Fig. 2 is a schematic flowchart of a course scheduling method 200 provided in an embodiment of the present application, where the method 200 may be executed by a course scheduling apparatus (or system), and the course scheduling apparatus may be implemented by software and/or hardware. The course arrangement device can be an electronic device or a chip or a circuit of the electronic device. As an example, the course scheduling device may be the electronic device 102 in fig. 1, or a module or unit thereof. As another example, the course scheduling apparatus may be a terminal device, or a module or unit thereof. As shown in fig. 2, the method includes steps 210 to 230.
210, after receiving the instruction of course selection, sending a course adding interface to the user according to the instruction of course selection.
In some optional embodiments, the course scheduling apparatus (e.g., the electronic device 102) may receive the course selection instruction from the terminal device (e.g., the electronic device 101). Specifically, the user can trigger the course selection instruction by operating the terminal device, and the terminal device receives the course selection instruction in response to the trigger operation of the user and sends the course selection instruction to the course arrangement device. For example, the user clicks or touches a button of course selection through the operation interface, i.e. a course selection instruction is triggered. The course selection instruction may include an identifier of the user, which is not limited in the present application.
In other alternative embodiments, the course arrangement device may receive the course selection instruction of the user. Specifically, the user can trigger the course selection instruction by operating the course arrangement device, and the course arrangement device responds to the trigger operation of the user and receives the course selection instruction. Here, the course scheduling device may be a terminal device, which is not limited in this application.
In some optional embodiments, when the course arrangement device receives the course selection instruction from the terminal device, the course arrangement device may display the course addition interface to the user through the terminal device. In other alternative embodiments, when the course arrangement device receives the course selection instruction of the user, the course arrangement device can display the course adding interface to the user through the display module or component of the course arrangement device.
FIG. 3 illustrates one example of a course addition interface. As shown in fig. 3, the course adding interface may include an interface (a) and an interface (B) in fig. 3, wherein the courses selectable in the interface (a) may be, without limitation, course a, course B, course C, course D, course E, course F, and the like. As an example, interface (a) may be displayed to the user first, and after the user selects a course (e.g., course a) in the list of selected courses in interface (a), interface (b) may continue to be added to the course. In interface (b), an option to select a course type may be included.
Here, the course types can include one-to-one courses, one-to-many courses, and/or recorded courses, among others. The one-to-one course refers to a class-form course in which one lecturer corresponds to one user; the one-to-many courses refer to a class-form course in which one lecturer corresponds to a plurality of users; the recorded course refers to a class-type course in which a video course recorded in advance by a lecturer is played. Here, a plurality means at least two, including 2 and more.
It is to be understood that, although the example is described herein with the class types as a one-to-one class, a one-to-many class and/or a recorded broadcast class, the embodiments of the present application are not limited thereto, for example, each class type may be further classified, for example, each one-to-many class may be further divided into a small class and a large class, etc., or each class type may be further referred to by other names, for example, a recorded broadcast class may be further referred to as a video class, etc., which all fall within the scope of the embodiments of the present application.
Optionally, the interface (b) may further include a course selection number option, which is not limited in this embodiment of the application.
And 220, acquiring the course type of the first course input by the user through the course adding interface, wherein the course type comprises a one-to-one course, a one-to-many course and/or a recorded and played course.
With continued reference to fig. 3, the user may select a course type of the course a (i.e., an example of the first course) in the interface (b), for example, the user may select a one-to-one course, a one-to-many course, or a recorded broadcast course, which is not limited in this embodiment of the present application.
In some optional embodiments, the course scheduling method 200 may further include: and acquiring the course frequency information input by the user through the course adding interface.
For example, the user may select the number of courses for course a on the interface (b), for example, by clicking or touching the "+" or "-" button on the interface (b) to adjust the number of courses, which is not limited in this application.
After the user completes the selection of the course type or the number of courses at the interface (b), the decision button may be clicked or touched to trigger the selected course type or the number of courses to be transmitted to the course arrangement apparatus. Correspondingly, the course arrangement device can receive the course type or the course times of the first course input by the user through the course adding interface.
In other alternative embodiments, when the user does not need to select the number of courses for a certain course, or the user does not select the number of courses for a certain course, a default number of courses may be configured for the course, for example, the number of courses of 5,10,15 may be configured according to the requirement of the course, which is not limited in the embodiments of the present application.
And 230, determining a curriculum schedule of the user according to the curriculum type input by the user, wherein the curriculum schedule comprises at least one of the lesson time information and the lecturer information of the first curriculum.
Therefore, in the embodiment of the application, the class schedule of the first course of the user can be obtained by acquiring the course type of the first course selected by the user and arranging the courses according to the course type, wherein the course type includes a one-to-one course, a one-to-many course and/or a recorded and broadcast course, and the class schedule includes the time information of the course and the information of the lecturer.
In some optional embodiments, when the class type selected by the user includes the one-to-one class, the method 200 may further include acquiring at least one of session time information and lecturer information of the first class input by the user through the class addition interface. That is, after step 220, i.e., after the user enters the class type, selection may continue from the time dimension and the lecturer dimension.
Optionally, before obtaining at least one of the lesson taking time information and the lecturer information of the first lesson input by the user through the lesson adding interface, at least one of the lesson taking time information and the lecturer information of the first lesson which is selectable may be displayed to the user through the lesson adding interface.
FIG. 4 illustrates another example of a course addition interface. As shown in fig. 4, after the user selects the class type in interface (b) of fig. 3, the interface may jump to interface (c) shown in fig. 4, where the user may implement a preference from the time dimension by clicking or touching the preferred time button, or implement a preference from the lecturer dimension by clicking or touching the preferred lecturer button.
As one example, when the user clicks or touches the preferred time button, the user may be presented with the interface shown in FIG. 5 (d), with all of the lesson available times for lesson A. Once the user has selected a session, the user may be presented with the interface shown in fig. 5 (e), at which point the user may see all of the lecturers that are selectable during the session.
As another example, when the user clicks or touches the preferred lecturer button, the user may be presented with the interface shown in FIG. 6 (f), presenting the user with all of the selectable lecturers for course A. Once the user selects a lecturer, the interface will present the user with all of the selectable times for the lecturer to attend the lecture.
It is understood that when the interface is unable to present all options (e.g., class hours, or lecturers), the interface may be displayed by sliding a scroll bar, which is not limited in this application.
After the user completes the selection of the lecture time and lecturer at the interfaces (d) to (g), the decision button may be clicked or touched to trigger the transmission of the selected lecture time information or lecturer information to the lecture arrangement device. Correspondingly, the course arrangement device can receive the information of the lessee and the lessee time of the first course input by the user through the course adding interface.
It should be noted that fig. 4 to fig. 6 are merely examples of interface displays of an electronic device in an application scenario, and do not limit the application, and in other application scenarios, the display interface may be correspondingly changed.
In other possible embodiments, the interface presented to the user may further provide an input area for the user to manually input a desired time of class or a desired lecturer, which is not limited in this embodiment of the present application.
At this time, the determining of the curriculum schedule of the user according to the curriculum type input by the user may be specifically implemented in the following manner:
determining the lesson time information of the first lesson input by the user as the lesson time information of the first lesson in the lesson schedule; and/or
And determining the lessee information of the first course input by the user as the lessee information of the first course in the curriculum schedule.
Here, since the user, the lecturer, and the lecture time are in a one-to-one correspondence relationship in the class, the lecture scheduling apparatus can perform the lecture scheduling in accordance with the priority class time selected (or manually input) by the user and/or the priority lecturer selected (or manually input) by the user. Optionally, when the user further inputs the number of times of class administration of the course, the course arrangement device may further automatically extend the course arrangement according to the number of times of the course selected by the user, so as to realize automatic generation of all the courses of the user in the future.
Therefore, when the class type is a one-to-one class, the embodiment of the application can determine class time information of the class according to the class time information input by the user and/or determine lecturer information of the class according to the lecturer information input by the user, and further determine a class schedule. Therefore, the curriculum schedule can be determined according to the requirements of the user, and the user experience can be improved while the flexibility and efficiency of course arrangement are improved.
In some alternative embodiments, the one-to-many lessons include a first one-to-many lesson wherein the first one-to-many lesson corresponds to a class having no more than a first number of users, and a second one-to-many lesson corresponds to a class having a greater number of users than the first number. Here, the first one-to-many course may also be referred to as a small class course, and the second one-to-many course may also be referred to as a large class course, which is not limited in this application. Illustratively, the first number may be 5,10,15, etc., which is not limited in this application.
When the class type selected by the user includes the first one-to-many class (e.g., class), the party 200 may further obtain at least one of class time information and lecturer information of the first class, which is input by the user through the class adding interface.
Optionally, before obtaining at least one of the lesson taking time information and the lecturer information of the first lesson input by the user through the lesson adding interface, at least one of the lesson taking time information and the lecturer information of the first lesson which is selectable may be displayed to the user through the lesson adding interface.
Specifically, for a specific implementation manner of receiving at least one of the lesson-going time information and the lessee information of the first lesson input by the user, and displaying at least one of the lesson-going time information of the selectable first lesson to the user through the lesson adding interface, reference may be made to the description in fig. 4 to fig. 6 above, which is not described herein again.
At this time, the determining of the curriculum schedule of the user according to the curriculum type input by the user may be specifically implemented in the following manner:
counting at least one user with the same class time information and/or the same lecturer information in at least one of class time information and lecturer information of the first class input by each user, wherein the number of the at least one user is not more than the first number;
determining the curriculum schedule of the at least one user, wherein the lesson-taking time information of the first curriculum in the curriculum schedule of the at least one user is the same lesson-taking time information, and the lessee information of the first curriculum is the same lessee information.
Specifically, when the class type is the first one-to-many class type, i.e. the class type, since one class time period of one lessee corresponds to a plurality of users, the class scheduling apparatus will perform the class work according to the class time information and/or the lessee information of the first class selected by the plurality of users. In this case, all users (i.e., the at least one user) of the same lessee in the same time period may be collectively selected with the maximum number of people (i.e., the first number of people) defined in the first one-to-many class (i.e., the small class) as a limitation.
In some embodiments, the number of users with the same class time information and/or the same lecturer information may be larger than the first number, and the users may be grouped into a plurality of classes, wherein the number of users in each class is not larger than the first number.
As a possible implementation manner, the lesson scheduling apparatus may label the at least one user (i.e. all users grouped in the same class), for example, a label may be added to the identification of each user of the at least one user to distinguish the at least one user from other users. It should be noted that, here, the life cycle of the tag is limited to the class in the same time period, and the same user may exist in different classes in different time periods, which is not limited in this application.
It should be noted that, in the embodiment of the present application, when a course is scheduled based on a time period selected by a user, a lecturer schedules the course around the time period selected by the user, so as to meet the user requirement to the maximum extent and improve the user experience.
In some optional embodiments, before determining the user's schedule, the method 200 may further include obtaining the lessee's lesson types and/or lesson time information that may be lectured.
For example, the lecturer sorting apparatus may store a list of lecturers in advance, wherein each lecturer in the list of lecturers may be sorted according to the lecture experience degree of the lecturer, the category of the job title, the time length for joining the online classroom, and the like (or others), which is not limited in this application. In addition, when the lectureable persons are displayed to the user, the lectureable persons may be displayed in the order of the lectureable persons in the lecturer list, which is not limited in the present application.
In some embodiments, when a plurality of small classes, for example, n classes, are aggregated for the same time period of the same course, the first n classes may be sequentially assigned to the n small classes according to the order in the list of lecturers in the system, which is not limited in this application.
Therefore, when the class type is the first one-to-many class (for example, a small class), the embodiment of the present application can determine the class time information of the class according to the class time information input by the user, and/or determine the lecturer information of the class according to the lecturer information input by the user, and further determine the class schedule, and can aggregate users of the same lecturer in the same time period to form a small class with only the same time period. Therefore, the curriculum schedule can be determined according to the requirements of the user, the class can be flexibly distributed, and the user experience can be improved while the flexibility and efficiency of course arrangement are improved.
In some optional embodiments, when the class type selected by the user includes the second one-to-many class (e.g., a big class), the determining the schedule of the user according to the class type input by the user may specifically be implemented in the following manner:
determining preset first time information as the class time information of the first class; and/or
And determining preset first lessee information as the lessee information of the first course.
In some optional embodiments, when the class type selected by the user includes the recorded and played class, the determining the class schedule of the user according to the class type input by the user may specifically be implemented in the following manner:
determining preset second time information as class time information of the first class; and/or
And determining preset second lecturer information as the lecturer information of the first course.
That is, if the class type selected by the user is a large class or a recorded class, then a fixed class time will be provided by the system (e.g., the scheduling device) or a relatively fixed lecturer may be provided without requiring the user to select the class time or the lecturer. At this time, users are aggregated by taking courses as a center, that is, a plurality of users selecting a large class or a live class in the same course are aggregated into one class to give lessons. Similar to a small class, the same tag can be made for users in the same large class or live class at this time, and the tag only exists in the class period of the class.
In some optional embodiments, the method 200 may also send optional session information and/or lecturer information for a second one-to-many class (e.g., a big class) to the user before determining the user's schedule. At this time, when the user's curriculum schedule is determined, the lessee time information and/or the lessee information selected by the user may be referred to, so that the lessee time in the curriculum schedule is as same as or similar to the lessee time selected by the user as possible, and the lessee is as same as or similar to the lessee time selected by the user as possible, which is not limited in the present application.
In some optional embodiments, before determining the user's schedule, method 200 may further include obtaining recorded course video and recorded course time information for the recorded course. The recorded and broadcast time information can be sent to the user through the interface, so that the user can select the time suitable for the user to learn on line.
Therefore, when the class type is the second one-to-many class (for example, a big class) or a live class, the embodiment of the present application can determine the class time information of the class according to the preset class time information, and/or determine the lecturer information of the class according to the preset lecturer information, and further determine the class schedule, and can aggregate users of the same class in the same time period. Therefore, the embodiment of the application can support various types of online courses to be scheduled simultaneously, and the flexibility and efficiency of course scheduling are improved.
In addition, the process of generating the curriculum schedule occurs in the pre-class stage of online education, and in the class stage after the generation of the curriculum schedule, the follow-up process circulation management of online teaching can be realized in an online mode. Here, the subsequent flow of online lectures may include key actions such as a pre-class attendance reminder, class sign-in, attendance statistics, class selling, and re-scheduling.
In some optional embodiments, after step 230, a user list corresponding to the first course may be further obtained according to the session time information of the first course. And then, sending a first reminding message to a client corresponding to each user in the user list, wherein the first reminding message is used for reminding each user of having class in the class time of the first course.
For example, the time of class opening of all classes can be scanned regularly, for each time of class opening, a user list (an example of the user list) of all users to be class is obtained, and all users in the user list can be sent a class reminder before the beginning of the class (for example, 5 minutes, or 8 minutes, or other time period ahead). As a specific example, when the terminal device is a smart desk lamp, the first reminding message may be reached in a long link manner, and when the terminal device is a smart phone or a tablet, the first reminding message may be reached in a short message manner.
Optionally, a second reminding message may be sent to the client corresponding to the lecturer of the first course, where the second reminding message is used to remind the lecturer of the first course to attend the course at the class time of the first course. For example, before the course starts, the second reminding message may reach the lecturer in a short message or a long link manner, or the system may reach the lecturer in a telephone manner, without limitation.
Therefore, the embodiment of the application can realize the class reminding of the user and the lecturer in an online mode before the course starts, thereby being beneficial to improving the circulation efficiency of an online classroom and improving the user experience.
In some optional embodiments, after the step 230, a check-in request may be further received, where the check-in request is triggered by a user entering an online classroom of the first course, and then according to the check-in request, a course type and lecturer information corresponding to the online classroom are determined, and according to the course type and lecturer information, a check-in behavior of the user for the first course is recorded.
As an example, when a user clicks to enter an online classroom of a first course through a terminal device, the terminal device may send a check-in request to a lecture scheduling apparatus, where the check-in request may carry a course type and lecturer information of a course corresponding to the online classroom. Correspondingly, the course arrangement device can receive the sign-in request, acquire the course type and the information of the lessee according to the sign-in request, further position the course information of the user according to the course type and the information of the lessee, and record the sign-in behavior of the user to the first course.
Therefore, the embodiment of the application can realize the recording of the sign-in behavior of the user in an online mode after the course starts, thereby being beneficial to improving the circulation efficiency of online classes and improving the user experience.
In some optional embodiments, after step 230, after the session time of the first course is over, the user who does not check in the user list may be obtained, and then the curriculum schedule of the user who does not check in may be updated according to the type of the first course of the user who does not check in.
For example, after the first course is finished, the course scheduling apparatus may perform a second scan to check whether each user in the user list corresponding to the first course is signed in, i.e., whether there is a attendance record. If the sign-in behavior of a certain user in the user list is not detected, the class of the user can be converted into a class which can be arranged, and the curriculum schedule of the user is updated. Optionally, the number of times of class attendance of the user who does not check in may not be updated, and the class arrangement may be performed again according to the number of times of class attendance and the class time information and/or the lecturer information in the class schedule. Specifically, the course scheduling process may refer to the description above, and is not described again.
Therefore, the embodiment of the application can realize the course rearrangement of the users who do not work in an online mode after the course starts, thereby being beneficial to improving the circulation efficiency of online classes and improving the user experience.
In some optional embodiments, after step 230, an exit message may be further received, the exit message instructing the user to exit the online classroom for the first class, and then the number of times the user can attend the first class may be updated according to the exit message.
For example, after the first lesson is started, the user may manually click or touch an exit button of the terminal device. In response to the exit instruction, the user exits the online classroom for the first class. At this moment, the terminal device sends the quit message to the course arrangement device, and the course arrangement device can subtract 1 from the lesson available times of the user according to the quit message to complete one course selling of the first course.
Or, optionally, after the end of the first course, if the log-out record of the user who has checked-in record in the user list corresponding to the first course is not received, the number of times that the user can attend the course may still be reduced by 1.
Therefore, the embodiment of the application can realize class selling of the attendance users in an online mode after the course starts, thereby being beneficial to improving the circulation efficiency of online classes and improving the user experience.
