roller 32 and the cleaning unit 23, and at this time, the first elastic member 33 releases the first tensioning force to move the movable roller 32 to a side close to the cleaning unit 23 until the movable roller completely abuts against the cleaning unit 23 and pushes open the excess cleaning unit 23, thereby switching the cleaning unit 23 back to the tensioned state.
It can be understood that, when the cleaning portion 23 is in a tensioned state, since the cleaning portion 23 is hooped around the outer peripheries of the floating roller, the first roller body 21 and the second roller body 22, the force applied to the floating roller by the cleaning portion 23 is balanced with the first tensioning force accumulated by the first elastic member 33.
In one embodiment, referring to fig. 4 and 5, the movable roller 32 includes a first movable roller 32 and a second movable roller 32 movably connected to the housing 10, the first movable roller 32 and the second movable roller 32 are spaced apart in the radial direction L3 and are in transmission connection with the cleaning portion 23, and a first elastic member 33 is elastically connected between the first movable roller 32 and the second movable roller 32.
Specifically, in the radial direction L3, the opposite side surfaces of the first movable roller 32 and the second movable roller 32 to the cleaning portion 23 are respectively in driving engagement, and the first movable roller 32 and the second movable roller 32 are movably connected to the housing 10. The first tension force elastically accumulated by the first elastic member 33 acts on the first movable roller 32 and the second movable roller 32, so that the first movable roller 32 and the second movable roller 32 move in the direction away from each other in the radial direction L3, and the cleaning part 23 is stretched from both sides at the same time, to further ensure that the cleaning part 23 can be quickly switched to the tensioned state.
It will be appreciated that when the cleaning section 23 is under tension for floor cleaning, only the driving rotation is generated among the first movable roller 32, the second movable roller 32 and the cleaning section 23, and no relative movement is generated in the radial direction L3, and the first movable roller 32 and the second movable roller 32 are driven by the cleaning section 23 to rotate synchronously relative to the housing 10. With the cleaning portion 23 in the non-tensioned state, the first and second movable rollers 32 and 32 are simultaneously moved outward in the radial direction L3 to expand the cleaning portion 23 to return to the tensioned state.
Further, referring to fig. 4 and 5, the supporting member 30 further includes a fixing rod 311, and two ends of the fixing rod 311 in the longitudinal direction are fixedly connected to the housing 10, that is, the fixing rod 311 and the housing 10 do not move relatively.
Specifically, in the radial direction L3, the fixed bar 311 is disposed between the first movable roller 32 and the second movable roller 32, the first elastic member 33 includes a first elastic member 331 and a second elastic member 332, the first elastic member 331 is connected between the first roller and the fixed bar 311, and the second elastic member 332 is connected between the fixed bar 311 and the second movable roller 32. The first elastic member 331 and the second elastic member 332 are used to store the first tension, the first tension stored in the first elastic member 331 acts on the first movable roller 32 to drive the first movable roller 32 to move the pushed-open cleaning unit 23 from the inside to the outside of the cleaning unit 23, and the first tension stored in the second elastic member 332 acts on the second movable roller 32 to drive the second movable roller 32 to move the pushed-open cleaning unit 23 from the inside to the outside of the cleaning unit 23.
In this way, by the arrangement of the fixed rod 311, the cleaning portion 23 is partitioned, and the parts of the cleaning portion 23 on the two opposite sides in the radial direction L3 are separately controlled by the first movable roller 32 and the second movable roller 32, so as to perform a targeted action on the cleaning portion 23 which is loose, thereby preventing the first movable roller 32 and the second movable roller 32 from synchronously moving to cause a tensioning operation on a non-loose part, and ensuring the smoothness of the cleaning surface 231.
Specifically, in one embodiment, referring to fig. 2 and 3, the supporting member 30 is disposed between the first roller 21 and the second roller 22 along the first direction L2, and two ends of the cleaning portion 23 are engaged with the first roller 21 and the second roller 22, so as to ensure a transmission relationship among the first roller 21, the second roller 22 and the cleaning portion 23, so as to clean the floor. Meanwhile, the supporting member 30 is disposed at a middle portion of the accommodating space inside the cleaning part 23, so as to be spread from a middle position of the cleaning part 23 in the first direction L2, thereby ensuring a tensioning effect.
Specifically, the supporting member 30 is disposed at the middle portion of the accommodating space inside the cleaning portion 23, and the first movable roller 32 and the second movable roller 32 are set to be movable in the radial direction L3, so that the cleaning portion 23 can be tensioned and spread from the upper surface and the lower surface of the cleaning portion 23 (the upper surface and the lower surface are based on the floor bottom).
In one embodiment, the first elastic members 331 include at least two, the second elastic members 332 include at least two, and all of the first elastic members 331 and all of the second elastic members 332 are arranged at intervals in the axial direction of the first roller body 21.
In this way, when the cleaning portion 23 is loosened, the first tension may be applied to the cleaning portion 23 from different positions in the axial direction of the first roller body 21 to ensure rapid and uniform tension on the respective portions of the cleaning portion 23.
Preferably, referring to fig. 4, the first elastic member 331 and the second elastic member 332 may be provided at both axial ends of the first roller body 21 in the axial direction L1, respectively, and the first elastic member 331 and the second elastic member 332 may also be provided at intermediate positions in the axial direction L1, respectively, so that the first tensioning force is applied from at least three positions in the axial direction of the first roller body 21, so that the effect is better.
In one of the embodiments, either the first roller body 21 or the second roller body 22 can be used as a driving wheel, specifically, in one of the embodiments, the first roller body 21 can be disposed at one side close to the body 200, the floor brush assembly 100 further includes a driving member disposed inside one side of the housing 10 close to the body 200 for convenient arrangement, the driving member is used for driving the first roller body 21 to rotate relative to the housing 10, the first roller body 21 drives the second roller body 22 to rotate through the cleaning portion 23, at this time, the second roller body 22 forms a driven wheel, the cleaning portion 23 improves the traditional line contact of a single roller body into the cleaning surface 231 contact of the present application, and the cleaning efficiency is greatly improved.
Further, the first roller 21 as the driving wheel is connected to the housing 10 in a fixed rotation manner, and cannot move in other directions, so as to ensure the transmission effect. Referring to fig. 2 and 6, the second roller 22 as the driven wheel includes a rotating shaft 221, the rotating shaft 221 is rotatably connected to the casing 10 and movably connected to the casing 10 in the first direction L2, the floor brush assembly 100 further includes a second elastic assembly 40, and the second elastic assembly 40 is connected between the casing 10 and the rotating shaft 221 along the first direction L2. In the tensioned state, the second elastic member 40 accumulates a second tensioning force that drives the second roller body 22 to move in the first direction L2.
The second elastic assembly 40 and the support 30 form a double tensioning effect to tension the cleaning portion 23, the support 30 directly acts on the inner surface of the cleaning portion 23 to stretch the cleaning portion 23 outwards to achieve tensioning, and the second elastic assembly 40 acts on the second roller 22 of the driven wheel to stretch the cleaning portion 23 outwards through the second roller 22 to achieve tensioning.
It will be appreciated that if the floor brush assembly 100 is placed on the floor, the radial direction L3 can be defined as the direction of gravity, and the first direction L2 can be defined as the horizontal direction, and if the floor brush assembly 100 is in a non-tensioned state, the support member 30 and the second elastic member 40 can automatically act to tension the cleaning portion 23 by lifting the floor brush assembly 100.
Specifically, the supporting element 30 and the second elastic element 40 may be disposed at the same time, or alternatively, both may achieve a tensioning effect on the cleaning portion 23, and the application is not limited herein.
In one embodiment, referring to fig. 6, the second elastic element 40 includes a third elastic element 41 and a fourth elastic element 42, in the first direction L2, two opposite ends of the third elastic element 41 respectively abut against one side of the rotation shaft 221 and the housing 10, and two opposite ends of the fourth elastic element 42 respectively abut against the other side of the rotation shaft 221 and the housing 10. In the first direction L2, the third elastic member 41 and the fourth elastic member 42 cooperate to apply a second tension to the rotation shaft 221, which moves out of the cleaning portion 23.
Specifically, the third elastic member 41 is provided between the fourth elastic member 42 and a side surface of the second roller body 22 facing away from the first roller body 21, and the elastic force provided by the fourth elastic member 42 is larger than that of the third elastic member 41.
In the tensioned state, the sum of the elastic force provided by the third elastic member 41 and the hoop force applied by the cleaning portion 23 to the second roller 22 is equal to and opposite to the elastic force provided by the fourth elastic member 42 to keep the balance of the cleaning portion 23 stable. When the cleaning portion 23 is loosened, that is, a gap is formed between the cleaning portion 23 and a side surface of the second roller 22 away from the first roller 21, at this time, the hoop acting force applied by the cleaning portion 23 to the second roller 22 is cancelled or reduced, the elastic force provided by the fourth elastic member 42 is greater than the elastic force provided by the third elastic member 41, and a second tensioning force is formed by an elastic force difference between the fourth elastic member 42 and the third elastic member 41, so that the second roller 22 is pushed outwards to realize the transmission connection between the second roller 22 and the cleaning portion 23 again, and the cleaning portion 23 is tensioned.
Of course, it is also possible to separately provide a fifth elastic element in the first direction L2, which is connected between one side of the second roller 22 and the housing 10 (not shown in the drawings), in which case the cleaning part 23 is in transmission connection with one end of the second roller 22 away from the fifth elastic element, and in a tensioned state, a second tensioning force provided by the fifth elastic element is equal to and opposite to the hoop force applied by the cleaning part 23 to the second roller 22. When the cleaning portion 23 is loosened, that is, a gap is formed between the cleaning portion 23 and a side surface of the second roller 22 away from the first roller 21, at this time, the hoop acting force applied to the second roller 22 by the cleaning portion 23 is cancelled or reduced, and the second tension provided by the fifth elastic member pushes the second roller 22 outwards to realize the transmission connection between the second roller 22 and the cleaning portion 23 again, so as to tension the cleaning portion 23.
In one embodiment, referring to fig. 6, the housing 10 further includes an adjusting groove 11, the rotating shaft 221 is disposed in the adjusting groove 11, and the third elastic element 41 is connected between the rotating shaft 221 and a first groove wall of the adjusting groove 11; the fourth elastic member 42 is connected between the rotating shaft 221 and the second groove wall of the adjustment groove 11, and the first groove wall and the second groove wall are spaced apart from each other along the first direction L2.
In a tensioned state, the third elastic member 41 and the fourth elastic member 42 are respectively compressed on the first groove wall and the second groove wall, and in a non-tensioned state, the elastic force is released, the fourth elastic member 42 drives the rotating shaft 221 to drive the second roller 22 to move toward a side close to the third elastic member 41, at this time, the compression amount of the fourth elastic member 42 is reduced, and the compression amount of the third elastic member 41 is increased.
