a payment item splitting and paying module 103, configured to perform serial payment by using the bit code of the target payment item set, and classify the target payment item that is successfully paid into the bit code attribute set;
a payment term correction module 104 for correcting all target payment terms in the set of bitcode attributes upon detecting the presence of a target payment term for which payment failed.
