本公开实施例公开了一种干扰测量方法、干扰处理方法及其装置,涉及通信技术领域,其中,干扰测量方法应用于第一终端设备,该干扰测量方法包括:接收终端间干扰管理参考信号UE‑IM‑RS;根据所述UE‑IM‑RS,确定发送所述UE‑IM‑RS的第二终端设备以及确定所述第二终端设备的干扰测量结果,该方法通过接收的终端接干扰管理参考信号UE‑IM‑RS,可确定发送该UE‑IM‑RS的第二终端设备以及确定第二终端设备的干扰测量结果,使得第一终端设备能够确定与自身存在相互干扰的第二终端设备,从而方便网络设备进行调度,避免在同频同时进行第一终端设备的数据接收,以及第二终端设备的数据发送,提高数据传输效率以及准确率。
