As shown in fig. 2, the holding mechanism 5 includes a first holding portion 51 provided in the case 3 and a second holding portion 52 provided in the backing member 8.
Fig. 4 is a side view showing a state where the display unit 4 of fig. 3 is detached from the case 3. Further, fig. 5 is a sectional view taken along line V-V of fig. 4. Fig. 6 is a side view showing a state where the display unit 4 of fig. 4 is held in the case 3 by the holding mechanism 5.
The first holding portion 51 is fixed inside the case 3. In the present embodiment, a rod-like member protruding from the inner surface of the case 3 is used as the first holding portion 51. The first holding portion 51 protrudes from the inner surface of the case 3 in a direction perpendicular to the depth direction of the case 3.
The second holding portion 52 is configured to be engaged with the first holding portion 51. The holding mechanism 5 holds the display unit 4 in the case 3 by engaging the second holding portion 52 with the first holding portion 51. In a state where the display unit 4 is held in the case 3 by the holding mechanism 5, the entire holding mechanism 5 is disposed inside the case 3.
The second holding portion 52 includes a receiving member 521 and a pressing member 522. The receiving member 521 and the pressing member 522 are fixed to the backing member 8.
The receiving member 521 is a plate-like member protruding from the backing member 8 toward the case 3. The receiving member 521 is provided with a long hole 523 extending from a protruding end of the receiving member 521 to the backing member 8. Thus, the protruding end of the receiving member 521 is formed with an open portion of the elongated hole 523. As shown in fig. 6, the first holding portion 51 is inserted into the long hole 523 in a state where the display unit 4 is held in the case 3.
The pressing member 522 is an elastic member that can elastically deform. In the present embodiment, the pressing member 522 is formed by bending a rod-shaped metal member. The pressing member 522 is disposed beside the receiving member 521 in the thickness direction of the receiving member 521.
The pressing member 522 has a protrusion 522a that presses the first holding portion 51 inserted into the long hole 523 toward the backing member 8. As shown in fig. 4, when the second holding portion 52 is viewed in the thickness direction of the receiving member 521, a part of the protrusion 522a enters the region of the long hole 523.
As shown in fig. 6, in a state where the second holding portion 52 is engaged with the first holding portion 51, the first holding portion 51 inserted into the long hole 523 is positioned closer to the backing member 8 than the protrusion 522a. Further, in a state where the second holding portion 52 is engaged with the first holding portion 51, the elastic restoring force of the pressing member 522 acts on the first holding portion 51 from the protrusion 522a. Thereby, the display unit 4 is held by the case 3 while the projection 522a of the pressing member 522 is held in the first holding portion 51.
Next, a procedure when the hall lantern 2 is installed on the hall wall 1 will be described. When the hall lantern 2 is installed on the landing wall 1, the housing 3 is fixed to the landing wall 1 in a state where the housing 3 is disposed in the space 13 of the landing wall 1. At this time, the opening 31 of the case 3 faces the stage side.
Then, the display unit 4 manufactured in advance is attached to the case 3. When the display unit 4 is mounted on the case 3, the necessary wiring work for the component unit 10 is performed, and then the display unit 4 is opposed to the opening 31 of the case 3 with the backing member 8 facing the case 3. At this time, the second holding portion 52 is inserted into the case 3 from the opening 31 of the case 3, and the first holding portion 51 is inserted into the long hole 523 from the opening of the long hole 523.
Thereafter, the display unit 4 is brought closer to the case 3, and the display unit 4 is pushed into a position where the opening 31 is closed. At this time, inside the long hole 523, the first holding portion 51 pushes the protrusion 522a open and moves to a position closer to the backing member 8 than the protrusion 522a.
When the first holding portion 51 moves to a position closer to the backing member 8 than the protrusion 522a, the protrusion 522a is caught by the first holding portion 51 by the elastic restoring force of the pressing member. Then, the elastic restoring force of the pressing member 522 acts on the first holding portion 51 from the protrusion 522a toward the backing member 8. Thereby, the state in which the protrusion 522a is engaged with the first holding portion 51 is maintained, and the display unit 4 is held in the case 3. Thereby, the display unit 4 is attached to the cabinet 3, and the hall lantern 2 is completed. In this way, the hall lantern 2 is installed on the landing wall 1.
In the hall lamp 2, the back member 8 is overlapped with the back surface 62 of the design sheet 6, and the second holding portion 52 engaged with the first holding portion 51 is provided in the back member 8. Therefore, the second holding portion 52 can be easily provided on the back side of the design plate 6 without performing processing for holding the design plate 6 to the case 3 on the design plate 6. This can prevent the holding mechanism 5 holding the display unit 4 in the case 3 from being exposed to the design surface 61 of the design plate 6. Therefore, the hall lantern 2 can be improved in design.
Further, the strength of the backing member 8 is higher than that of the design plate 6. Therefore, the backing member 8 can be prevented from being damaged. This enables the display unit 4 to be more reliably held by the case 3.
Further, each cover body 71 is provided with a groove 73, and a part of the edge of the design plate 6 is inserted into the groove 73 as the insertion portion 64. Therefore, each end cap 7 can be easily attached to the edge of the design plate 6 simply by inserting the insertion portion 64 of the design plate 6 into the groove 73 of the end cap 7.
Each end cap 7 has a pair of cap end wall portions 72 that close both end portions of the groove 73. Therefore, the pair of cover end wall portions 72 can prevent the insertion portion 64 from coming off from both end portions of the groove 73. This can more reliably prevent the end caps 7 from coming off the design plate 6.
The fixing members 9 are disposed inside the case 3. Therefore, the fixing members 9 can be prevented from colliding with the wall surface of the landing wall 1 to which the casing 3 is fixed, and the display unit 4 can be brought close to the wall surface of the landing wall 1. As a result, as shown in fig. 3, the size a of the display unit 4 protruding from the wall surface of the landing wall 1 can be reduced.
The second attachment portion 82 provided on the backing member 8 overlaps the first attachment portion 74 protruding from the end cap 7 toward the case 3. The fastener 9 fastens the second mounting portion 82 to the first mounting portion 74. Therefore, a space for fastening the second attachment portion 82 to the first attachment portion 74 by the fastener 9 can be secured on the back side of the display unit 4. This makes it possible to easily fix the backing member 8, which overlaps the rear surface 62 of the design plate 6, to the end cap 7.
In embodiment 1, through holes 90 through which the threaded portions of screws 91 are inserted are provided in the first and second mounting portions 74 and 82, respectively. However, the through hole 90 may be provided in one of the first mounting portion 74 and the second mounting portion 82, and the screw hole may be provided in the other. In this case, the threaded portion passing through the through hole 90 is screwed into the threaded hole. Thus, the nut 92 can be omitted, and the number of components of the fixing member 9 can be reduced.
Embodiment mode 2
Fig. 7 is a cross-sectional view showing a key part of a hall lantern as a display device of an elevator according to embodiment 2. In each overlapping portion 80, the first mounting portion 74 protrudes from the rear-side cover wall portion 712 of the end cover 7 in a direction along the rear surface 62 of the design plate 6. In each overlapping portion 80, the second mounting portion 82 is inserted between the first mounting portion 74 and the back surface 62. Thus, in each overlapping portion 80, the second attachment portion 82 overlaps the first attachment portion 74 and the back surface 62, respectively. The direction in which the second mounting portion 82 overlaps the first mounting portion 74 coincides with the direction perpendicular to the back surface 62. Thus, the boundary surface between the first mounting portion 74 and the second mounting portion 82 is parallel to the back surface 62.
In each overlapping portion 80, a through hole 90 is provided in the first mounting portion 74, and a screw hole is provided in the second mounting portion 82. The through hole 90 penetrates the first mounting portion 74 in a direction in which the second mounting portion 82 overlaps the first mounting portion 74.
In each overlapping portion 80, the second mounting portion 82 is fastened to the first mounting portion 74 by the fastener 9. Each fixing member 9 has a screw 91. In each overlapping portion 80, the threaded portion of the through hole 90 that passes through the first mounting portion 74 is screwed into the threaded hole of the second mounting portion 82. The other structure in embodiment 2 is the same as embodiment 1.
In such hall lantern 2, the direction in which the second mounting portion 82 overlaps the first mounting portion 74 coincides with the direction perpendicular to the back surface 62. In this way, the backing member 8 overlapping the back surface 62 of the design plate 6 can be easily fixed to the end cover 7 by the fixing member 9.
Embodiment 3
Fig. 8 is a cross-sectional view showing a key part of a hall lantern which is a display device of an elevator according to embodiment 3. Fig. 9 is an exploded perspective view of key portions of the first and second mounting portions 74 and 82 shown in fig. 8. The fixing member 9 provided in each overlapping portion 80 is a band that binds the second attaching portion 82 to the first attaching portion 74. The tape as the fixing member 9 passes through the through holes 90 provided in the first mounting portion 74 and the second mounting portion 82, respectively. Further, a band as the fastener 9 is wound around the first attachment portion 74 and the second attachment portion 82 so as to surround the first attachment portion 74 and the second attachment portion 82 together. Thereby, in each overlapping portion 80, the second attachment portion 82 is fastened to the first attachment portion 74. As the fastener 9, a binding tape, a string, a wire, or the like is used. The other structure in embodiment 3 is the same as embodiment 1.
In such hall lantern 2, a band binding the second mounting portion 82 to the first mounting portion 74 is used as the fixing member 9. Therefore, the installation space of the fixing member 9 can be reduced as compared with the case where a screw and a nut are used as the fixing member 9. This can reduce the size of the case 3.
Embodiment 4
Fig. 10 is a cross-sectional view showing a key part of a hall lantern which is a display device of an elevator of embodiment 4. Further, fig. 11 is a perspective view of a key portion showing a state in which the second mounting portion 82 of fig. 10 is fastened to the first mounting portion 74 by the fixing member 9. The rear side cover wall portion 712 of each end cover 7 is provided with a notch portion 75. The cutout portion 75 is located at the boundary between the back-side cover wall portion 712 and the backing member 8. Further, the cutout portion 75 is located between the two first mounting portions 74 provided to the back-side cover wall portion 712. The cutout 75 is formed at the edge of the back-side cover wall 712 with the open portion of the cutout 75 facing the backing member 8.
A part of the backing member 8 reaches the inside of the cutout portion 75 from the opening portion of the cutout portion 75. That is, a part of the backing member 8 is disposed in the cutout portion 75. Each second attachment portion 82 is provided in a portion of the backing member 8 disposed in each notch portion 75.
Each second mounting portion 82 is held at a position apart from the rear-side cover wall portion 712 in the thickness direction of the design plate 6. That is, the second mounting portions 82 are disposed with a gap between them and the back surface of the back-side cover wall portion 712. Thus, when each overlapping portion 80 is viewed in the thickness direction of the design plate 6, the second mounting portion 82 overlaps the rear side cover wall portion 712.
In each overlapping portion 80, the second attachment portion 82 overlaps the first attachment portion 74 from the side opposite to the backing member 8 side. Thus, when the display unit 4 is viewed in the thickness direction of the design plate 6, the first attachment portion 74 is disposed between the second attachment portion 82 and the backing member 8 in each overlapping portion 80.
The fixing member 9 provided in each overlapping portion 80 is a band that binds the second attaching portion 82 to the first attaching portion 74. A tape as the fixing 9 passes through a gap between the second mounting portion 82 and the rear side cover wall portion 712 and the through hole 90 provided in the first mounting portion 74. Further, a band as the fastener 9 is wound around the first attachment portion 74 and the second attachment portion 82 so as to surround the first attachment portion 74 and the second attachment portion 82 together. Thereby, the second attachment portion 82 is fastened to the first attachment portion 74 in each overlapping portion 80. As the fastener 9, a binding tape, a string, a wire, or the like is used. The other structure in embodiment 4 is the same as embodiment 1.
In the hall lantern 2, the cutout portions 75 in which a part of the backing member 8 is disposed are provided in the rear side cover wall portion 712 of each end cover 7. Therefore, the area of the backing member 8 can be enlarged by the portion of the backing member 8 disposed in the notch portion 75. This can enlarge the area of the backing member 8 to which the component unit 10 can be attached.
When the display unit 4 is viewed in the thickness direction of the design plate 6, the first attachment portion 74 is disposed between the second attachment portion 82 and the backing member 8. Therefore, the second attachment portion 82 when the display unit 4 is viewed in the thickness direction of the design plate 6 can be disposed at a position offset from the region of the backing member 8, and the area of the backing member 8 to which the component unit 10 can be attached can be further increased.
In embodiment 4, the cutout portions 75 in which a part of the backing member 8 is disposed are provided in the pair of end caps 7, respectively. However, the cutout portion 75 may be provided only in one of the pair of end caps 7. In this way, the mountable area of the component unit 10 to the backing member 8 can be enlarged.
In embodiment 4, the cutout portions 75 are provided in the pair of end caps 7, respectively. However, the cutout portion 75 may not be provided in each end cover 7. In this case, when the display unit 4 is viewed in the thickness direction of the design plate 6, the first attachment portion 74 is disposed between the second attachment portion 82 and the backing member 8. Thus, when the display unit 4 is viewed in the thickness direction of the design sheet 6, the second attachment portion 82 can be disposed at a position away from the region of the backing member 8, and the area of the backing member 8 to which the component unit 10 can be attached can be increased.
In each of the above embodiments, the number of the holding mechanisms 5 for holding the display unit 4 in the housing 3 is one. However, the number of the holding mechanisms 5 may be plural. In this way, the state in which the display unit 4 is held in the case 3 can be maintained more reliably.
In each of the above embodiments, the case 3 is used as a base member. However, the base member fixed to the landing wall 1 is not limited to the box 3. For example, a plate-shaped metal member fixed to the landing wall 1 may be used as the base member.
In each of the above embodiments, the first holding portion 51 provided in the case 3 is a rod-shaped member, and the second holding portion 52 provided in the backing member 8 includes the receiving member 521 and the pressing member 522. However, the first holding portion 51 provided in the case 3 may have the receiving member 521 and the pressing member 522. In this case, the second holding portion 52 provided in the backing member 8 is an L-shaped member that is engaged with the first holding portion 51. In this case, the L-shaped member as the second holding portion 52 includes an arm portion protruding from the backing member 8 toward the case 3 side and a hook portion protruding from an end of the arm portion in a direction perpendicular to the depth direction of the case 3.
In each of the above embodiments, the hall lantern 2 is disposed so that the short side direction of the design board body 63, that is, the direction in which the pair of end caps 7 face each other, coincides with the vertical direction. However, as shown in fig. 12, the hall lantern 2 may be disposed so that the short side direction of the design board body 63, that is, the direction in which the pair of end caps 7 face each other, coincides with the horizontal direction. In this case, the design plate 6 can be prevented from falling in the direction of gravity from between the pair of end caps 7 by the respective cap end wall portions 72.
In each of the above embodiments, hall lantern 2 is used as an elevator display device. However, for example, a landing operating panel having an upward operating button and a downward operating button that can be operated at the landing can be used as the display device of the elevator. In this case, when the upward direction operation button is operated, call registration is performed in which the car moves upward. When a downward operation button is operated, a call registration is performed in which the car moves downward. In this case, the upper direction operation buttons and the lower direction operation buttons are provided as a plurality of display portions on the design board 6. The upward operation button, which is marked with an upward arrow, displays ascending operation information indicating that the moving direction of the car is an upward direction as notification information. The downward operation button, which is indicated by a downward arrow, displays descending operation information indicating that the moving direction of the car is downward as notification information.
In each of the above embodiments, a car operating panel provided in the car may be used as the display device of the elevator. In this case, the car operating panel includes, for example, a plurality of destination floor operating buttons and an in-car indicator that can be operated in the car. In this case, the destination floor operation buttons and the in-car indicators are provided on the design board 6 as a plurality of display portions. Each destination floor operation button displays destination floor information indicating a destination floor corresponding to the destination floor operation button as notification information.
