For a better understanding of the present invention, a CSG selection mode setting will be explained first.
The HNB is a cell in which a small Evolved Universal Terrestrial Radio Access (E-UTRA) or other Access network is deployed in a local area, an office or a similar small-range area, and is connected to a core network through a wired Access device to provide Access service for a user, thereby reducing Access cost and improving network coverage. One HNB does not serve all users, but only some specified users, and this service also requires that the user deploying the base station can control the user identities allowed to access the base station. CSG thus refers to a group of subscribers that are allowed to access one or more specific cells, i.e., cells supported by HNBs.
A terminal accesses a CSG cell and needs to determine a CSG selection mode, which is a mode for selecting an access CSG by the terminal and is generally divided into automatic selection and manual selection. The automatic selection means that the terminal automatically searches local selectable CSG when initiating CSG access, and selects the most suitable CSG to provide service for the user; the manual selection means that the user needs to select the CSG to receive the service from the currently searchable CSGs in the terminal, and the manual selection can be implemented by setting a corresponding setting on a terminal interactive interface. The CSG selection mode is one of capabilities required by the terminal, and particularly in some special scenarios of the HNB, when the terminal has a certain need for the HNB network selection mechanism for reasons of cost, security, and the like, the function will play a more obvious role. The setting of the CSG selection mode is currently implemented by a terminal setting function, and the setting is mainly user behavior, that is, a user requests the terminal to execute an automatic selection mode according to will, or a manual selection mode selected by the user after searching the CSG network.
The Universal Subscriber Identity Module USIM (Universal Subscriber Identity Module) is a continuation and progress of a Subscriber Identity Module SIM card used in a Universal Mobile Telecommunications System UMTS (Universal Mobile Telecommunications System) network, is used for storing Subscriber Identity information and personal data, ensures the security of accessing a Mobile network service, and can perform Subscriber identification and Subscriber authorization when a Subscriber accesses the Mobile network service by using necessary functions and data, thereby realizing the requirement that the Mobile network can represent and identify Subscriber applications. The USIM may influence the CSG selection in a certain manner, for example, a list of CSGs allowed to be selected is preset in the USIM, and when the terminal is required to select a CSG in the list in the automatic selection mode, only the CSG in the list is selected, but other CSGs are not allowed to be selected. The USIM is connected with an operator, network information which is provided by the operator and has more optimized quality and more economic cost can be obtained, the operator sets a CSG selection mode and designates a CSG selection strategy for a user in a customer service mode, the CSG network requirements of terminal services can be better met, and the user experience is improved.
The universal subscriber identity module application toolkit USAT (USIM application toolbox) protocol is a service mechanism supported in the USIM, and the USAT allows USIM applications to interact and operate with terminals supporting this mechanism, so that the USIM can actively request the terminals to perform a certain operation.
Therefore, embodiments of the present invention will provide a CSG selection mode setting method, USIM, terminal, device and medium, which implement a method for an operator to participate in providing a CSG selection mode and a CSG selection policy that satisfy business requirements based on interaction between the USIM and the terminal through USAT, and can control the terminal to execute a specified CSG selection mode and execute a corresponding CSG selection policy without user intervention, thereby enhancing initiative of the USIM in CSG selection management, because the USIM can implement remote update and management with a business platform, and is convenient to update the policy in time according to real-time change of business requirements, therefore feasibility of managing selection based on the USIM CSG is stronger, which can satisfy more complex or special requirements in scenes requiring quality of service management, coverage optimization management, etc., and is also helpful for improving business capability and improving service capability of a user; the following provides a detailed description of embodiments of the invention.
Example 1:
as shown in fig. 1, embodiment 1 of the present invention provides a method for setting a CSG selection mode of a closed subscriber group, which is applied to a USIM, and the method includes steps S11, S12, and S13.
As shown in fig. 1, a requirement for implementing a designated CSG selection mode is generated according to a current operating state of the terminal at step S11.
Optionally, the generating a requirement for implementing a specified CSG selection mode according to the current operating state of the terminal specifically includes:
acquiring service quality information required by a service currently operated by a terminal, and/or acquiring a condition for implementing a specified CSG selection mode preset by a user;
when monitoring that the CSG network currently used by the terminal cannot meet the service quality required by the service currently operated by the terminal, or when monitoring that the terminal reaches the condition for implementing the designated CSG selection mode preset by the user, generating the requirement for implementing the designated CSG selection mode.
Specifically, in this embodiment, a quality of service management application is first deployed on the USIM, which is used to manage the quality of service of terminal service operation, and since the quality of service of terminal service operation is related to the CSG selection mode of the terminal and the selected CSG network providing service, it is also used to actually specify the CSG selection mode and formulate the CSG selection policy for the terminal, and there may be multiple sources for the requirement of implementing the specified CSG selection mode generated by the quality of service management application, for example, when the quality of service management application monitors that the CSG network currently used by the terminal cannot meet the quality of service required by the service currently operated by the terminal, it is determined that the specified CSG selection mode needs to be implemented for the terminal, and in addition, the quality of service management application may also receive the condition for implementing the specified CSG selection mode set by the user, for example, when the user sets a service class service for the customer service in the terminal network sharing, it is also determined that the specified CSG selection mode needs to be implemented for the terminal, and the specified CSG selection mode may be an automatic selection mode, a manual selection mode, or another CSG selection mode (for example, specifying a specific CSG selection mode, etc.).
As shown in fig. 1, step S12 is to send a command to the terminal to set the CSG selection mode to the designated CSG selection mode according to the requirement.
Optionally, the sending, to the terminal according to the requirement, a command for setting the CSG selection mode to the specified CSG selection mode specifically includes:
determining whether the designated CSG selection mode is a CSG automatic selection mode according to the requirement;
if yes, generating a command which comprises setting the CSG selection mode as a CSG automatic selection mode and requiring to subsequently send the latest CSG selection strategy to the terminal;
and sending the command to the terminal.
Specifically, in this embodiment, when the USIM determines that the designated CSG selection Mode that the terminal needs to execute is the CSG automatic selection Mode, it further needs to propose a requirement for subsequently sending the latest CSG selection policy to the terminal, and generate a command sent to the terminal by using the UAST to implement interaction with the terminal, where a specific USAT command may be named Set CSG Select Mode, and a specific structure is shown in table 1. In table 1, the command qualifier indicates whether there is a subsequent requirement after the command, that is, whether to further send a CSG selection policy after the CSG selection mode is set, and indicates that there is a subsequent requirement to send the latest CSG selection policy to the terminal only when the command requests that the CSG selection mode set by the terminal is the CSG automatic selection mode; the CSG selection mode is a necessary data object and indicates that the designated CSG selection mode set by the terminal is required to be a manual selection mode or an automatic selection mode or other modes; the user prompt information is a selectable data object and represents the prompt information displayed by the user after the terminal is set, and the prompt information can determine whether the prompt information is needed according to the situation.
TABLE 1 SET CSG SELECT MODE Command Structure
Figure BDA0003841005830000091
As shown in fig. 1, in step S13, the receiving terminal sets the CSG selection mode to the first response message generated after the CSG selection mode is set to the designated CSG selection mode according to the received command.
Optionally, the first response message includes: information that the terminal has set the CSG selection mode as the CSG automatic selection mode, and information that the terminal agrees to receive the latest CSG selection policy;
after the receiving terminal sets the CSG selection mode to the first response message generated after the CSG selection mode is set to the designated CSG selection mode according to the received command, the method further includes:
establishing a latest CSG selection strategy for the terminal according to the current CSG network state;
sending the latest CSG selection strategy to a terminal;
and the receiving terminal sends a second response message of receiving the latest CSG selection strategy.
Optionally, the latest CSG selection policy includes: a list of available CSGs in order of priority or a list of forbidden CSGs to select.
Specifically, in this embodiment, after receiving the command, the Terminal parses the command, first obtains a specified CSG selection Mode, sets the self CSG selection Mode as the specified CSG selection Mode, then parses the command qualifier to determine whether there is a subsequent requirement, when the specified CSG selection Mode is the CSG automatic selection Mode, the subsequent requirement is to send a latest CSG selection policy to the Terminal, the Terminal determines whether the Terminal agrees to receive the latest CSG selection policy sent by the USIM, if the Terminal has specified the CSG selection policy, the Terminal may not agree to receive the CSG selection policy, both agreeing to receive the CSG selection policy and disagreeing to receive the CSG selection policy, generates a first Response message together with an execution result of setting the USIM selection Mode, and sends the first Response message to the USIM selection Mode, generates and sends the first Response message by using a USAT mechanism, and the first Response message may be named Terminal Response (for Set CSG selection Mode), and the specific structure is shown in table 2. In table 2, the command detail part may copy the corresponding content of the Set CSG Select Mode, the result part indicates the result of the current command execution by the terminal, and the result indicates the result of the determination of whether the terminal supports the subsequent requirement of the command by 14/15.
TABLE 2 Terminal Response (for Set CSG Select Mode) message structure
Figure BDA0003841005830000101
Figure BDA0003841005830000111
The USIM parses after receiving the first response message to obtain a CSG selection mode setting result, and determines whether the terminal supports a subsequent requirement, and after the terminal sets the CSG selection mode to the CSG automatic selection mode, it determines that the terminal agrees to receive a latest CSG selection policy sent by the USIM, at this time, the USIM may set a currently optimal latest CSG selection policy for the terminal according to a current CSG network state provided by an operator, an available CSG list or a selection-prohibited CSG list arranged according to a priority order (i.e., a CSG network with a better current state is arranged at a preferred selection position) may be provided in the latest CSG network policy, and a Select CSG schedule command generated by the latest CSG selection policy using a USAT mechanism is sent to the terminal, where the command structure is shown in table 3. In table 3, the CSG list is a mandatory data object, which indicates a list of CSGs that are allowed to be selected or prohibited from being selected, and the data object includes a list type description, if the CSG list is an allowed selection list, the terminal should preferentially select the CSG networks in the list in sequence as required, and if the CSG list is a prohibited selection list, the terminal should refrain from selecting the CSG networks in the list as required.
