Technical Field

The satellite network system consists of a ground segment gateway system (comprising an IP gateway and a forward reverse link gateway), a space segment satellite or satellite constellation and a user segment satellite terminal. The satellite terminal is accessed to the gateway system through a satellite or a satellite constellation and then is connected with the core network. Communication data is transmitted based on an IP protocol, a satellite terminal can communicate with a gateway system only by needing an effective IP address, and the problem of IP address configuration of the satellite terminal needs to be solved. Meanwhile, the satellite terminal needs to be associated with the satellite, the IP gateway and the link gateway, so as to determine a forward link path from the IP gateway to the satellite terminal and a reverse link path from the satellite terminal to the IP gateway, thereby realizing interconnection and intercommunication between the satellite terminal and the core network.
Traditional satellite networks employ three IP addressing modes: the method comprises the steps of static configuration of a satellite terminal (configuration when the satellite terminal accesses a network), dynamic gateway allocation (provided by a registration reply message of the satellite terminal) and DHCP allocation (interactive acquisition through the DHCP message after a two-way link is communicated).
The IPv6 provides a standard stateless address automatic configuration mode, and can quickly configure the IP address of the satellite terminal. The invention broadcasts standard RA messages such as IPv6 prefix and the like in the forward data stream through the resource broadcast signaling, and the satellite terminal can rapidly and automatically configure the IP address of the satellite terminal. After the satellite terminal configures the IP address, the IP address and the associated forward and reverse link gateway serial number ID are registered in the IP gateway through a user association request, and the IP gateway can manage the IP address allocated by the satellite terminal by adopting a state mode; the message interaction of RTT solves the problems of IP addressing, association and satellite terminal registration, and the solution is simple and efficient.

The registration method of the satellite terminal comprises two modes of configuring an IP address:

the gateway system broadcasts a signaling to the satellite terminal through a satellite, the signaling comprises a link resource and an IP domain resource, the satellite terminal generates an IP address according to the electronic serial number of the satellite terminal and the IP gateway service prefix combination contained in the IP domain resource, wherein the satellite terminal generates a 64-bit interface number InterfaceID through an algorithm by using the own 32-bit ESN, and the 64-bit automatic generation address and the 64-bit IP address prefix broadcasted by the gateway system form a 128-bit IPv6 address of the satellite terminal.
Whether the IP address is statically configured or automatically configured stateless, the IP address needs to be reported to an IP gateway accessed by the satellite terminal when the user registers. The IP gateway associates the IP address with the ESN/SAI of the satellite terminal for subsequent auditing, authorization, accounting and management.
In a particular embodiment, as shown in figure 4,
an IP gateway in a gateway system informs a link gateway in the gateway system of own IP domain resources and resource use conditions, the link gateway combines the own link resources and the use conditions with the IP domain resources and broadcasts the resources to a satellite terminal through a satellite uniformly, the satellite terminal selects the IP gateway according to received broadcast signaling, an SLAAC (stateless address automatic configuration) mode is used, an IP address is generated by using a prefix of the IP gateway selected by the satellite terminal, an air interface IP address is configured, after the IP address is addressed, the satellite terminal immediately starts an associated registration process, the satellite terminal sends an associated registration request to the IP gateway, and the request message comprises a user system number SAI, a satellite terminal electronic serial number ESN, the serial number of a link gateway MCS/RCM, the serial number of the IP gateway, a forwarding star number and the IP address of the air interface of the satellite terminal. And the IP gateway processes the association registration request and sends association confirmation to the satellite terminal. Proxy prefix information that the satellite terminal can assign addresses to LAN port cascade users is included in the association confirmation.
And after the satellite terminal receives the association confirmation, the proxy prefix information is received under the condition of no error. The satellite terminal configures the IP address of the LAN port according to the algorithm, broadcasts the agent prefix information at the LAN port, and configures the IP address of the LAN port cascade user.
DAD check is needed before the IP address takes effect, but the uniqueness of the stateless address automatic configuration and the used ESN (electronic serial number) of the satellite terminal ensures the uniqueness of the automatically generated address, and the DAD check is omitted.
In a particular embodiment, as shown in figure 5,
the satellite terminal selects the link gateway and the IP gateway at the time of registration, and performs associated registration. And continuously receiving all the link resource information and IP domain information broadcasted by the IP gateway and the link gateway while the satellite terminal is associated with the current gateway system and provides services.
And the satellite terminal judges whether the link gateway needs to be switched or not and selects a new link gateway according to the algorithm. When the link gateway is switched, the satellite terminal sends a correlation modification request to the IP gateway through the satellite, wherein the request comprises a satellite terminal system distribution serial number SAI, a satellite terminal electronic serial number ESN, the serial number of a new link gateway MCS/RCM, the IP gateway serial number, the satellite serial number and the IP address of a satellite terminal gap, and the IP gateway processes the correlation modification request and sends correlation confirmation to the satellite terminal. The associated link gateway number is updated.
In a specific embodiment, as shown in figure 6,
when the satellite terminal is registered, the link gateway and the IP gateway are selected and associated registration is carried out, and all the link resource information and IP domain information broadcasted by the IP gateway and the link gateway are continuously received while the satellite terminal is associated with the current gateway system and provides services.
And the satellite terminal judges whether to switch the IP gateway and selects a new IP gateway according to the algorithm, and when the IP gateway is switched, the satellite terminal reconfigures the IP address.
The method comprises the steps that a satellite terminal cancels a correlation request to an original IP gateway by using an original IP address, then the updated IP gateway broadcasts an updated IP domain resource signaling to the satellite terminal through a satellite, the satellite terminal generates an interface number according to an electronic serial number of the satellite terminal after receiving the signaling, and combines the interface number with an updated IP gateway service prefix contained in an IP domain resource to generate an updated IP address, the satellite terminal sends a correlation registration request to a gateway system through the satellite according to the generated updated IP address, and the gateway system performs correlation registration according to the correlation registration request. The association confirmation includes new agent prefix information that the satellite terminal can assign addresses to LAN port cascade users.
The request message comprises a satellite terminal system distribution serial number SAI, a satellite terminal electronic serial number ESN, a serial number of a link gateway MCS/RCM, an updated IP gateway serial number, a satellite serial number and an updated satellite terminal IP address.
And after the satellite terminal receives the association confirmation, the new agent prefix information is received under the condition of no error. And the satellite terminal configures the IP address of the LAN port according to the algorithm, broadcasts the new prefix information at the LAN port and configures the IP address of the LAN port cascade user.
Therefore, the user association information is updated to be a new IP gateway, a new IP address is configured for the air interface, and the new IP address is distributed for the cascade user of the LAN interface.
The invention aims to provide an associated registration system of a satellite terminal, which comprises a satellite terminal UT (UserTerminal), a satellite and a gateway system,

When the satellite works in a regeneration forwarding mode, the satellite terminal is in the same physical connection with a link gateway of an on-board processing unit (OBP) running on the satellite, and after physical channels are synchronized, the satellite terminal can receive broadcast signaling sent by the satellite-borne link gateway and can use a random access channel to send reverse signaling.
In the transparent star mode, the link gateway operates in the ground segment, and in the regenerated star mode, the link gateway operates in an on-board processing unit on the satellite.
