In an exemplary embodiment, the portion of the car wall 300 corresponding to the light-emitting strip 200 may be further provided with a light reflecting device such as a light reflecting plate, a light reflecting band, etc. to better reflect the light of the light-emitting strip 200. Here, the portion of the car wall 300 corresponding to the light-emitting strip 200 is not a portion completely corresponding in the horizontal direction, but a portion where the light of the light-emitting strip 200 can be irradiated onto the car wall 300.
Specifically, the light bar 200 includes a lamp strip and a plurality of LED lamps disposed on the lamp strip, the LED lamps being capable of generating light. As shown in fig. 6 and 7, the bottom of the bottom case 110 is provided with a horizontally extending stop plate 111, and the stop plate 111 can be engaged with a bolt 140 described later to lock the bezel 130.
The liner 120 is substantially pi-shaped in cross-section and includes a bottom and two sidewalls. The lining plate 120 is installed to an opening of the bottom case 110 with the bottom facing the inside of the car, thereby forming a rectangular parallelepiped space with the bottom case 110, and a circuit board and other electric components of the elevator operating box are installed on the lining plate 120. Specifically, the circuit board and other electrical components are disposed on a side of the backing plate 120 close to the base case 110, i.e., within the base case 110.
As shown in fig. 8, both sides of the lining plate 120 are configured as guide plates 121, the guide plates 121 are provided with guide chutes 122, and the pins 113 of the bottom case 110 can enter the guide chutes 122 of the lining plate 120 to guide the lining plate 120 to slide in a direction approaching the bottom case 110. Specifically, the guide chute 122 is formed to extend downward in the process of extending from the liner plate 120 toward the bottom case 110.
As shown in fig. 9, the frame 130 is a four-sided ring-shaped frame structure, which is disposed on one side of the car wall 300 near the interior of the car and covers the lining 120. In an exemplary embodiment, as shown in fig. 4, 5, 9 and 11, the frame 130 is provided with a slot 131 facing the car wall 300, the light-emitting strip 200 is installed on the bottom wall 132 of the slot 131, and the bottom wall 132 of the slot 131 is at a predetermined included angle with the car wall 300, so that the light-emitting strip 200 is at the predetermined included angle with the car wall 300, and thus the light emitted by the light-emitting strip 200 can be irradiated onto the car wall 300 at the predetermined included angle (i.e., the light emitted by the light-emitting strip 200 can be obliquely irradiated onto the car wall 300).
As shown in fig. 5, the card slot 131 is further provided with a light-homogenizing body 400 corresponding to the light-emitting strip 200, and the light-homogenizing body 400 can make the light emitted by the light-emitting strip 200 irradiate the car wall 300 more uniformly. The light homogenizing body 400 is made of silica gel, and the material of the light homogenizing body 400 is not limited thereto, and may be any type of the prior art as long as the above function can be achieved.
As shown in fig. 11, two side walls 133 and 135 of the card slot 131 are respectively provided with a groove 141, and as shown in fig. 12, two sides of the light uniforming body 400 are provided with bosses 401 corresponding to the grooves 141; as shown in fig. 5, 11 and 12, the bosses 401 can be engaged in the corresponding grooves 141 to mount the light homogenizer 400 in the card slot 131.
As shown in fig. 5 and 11, an end 134 of the slot 131 close to the side wall 133 of the liner 120 is flush with the car wall 300, and an end 136 of the slot 131 far from the side wall 135 of the liner 120 is spaced from the car wall 300 by a predetermined distance to form an opening 137 for light to shine. The opening 137 can prevent light rays forming a preset included angle with the car wall 300 from being blocked by the side wall 135, so that the light rays can be better irradiated onto the car wall.
In the embodiment of fig. 5, there is a gap 143 between the frame 130 and the wall 300. On the one hand, this gap 143 makes the entire elevator operating box aesthetically unpleasing, and on the other hand, the gap 143 is prone to dust falling therein.
In an exemplary embodiment, as shown in fig. 13 and 14, the elevator cab further includes a catch plate 500, the catch plate 500 being positioned within the gap 143 between the frame 130 and the car wall 300.
The clamping plate 500 can make up the gap 143, so that the whole elevator control box is more attractive, and dust is prevented from falling. In addition, when the assembly (described later) is installed, the clip 500 can be directly attached to the car wall, so that the installation is more convenient.
In an exemplary embodiment, the card 500 is made of a transparent material so that the light generated by the light bar 200 can be irradiated onto the car wall 300.
In an exemplary embodiment, the card 500 may be an acrylic board, and the kind of the card 500 is not limited thereto, and may be any one of the forms in the related art as long as the above-described function can be achieved.
As shown in fig. 9, a threaded hole 139 is formed in the bottom of the frame 130, and a bolt 140 is installed in the threaded hole 139.
When assembling, the bottom case 110 is first installed in the installation groove of the car wall 300.
The liner 120, the bezel 130 and the face plate 150 are then assembled together to obtain an assembly.
The assembly is positioned at a position slightly higher than the bottom case 110 and is moved in a direction to approach the bottom case 110 so that the bolts 140 are moved below the stopper plates 111 of the bottom case 110 and the pins 113 of the bottom case 110 can enter the guide chutes 122 of the backing plate 120.
The bolt 140 is screwed upward such that the top of the bolt 140 contacts the stopper plate 111 of the bottom case 110.
As the screw 140 is further screwed, the screw 140 applies an upward force to the stopper plate 111 of the base case 110, and in the process, the stopper plate 111 of the base case 110 applies a downward reaction force to the screw 140, which moves the assembly downward since the stopper plate 111 of the base case 110 is fixed. The assembly is moved in a direction to approach the bottom case 110 (i.e., the bolt 140 is moved in a direction to approach the bottom case 110 with respect to the stopper plate 111) by cooperation of the guide chute 122 and the pin 113.
The guide slots of the backing plate 120 are caught on the pins 113 of the bottom case 110, and the pins 113 of the bottom case 110 can provide a supporting force to the assembly through the guide slots 122 of the backing plate 120, thereby mounting the assembly on the bottom case 110.
After the bolts 140 are tightened, the assembly is firmly mounted on the bottom case 110.
That is, the assembly including the panel 150 can be stably mounted on the bottom case 110 only by tightening the bolt 140, thereby avoiding the insecurity problem caused by the snap spring snap-fit mounting in the prior art.
In an exemplary embodiment, a panel 150 is mounted to the frame 130 and the liner 120, the panel 150 facing directly into the passenger compartment interior.
In an exemplary embodiment, as shown in fig. 3, the panel 150 is further provided with a display 151, and the display 151 passes through the panel 150 and the backing plate 120 and is electrically connected to the circuit board.
The display 151 can display information on the floor where the elevator car is currently located.
In an exemplary embodiment, as shown in fig. 3, the panel 150 is further provided with a button 152, the button 152 penetrates the panel 150 and the liner 120 and is electrically connected to the circuit board, and the passenger can select a destination floor through the button 152.
The maintenance person can control the light bar 200 through the circuit board so that the light bar 200 emits light only when someone is inside the elevator car.
In an exemplary embodiment, the display 151 is formed as a touch screen, which is electrically connected to a circuit board. The passengers in the elevator car can control the on and off of the light-emitting strips through the touch screen, select the light-emitting modes of the light-emitting strips and the like.

1. An elevator operating box, comprising:
a console box body provided with a protruding portion protruding from a car wall into a car interior space; and
