The invention relates to a conveniently-folded hygienic product, which comprises a water absorption core body, wherein the water absorption core body comprises a fluff pulp layer, and the fluff pulp layer is divided by a linear groove; when the sanitary product is folded, the sanitary product is folded along the linear groove and then packaged. The structure avoids directly folding the water absorption core body, so that the folding assistance of the product is small, and no bending gap exists between the two water absorption core bodies after folding, thereby being beneficial to reducing the thickness of the packaged product and saving the packaging space; the fluff pulp layer is formed by mixing fluff pulp and SAP. The fluff pulp layer is wrapped by toilet paper. The water absorption core body is arranged between the permeable layer and the waterproof layer, and the edges of the permeable layer and the waterproof layer are connected through ultrasonic welding and wrap the water absorption core body. The sanitary product can be breast pad, sanitary towel, diaper, armpit pad or mattress, etc. The waterproof layer is melt-blown fabric which has small gram weight, good flexibility and good water-repellent effect, can block bacteria, and has better air permeability than air-permeable plastic films and water-repellent non-woven fabrics.
Description
Technical Field
The invention relates to the technical field of hygienic products, in particular to a hygienic product convenient to fold.
Background
The sanitary article of prior art is convenient for the user to carry, is the fold condition when needing to leave factory's packing. The thickness of the absorption core body of the sanitary product is usually 0.5-1cm, so that the product is not easy to fold. Even if after folding, also form hollow portion in folding department easily, lead to the whole thickness of product great, be unfavorable for practicing thrift the packing space.
Disclosure of Invention
The invention aims to provide a hygienic product which is simple in structure, beneficial to saving packaging space and convenient to fold.
In order to solve the problems, the invention provides a sanitary product convenient to fold, which comprises a water absorption core body, wherein the water absorption core body comprises a fluff pulp layer, and the fluff pulp layer is divided by a linear groove; when the sanitary product is folded, the sanitary product is folded along the linear groove and then packaged.
Further preferably, the fluff pulp layer is formed by mixing fluff pulp and SAP.
Further preferably, in the water absorbent core, the fluff pulp layer is wrapped by toilet paper.
Further preferably, the water absorption core body is arranged between the permeable layer and the waterproof layer, and the edges of the permeable layer and the waterproof layer are connected through ultrasonic welding and wrap the water absorption core body.
Further preferably, the sanitary article is a breast pad, a sanitary napkin, a diaper, an underarm pad or a mattress.
The sanitary towel is a straight strip-shaped sanitary towel, and wing parts are arranged on two sides of the middle part of the sanitary towel; the linear grooves are provided with a pair of parallel linear grooves which are respectively arranged on the water absorption core body and correspond to the two sides of the wing part.
Further preferably, the linear groove has a plurality of parallel and/or perpendicular grooves.
Preferably, the waterproof layer comprises one or more layers of melt-blown fabrics which are distributed in a laminated mode, and a spun-bonded non-woven fabric attached to the lower side of the melt-blown fabrics.
More preferably, the gram weight of the spunbonded nonwoven fabric is 15-30g per square meter, and the gram weight of the melt-blown fabric is 20-45g per square meter.
Preferably, the spunbonded nonwoven fabric is bonded to the lower side surface of the meltblown fabric by spot-distributed glue, or the spunbonded nonwoven fabric is bonded to the lower side surface of the meltblown fabric by spot-distributed ultrasonic welding or thermal fusion.
The invention has the technical effects that: (1) according to the conveniently-folded hygienic product, the fluff pulp layer of the water absorbing core body is divided by the linear groove; the sanitary product is folded along the linear groove when being packaged and folded. The structure avoids directly folding the water absorption core body, so that the folding assistance of the product is small, and no bending gap exists between the two water absorption core bodies after folding, thereby being beneficial to reducing the thickness of the packaged product and saving the packaging space; (2) the utility model provides a sanitary towel of vertical bar shape carries out twice folding in a pair of linear groove department, can reduce the thickness of folding back product by a wide margin, and during the use simultaneously, a pair of linear groove becomes ventilative groove, reduces bacterial growing, does benefit to the user and is healthy. (3) The waterproof layer is melt-blown fabric which is small in gram weight, good in flexibility, good in water-repellent effect, capable of blocking bacteria, and far better in air permeability than an air-permeable plastic film and a water-repellent non-woven fabric, so that the use comfort of the product is greatly improved; (4) the spun-bonded non-woven fabric is bonded on the lower side surface of the melt-blown fabric through the point-shaped distributed glue so as to be beneficial to gluing the outer side surface of a product.
Drawings
The invention is described in further detail below with reference to the drawings of the specification:
FIG. 1 is a schematic view of the medial side of a nursing pad in example 1 of the present application;
FIG. 2 is a schematic view of the medial side of another nursing pad of the present application;

FIG. 4 is a schematic medial side view of a third breast pad of the present application;
FIG. 5 is a schematic view of the structure of the inside surface of a sanitary napkin according to example 2 of the present application;
in the figure, a water absorption core body 1, a linear groove 11, a sanitary towel 2 and a wing part 21 are arranged.
Detailed Description
Example 1
Referring to fig. 1-4, the foldable sanitary product of the present embodiment comprises a hydrophilic layer, a water-absorbing core 1 and a waterproof layer, which are sequentially stacked, wherein the waterproof layer comprises one or more layers of meltblown fabric which are stacked and bonded to the lower side of the meltblown fabric. The edges of the permeable layer and the waterproof layer are connected through ultrasonic welding and wrap the water absorption core body 1. The sanitary product is a breast pad.
The gram weight of the spun-bonded non-woven fabric is 15-30g per square meter, and the gram weight of the melt-blown fabric is 20-45g per square meter.
The spunbonded nonwoven is bonded on the lower side surface of the melt-blown fabric through glue distributed in a uniform point shape, or the spunbonded nonwoven is connected on the lower side surface of the melt-blown fabric in a point shape distributed ultrasonic welding and thermal melting mode.
The water absorption core body 1 comprises a fluff pulp layer which is divided by linear grooves 11; when folded, the sanitary product is folded along the linear groove 11 and then packaged.
The fluff pulp layer is formed by mixing fluff pulp and SAP, and is wholly or one by one wrapped by toilet paper.
