It should be noted that the above describes some embodiments of the present application. Other embodiments are within the scope of the following claims. In some cases, the actions or steps recited in the claims may be performed in a different order than in the embodiments described above and still achieve desirable results. In addition, the processes depicted in the accompanying figures do not necessarily require the particular order shown, or sequential order, to achieve desirable results. In some embodiments, multitasking and parallel processing may also be possible or may be advantageous.
Based on the same inventive concept, corresponding to the method of any embodiment, the application also provides a device for calling the driving record information. The device is arranged on a server or is in data communication with the server through network communication, and the server stores driving record information of at least one vehicle; the driving record information is collected by the vehicle and is sent to the server through the communication equipment of the road.
Referring to fig. 3, the driving record information retrieving apparatus includes:
the instruction receiving module 31 is configured to receive a driving record calling instruction;
and the driving record calling module 32 is configured to call the driving record information of at least one vehicle, which is obtained by the communication equipment on the road where the traffic accident is located, according to the driving record calling instruction.
In some embodiments, the driving record retrieving module 32 includes:
the system comprises a position determining unit, a communication unit and a processing unit, wherein the position determining unit is configured to acquire position information of a road where a traffic accident is located and determine communication equipment of the road where the traffic accident is located according to the position information;
and the driving record calling unit is configured to read the driving record information of at least one vehicle obtained by the communication equipment on the road where the traffic accident is located.
In some embodiments, the driving record retrieving unit includes:
an accident time determination subunit configured to acquire occurrence time of the traffic accident, and determine an invoking time range according to the occurrence time;
and the record retrieving subunit is configured to retrieve the driving record information of at least one vehicle obtained by the communication equipment on the road where the traffic accident is located within the retrieval time range.
In some embodiments, the record recall subunit is further configured to:
determining the vehicle unique identification of at least one accident vehicle in which the traffic accident occurs; determining whether at least one of the accident vehicles moves within a predetermined time period after the occurrence time; when any accident vehicle moves, determining at least one target road corresponding to the moving path according to the vehicle unique identifier of the moving accident vehicle, calling the communication equipment of the at least one target road and the communication equipment of the road where the traffic accident is located, and obtaining the driving record information of the at least one vehicle within the calling time range.
In some embodiments, the driving record retrieving module 32 is further configured to:
calling the vehicle-inside driving record information and the vehicle-outside driving record information of the accident vehicle, which are obtained by the communication equipment of the road where the traffic accident is located;
and/or the presence of a gas in the atmosphere,
and calling vehicle-outside driving record information of other vehicles obtained by communication equipment of the road where the traffic accident is located, wherein the other vehicles are vehicles except the accident vehicle in the road where the traffic accident is located.
In some embodiments, the position determining unit is further configured to locate the traffic accident to determine the accident position when a plurality of communication devices are provided on the road on which the traffic accident is determined;
the driving record retrieving module 32 further includes: a target communication equipment determining unit configured to calculate a distance between the communication equipment of the road on which each of the traffic accidents is located and the accident position, and select at least one target communication equipment from the communication equipment of the road on which the traffic accident is located according to the distance;
and the driving record calling unit is also configured to call the driving record information of the at least one vehicle obtained by the at least one target communication device.
In some embodiments, the target communication device determining unit is further configured to:
and calculating the distance between each communication device and the accident position, and selecting the target communication device with the closest distance from the plurality of communication devices according to the distance.
For convenience of description, the above devices are described as being divided into various modules by functions, which are described separately. Of course, the functionality of the various modules may be implemented in the same one or more software and/or hardware implementations as the present application.
The apparatus in the foregoing embodiment is used to implement the corresponding method in any one of the foregoing embodiments, and has the beneficial effects of the corresponding method embodiment, which are not described herein again.
Based on the same inventive concept, corresponding to any of the above-mentioned embodiments, the present application further provides an electronic device, which includes a memory, a processor, and a computer program stored in the memory and running on the processor, and when the processor executes the program, the method according to any of the above embodiments is implemented.
Fig. 4 is a schematic diagram illustrating a more specific hardware structure of an electronic device according to this embodiment, where the electronic device may include: a processor 1010, a memory 1020, an input/output interface 1030, a communication interface 1040, and a bus 1050. Wherein the processor 1010, memory 1020, input/output interface 1030, and communication interface 1040 are communicatively coupled to each other within the device via bus 1050.
The processor 1010 may be implemented by a general-purpose CPU (Central Processing Unit), a microprocessor, an Application Specific Integrated Circuit (ASIC), or one or more Integrated circuits, and is configured to execute related programs to implement the technical solutions provided in the embodiments of the present disclosure.
The Memory 1020 may be implemented in the form of a ROM (Read Only Memory), a RAM (Random Access Memory), a static storage device, a dynamic storage device, or the like. The memory 1020 may store an operating system and other application programs, and when the technical solutions provided by the embodiments of the present specification are implemented by software or firmware, the relevant program codes are stored in the memory 1020 and called by the processor 1010 for execution.
The input/output interface 1030 is used for connecting an input/output module to input and output information. The i/o module may be configured as a component in a device (not shown) or may be external to the device to provide a corresponding function. The input devices may include a keyboard, a mouse, a touch screen, a microphone, various sensors, etc., and the output devices may include a display, a speaker, a vibrator, an indicator light, etc.
The communication interface 1040 is used for connecting a communication module (not shown in the drawings) to implement communication interaction between the present device and other devices. The communication module may implement communication in a wired manner (e.g., a USB (Universal Serial Bus), a network cable, etc.), or in a Wireless manner (e.g., a mobile network, a WIFI (Wireless Fidelity, wireless network communication technology), a bluetooth, etc.).
Bus 1050 includes a path that transfers information between various components of the device, such as processor 1010, memory 1020, input/output interface 1030, and communication interface 1040.
It should be noted that although the above-mentioned device only shows the processor 1010, the memory 1020, the input/output interface 1030, the communication interface 1040 and the bus 1050, in a specific implementation, the device may also include other components necessary for normal operation. In addition, those skilled in the art will appreciate that the above-described apparatus may also include only those components necessary to implement the embodiments of the present description, and not necessarily all of the components shown in the figures.
The electronic device of the foregoing embodiment is used for implementing the corresponding method in any one of the foregoing embodiments, and has the beneficial effects of the corresponding method embodiment, which are not described again here.
Based on the same inventive concept, corresponding to any embodiment of the method, the application also provides a readable storage medium, which stores computer instructions for causing the computer to execute the method according to any embodiment.
Computer-readable media of the present embodiments, including both non-transitory and non-transitory, removable and non-removable media, may implement information storage by any method or technology. The information may be computer readable instructions, data structures, modules of a program, or other data. Examples of computer storage media include, but are not limited to, phase change memory (PRAM), static Random Access Memory (SRAM), dynamic Random Access Memory (DRAM), other types of Random Access Memory (RAM), read Only Memory (ROM), electrically Erasable Programmable Read Only Memory (EEPROM), flash memory or other memory technology, compact Disc read only memory (CD-ROM), digital versatile discs (DVD, digital Video Disc) or other optical storage, magnetic cassettes, magnetic tape magnetic disk storage or other magnetic storage devices, or any other non-transmission medium that can be used to store information that can be accessed by a computing device.
The computer instructions stored in the storage medium of the foregoing embodiment are used to enable the computer to execute the method described in any embodiment, and have the beneficial effects of the corresponding method embodiment, which are not described herein again.

Claims (10)

1. The method for calling the driving record information is characterized by being suitable for a server, wherein the server stores the driving record information of at least one vehicle; the driving record information is collected by the vehicle and is sent to the server through the communication equipment of the road; the method comprises the following steps:
receiving a driving record calling instruction;
and calling the driving record information of at least one vehicle, which is obtained by the communication equipment on the road where the traffic accident is located, according to the driving record calling instruction.
2. The method of claim 1, wherein the retrieving the driving record information of at least one vehicle obtained by the communication device on the road where the traffic accident occurs comprises:
acquiring position information of a road where a traffic accident is located, and determining communication equipment of the road where the traffic accident is located according to the position information;
and reading the driving record information of at least one vehicle obtained by the communication equipment on the road where the traffic accident is located.
3. The method according to claim 2, wherein the reading of the driving record information of at least one vehicle obtained by the communication device on the road where the traffic accident occurs comprises:
acquiring the occurrence time of the traffic accident, and determining a calling time range according to the occurrence time;
and calling the driving record information of at least one vehicle, which is obtained by the communication equipment of the road where the traffic accident is located within the calling time range.
4. The method according to claim 3, wherein the retrieving driving record information of at least one vehicle obtained by the communication device on the road where the traffic accident is located within the retrieval time range comprises:
determining the vehicle unique identification of at least one accident vehicle in which the traffic accident occurs;
determining whether at least one of the accident vehicles moves within a predetermined time period after the occurrence time;
when any accident vehicle moves, determining at least one target road corresponding to the moving path according to the vehicle unique identifier of the moving accident vehicle, calling the communication equipment of the at least one target road and the communication equipment of the road where the traffic accident is located, and obtaining the driving record information of the at least one vehicle within the calling time range.
5. The method according to any one of claims 1 to 4, wherein the retrieving of the driving record information of at least one vehicle obtained by the communication device on the road where the traffic accident occurs comprises:
calling in-vehicle driving record information and out-vehicle driving record information of an accident vehicle, which are obtained by communication equipment of a road where a traffic accident is located;
and/or the presence of a gas in the gas,
and calling vehicle-outside driving record information of other vehicles obtained by communication equipment of the road where the traffic accident is located, wherein the other vehicles are vehicles except the accident vehicle in the road where the traffic accident is located.
6. The method of claim 1, wherein the retrieving the driving record information of at least one vehicle obtained by the communication device on the road where the traffic accident occurs comprises:
when a plurality of communication devices for determining the road where the traffic accident is located are arranged, the traffic accident is positioned to determine the accident position;
calculating the distance between the communication equipment of the road where each traffic accident is located and the accident position, and selecting at least one target communication equipment from the communication equipment of the road where the traffic accidents are located according to the distance;
and calling the driving record information of at least one vehicle obtained by at least one target communication device.
7. The method of claim 6, wherein calculating a distance between each communication device and the accident location, and selecting at least one target communication device from a plurality of communication devices based on the distance comprises:
and calculating the distance between each communication device and the accident position, and selecting the target communication device with the closest distance from the plurality of communication devices according to the distance.

The driving record information calling device is characterized by being installed on a server or being in data communication with the server through network communication, wherein driving record information of at least one vehicle is stored in the server; the driving record information is collected by the vehicle and is sent to the server through the communication equipment of the road;
the device comprises:
the instruction receiving module is configured to receive a driving record calling instruction;
and the driving record calling module is configured to call the driving record information of at least one vehicle, which is obtained by the communication equipment on the road where the traffic accident is located, according to the driving record calling instruction.
9. An electronic device comprising a memory, a processor and a computer program stored on the memory and executable on the processor, characterized in that the processor implements the method according to any of claims 1 to 7 when executing the program.
10. A readable storage medium storing computer instructions for causing a computer to perform the method of any one of claims 1 to 7.
