The invention relates to a mortar reinforcing agent which comprises the following components in parts by weight: 11 parts of polycarboxylic acid water reducing agent, 8 parts of hydroxypropyl methyl cellulose, 11 parts of propylene glycol methyl ether acetate, 3 parts of polyacrylamide, 3 parts of polyvinyl alcohol powder, 3 parts of silane-based water repellent, 3 parts of sodium dodecyl sulfate, 3 parts of emulsion powder and 7 parts of calcium silicate powder.
When the high-permeability cement slurry for plugging is prepared, the main structure of the reactor comprises: the device comprises a kettle body 1, a vacuumizing motor 2, a sealed feeding hole 3, a stirring shaft driving motor 4, a stirring shaft 5, stirring blades 6, a discharging hole 7, a discharging valve 8, a heating pipe 9 and a controller 10; a vacuumizing motor 2 is fixedly arranged on the central axis position of the top end of the kettle body 1 in a sealed mode, two groups of stirring shaft driving motors 4 are symmetrically arranged on two sides of the vacuumizing motor 2, and a sealed feeding hole 3 capable of being opened and closed is further formed in one side of the top end of the kettle body 1; two groups of stirring shafts 5 which respectively correspond to the two groups of stirring shaft driving motors 4 are arranged in the kettle body 1 in parallel, the stirring shafts 5 are in transmission connection with the stirring shaft driving motors 4, the bottom ends of the stirring shafts 5 are fixedly provided with stirring blades 6, the top ends of upper shaft levers 501 of the stirring shafts are in transmission connection with the stirring shaft driving motors 4, a plurality of groups of uniformly distributed stirring blades 6 are fixedly arranged on lower shaft levers 502 of the stirring shafts, and the upper shaft levers 501 and the lower shaft levers 502 of the stirring shafts are fixedly connected through springs 503; a heating pipe 9 is further arranged in the kettle body 1, the heating pipe 9 is provided with an inlet 901, a spiral pipe body 902 and an outlet 903, the inlet 901 and the outlet 903 both penetrate through the side wall of the kettle body 1, and the spiral pipe body 902 is spirally provided with multiple layers from top to bottom along the inner wall of the kettle body 1, so that heating in the kettle body 1 is realized; a discharge port 7 is arranged at the bottom end of the kettle body 1, and a discharge valve 8 is arranged on the discharge port 7; the controller 10 is arranged outside the kettle body 1, and the controller 10 is respectively electrically connected with the vacuumizing motor 2 and the stirring shaft driving motor 4 to respectively realize the control of the vacuumizing motor 2 and the stirring shaft driving motor 4.
The invention relates to a preparation method of cement slurry for high permeability plugging, which comprises the steps of firstly pouring raw materials of various weight components into a kettle body 1 of a reaction kettle through a feed inlet of the kettle body 1, starting a stirring shaft driving motor 4 through a controller 10, driving a stirring shaft 5 to rotate by the stirring shaft driving motor 4, stirring materials in the kettle body 1 through stirring blades 6 on the stirring shaft 5, heating the kettle body 1 through a heating pipe 9, controlling the temperature to be 35-40 ℃ for stirring at constant temperature, controlling a vacuumizing motor 2 to perform vacuumizing treatment on the kettle body 1 through the controller 10 while stirring, continuing stirring for 15-20 minutes after the vacuumizing motor 2 is closed, enabling stirring to be more uniform, closing the stirring shaft driving motor 4 after stirring is completed, opening a discharging valve 8, and discharging mixed cement slurry through a discharge outlet 7.
Example 2:
the preparation process of this example is the same as that of example 1, except that the raw materials used are different in weight components, wherein: 85 parts of pozzolanic portland cement, 17 parts of S95 grade mineral powder, 75 parts of fly ash, 90 parts of 70-100 mesh fine sand, 20 parts of polypropylene fiber or nylon fiber, 15 parts of carbon fiber, 25 parts of hydrogel, 18 parts of mortar reinforcing agent and 110 parts of clear water.
The mortar reinforcing agent related to the embodiment comprises the following components in parts by weight: 5 parts of polycarboxylic acid water reducing agent, 12 parts of hydroxypropyl methyl cellulose, 13 parts of propylene glycol methyl ether acetate, 4 parts of polyacrylamide, 4 parts of polyvinyl alcohol powder, 1 part of silyl water repellent, 2 parts of sodium dodecyl sulfate, 15 parts of emulsion powder and 10 parts of calcium silicate powder.
The cement slurry prepared by the embodiment has strong permeability and is suitable for leakage repairing in severe environment.
