In conclusion, the water-based paint with high aging resistance for the automotive interior and the production process thereof provided by the invention have the advantages that the water-based paint takes the water-based polyurethane dispersoid, the water-based acrylic resin and the water-based alkyd resin as paint base materials, a composite resin coating is obtained during painting, the weather resistance is better than that of a traditional single resin coating, the synergy of the anti-aging raw materials of all components can be greatly improved by preparing the composite anti-aging agent as a modified material of the water-based paint, wherein the natural anti-aging agent consisting of camphor leaf polyphenol, tea polyphenol, rosemary extract and licorice extract and the chemical anti-aging agent consisting of nano titanium dioxide, organic silicon resin and thiodipropyl stearate resin are matched with each other, the oxidation speed of the paint coating can be greatly slowed down when the paint is exposed to the air, and the anti-aging performance and the yellowing resistance of the paint are greatly improved.
