The portable insulated sign applicator of any one of claims 1-4, wherein: the inflation assembly (104) comprises an air outlet pipe (104 a) connected with the air outlet end of each vacuum generator (103 a), a collecting pipe (104 b) connected with the other end of the air outlet pipe (104 a), a sealed cavity (104 c) connected with one end of the collecting pipe (104 b), a general air outlet (104 d) formed in the surface of the sealed cavity (104 c), and an exhaust pipe (104 e) connected with the sealed cavity (104 c); wherein the exhaust pipe (104 e) is provided with four pipes each connected with one of the cleaning assemblies (105).

The portable insulated sign applicator of claim 5, wherein: the cleaning assembly comprises an inflatable cushion (105 a) arranged in the brush outlet (101 c), a dust removing brush (105 b) arranged on one end surface of the inflatable cushion (105 a) and an inflatable opening (105 c) arranged on the other end surface of the inflatable cushion (105 a); wherein each inflation inlet (105 c) is connected with one exhaust pipe (104 e).

The portable insulated sign applicator of claim 4, wherein: the positioning assembly (201) comprises a first rotating arm (201 a) rotatably connected with the air suction cavity (102 c), a second rotating arm (201 b) rotatably connected with the first rotating arm (201 a), a connecting ring (201 c) arranged at one end of the second rotating arm (201 b), and a rotating shaft (201 d) arranged at the central inner ring of the connecting ring (201 c); wherein four first rotating arms (201 a) and four second rotating arms (201 b) are arranged, and one first rotating arm (201 a) is rotatably connected to each air suction cavity (102 c).

The portable insulated sign applicator of claim 5, wherein: the rotating assembly (202) comprises a first universal joint fork (202 a) connected with the rotating shaft (201 d), a cross shaft (202 b) rotatably installed at the opening end of the first universal joint fork (202 a), and a second universal joint fork (202 c) rotatably connected with the cross shaft (202 b); wherein the other end of the second yoke (202 c) is connected to the seal cavity (104 c).
9. The portable insulated sign applicator of claim 8, wherein: the first telescopic rod (301) is of a hollow structure, and a sliding ring (301 a) is installed at the tail end of the first telescopic rod.
