Abstract

一种射频芯片,涉及芯片技术领域,能够减少射频芯片的多余器件带来的器件损耗。该射频芯片包括相控阵,相控阵包括多个支路,每个支路包括发射路径、接收路径、公共路径以及移相器(11),移相器(11)包括第一移相单元、第二移相单元和第三移相单元;第一移相单元位于发射路径上;第二移相单元位于接收路径上;第三移相单元位于公共路径上。第一移相单元用于根据控制信号为发射路径传输的信号提供移相或关断操作,第二移相单元用于根据控制信号为接收路径传输的信号提供移相或关断操作。
