The on-off valve 46 at the bottom of the metering cylinder 41 is opened, and the push plate 49 is carried by the preparation cylinder 44 to move, so that the slurry is extruded, and the slurry enters the preparation cylinder 5 from the metering cylinder 41; according to the steps, the metering and throwing of various sizing agents are realized, and the sizing agents in the mixing cylinder 5 are stirred and mixed by driving the stirring frame 35 to rotate through the stirring motor 36; the control valve 19 is opened, the mixed slurry enters the head box 10 through the head pipe 17, the slurry is released through the control valve 19, and the slurry enters the area where the forming blanket 14 is attached to the forming wire 12 so as to be formed into paper sheets; the dropped slurry can be collected at the collection tank 101; the formed paper sheet is transported to a compression part, compressed and dehydrated through the bonding area of the compression belt 16 and the formed blanket 14, and then transported to a drying cylinder 23 for drying treatment; the paper sheet is subjected to surface sizing treatment of the sizing part 7, calendaring treatment of the calendaring part 8, and finally is wound and collected through the winding part.
When cleaning, the net part and the forming part are cleaned, namely, the cleaning water is conveyed by the cleaning water tank 3 and sprayed by the water spraying tank 31; the control cylinder 25 controls the cleaning frame 26 to descend so that the meshing gear 28 meshes with the first gear 20, the meshing gear 28 meshes with the second gear 21, the cleaning reel 27 is attached to the surface to be cleaned, and the cleaning reel 27 rotates under the transmission of the gears to realize cleaning treatment.

1. The wallpaper base paper production device comprises a base (1), wherein a net part and a forming part are arranged on the base (1) and used for forming slurry into paper sheets; one end of the forming part is provided with a compression part and a drying part, and the compression part is used for compressing and extruding water in the paper sheets; the drying part is used for drying the paper sheets; an outlet end of the drying part is provided with a sizing part (7), a calendaring part (8) and a winding part; the sizing part (7) is used for carrying out surface sizing on the paper, the calendaring part (8) is used for calendaring the paper, and the winding part is used for winding and collecting the paper; the method is characterized in that: cleaning components are respectively arranged above the net part and the forming part and used for cleaning the net part and the forming part; a modulating component is arranged above the base (1), and slurry proportioning is carried out through the modulating component, and wood pulp is taken as primary pulp; the concentration of the surface glue solution is controlled to be 4.5%; during pulp preparation, disulfonic acid whitening agent and pigment violet are added, and the whiteness of the paper is controlled to be 92% when the paper is converted into 13kg/t paper and 30g/t paper respectively; adding needle pulp, broad leaf pulp, needle machine pulp and APMP pulp during pulp preparation, and the needle pulp: broadleaf pulp: needle machine slurry: APMP slurry = 28%:22%:20%:30%; the beating degree of the needle pulp and the broad leaf pulp after pulp grinding is controlled to be 25 DEG SR, and the beating degree of the needle pulp after pulp grinding is controlled to be 30 DEG SR; cationic starch is added during pulp preparation, and the pulp is converted into 10kg/t paper per ton of paper; wet strength agent is added during pulp preparation, and the wet strength agent is converted into paper of 20kg/t ton; adding a softening agent during pulp preparation, and folding 0.8kg/t of paper per ton of paper; adjusting the filling amount, and controlling the ash content of the paper to be 23+/-1%; adjusting the dosage of AKD, wherein AKD adopts a sizing mode of combining the inner surface and the surface of the pulp, the dosage of the AKD is 25-30kg/t paper, and the surface absorption of the finished paper is controlled to be 25 g/square meter;
the modulation component comprises a modulation cylinder (5) fixedly connected with the base (1), and a stirring assembly is arranged in the modulation cylinder (5); the mixing cylinder (5) is provided with metering components which are arranged in a circular array and are used for metering various sizing agents; the metering assembly comprises a metering cylinder (41) fixedly connected with a modulation cylinder (5), a preparation cylinder (44) is slidably arranged above the metering cylinder (41), a conveying connecting cylinder (48) is fixedly connected to the bottom end of the preparation cylinder (44), a conveying shaft (47) for conveying slurry is rotatably arranged in the conveying connecting cylinder (48), a push plate (49) is fixedly connected to the bottom of the conveying shaft (47), a feeding hole is formed in the push plate (49), a detection sensor (52) for detecting the position of the slurry is arranged on the inner side of the feeding hole, and a valve assembly is arranged on the push plate (49) and used for controlling the feeding of the slurry; during metering, the push plate (49) slides in the metering cylinder (41) to determine the proportion of the slurry, and when the valve assembly is opened, the slurry enters the metering cylinder (41) through the feeding hole; when the valve component is closed, the slurry in the metering cylinder (41) is compressed and extruded through the sliding of the pushing plate (49), and various slurries which are metered are mixed in the mixing cylinder (5);
