Description

Breast pad suitable for saving core material and production method thereof
Technical Field
The invention relates to the technical field of breast pads, in particular to a breast pad suitable for saving core materials and a production method thereof.
Background
The absorbent layer (also called core) of the existing breast pad is mostly made of dust-free paper to wrap a basically circular fluff pulp layer (generally, macromolecular absorbent particles are mixed in fluff pulp). For a specific structure of the breast pad, reference is made to patent document CN101299936. The core body can be cut by core body coiled materials, and the core body coiled materials are manufactured by sequentially laying a first layer of dust-free paper, a second layer of high molecular water absorption particles (such as SAP and SAF can be selected), a third layer of fluffy non-woven fabric, a fourth layer of high molecular water absorption particles and a fifth layer of dust-free paper (refer to Chinese patent document CN208693620U specifically).
The existing breast pad has the following defects: when a user uses the breast pad in the daytime, the breast pad is generally in a vertical state, the middle lower part of the core body can absorb the saturated milk, and the middle upper end part of the core body is basically in a dry state; in this situation, the user generally directly replaces the new breast pad, because if the user selects to change the direction of the breast pad up and down for continuous use, the core body at the middle lower part is in a wet state and is attached to the chest of the human body, and the user experience is uncomfortable; therefore, most users choose to replace the new breast pad to improve the comfort of the product. In order to further improve the three-dimensional effect of the three-dimensional cover body, the rubber band at least spans the strip-shaped parts of two adjacent cover bodies.
The production method of the breast pad comprises the following steps: unfolding the core coiled material, and then sequentially cutting the core body in a staggered and alternate arrangement mode according to the arc-shaped head of the core body facing outwards; the core body is sent between the top sheet and the bottom sheet, then the top sheet and the bottom sheet which are positioned at the periphery of the core body are jointed by an ultrasonic welding process, and then the outer edge is cut to form the breast pad.
Preferably, the gap between adjacent strips is 1-5mm.
The water-repellent material layer can be water-repellent non-woven fabric or air-permeable water-repellent film.
The rubber band at least spans two adjacent strip-shaped parts. The strip-shaped parts are arranged at intervals, so that the deformation assistance of the water absorbing layer is small, the rubber band is used for shrinking, the product is favorably deformed into a bowl shape, and the forming effect is good; meanwhile, the formed gap is favorable for ventilation, so that the use comfort of a user is improved, and the bacteria breeding is avoided.
When the breast pad is used, the arc-shaped head of the core body faces downwards, so that each strip-shaped part of the breast pad plays a role of a water retaining strip, and the water absorption effect is improved.
Optionally, the waterproof layer comprises one or more layers of melt-blown fabric which are distributed in a laminated manner, and a spun-bonded non-woven fabric attached to the lower side of the melt-blown fabric; the gram weight of the spun-bonded non-woven fabric is 15-30g per square meter, and the gram weight of the melt-blown fabric is 20-45g per square meter.
