Under the condition that the detection precision of the odor substance sensor is improved, the method is not only limited to judging whether food in the cooking cavity is burnt or not, but also can control the whole heating process of the cooking function to heat according to a set temperature and time control strategy based on the accurate judgment result of the maturity of the food, so that the condition that the food is burnt or not cooked can be avoided, and the technical problems that in the prior art, a cooking appliance cannot automatically and accurately judge the maturity of the food, and the intelligent requirement of a user on the cooking appliance product cannot be met are solved.
Those skilled in the art will appreciate that while some embodiments herein include some features included in other embodiments, rather than others, combinations of features of different embodiments are meant to be within the scope of the invention and form different embodiments. For example, in the claims, any of the claimed embodiments may be used in any combination.

Claims (10)
1. A method for detecting food maturity, the method comprising:
when the cooking appliance operates a cooking function, acquiring gas emitted by food in a cooking cavity;
compressing the collected gas, and detecting first concentration information of odor substances for representing the maturity of the food in the compressed gas;
determining second concentration information of the smell substances in the cooking cavity according to the first concentration information of the smell substances;
and detecting the food maturity of the food in the current cooking cavity according to the second concentration information.
2. The method of claim 1, wherein the detecting the food maturity of the food in the current cooking cavity from the second concentration information comprises:
judging whether the second concentration information meets a concentration threshold corresponding to the set food maturity;
and when the second concentration information meets a concentration threshold corresponding to the set food maturity, judging that the food is mature.
3. The method of claim 1, wherein prior to detecting the first concentration information of the odorant in the gas after compression for characterizing food doneness, the method further comprises:
detecting whether the air pressure of the compressed air reaches a preset pressure threshold range;
when the gas pressure reaches a preset pressure threshold value range, the compression operation is stopped, and the operation of detecting the first concentration information of the odor substance for representing the food maturity in the gas after compression is performed.
4. The method of claim 1, wherein determining second concentration information of the scent substance within a cooking cavity based on the first concentration information of the scent substance comprises:
and calculating the concentration of the odor substance in the gas before compression according to the first concentration information of the odor substance and the compression ratio of the gas during compression to obtain second concentration information of the odor substance in the cooking cavity.
5. The method of claim 2, further comprising:
if the second concentration information meets a concentration threshold corresponding to the set food maturity, stopping cooking;
and if the second concentration information does not meet the concentration threshold corresponding to the set food maturity, continuing to cook the food in the cooking cavity until the detected second concentration information meets the concentration threshold corresponding to the set food maturity.
6. The method of claim 3, wherein the predetermined pressure threshold is in the range of 2 to 2.5 times normal atmospheric pressure.
7. A device for detecting the maturity of food, said device comprising:
the acquisition module is used for acquiring gas emitted by food in the cooking cavity when the cooking appliance operates a cooking function;
the compression module is used for compressing the collected gas and detecting first concentration information of odor substances used for representing the maturity of food in the compressed gas;
the determining module is used for determining second concentration information of the smell substances in the cooking cavity according to the first concentration information of the smell substances;
and the detection module is used for detecting the food maturity of the food in the current cooking cavity according to the second concentration information.
8. Cooking appliance, comprising an apparatus body and a controller, the controller comprising a memory, a processor and a computer program stored on the memory and executable on the processor, the processor implementing the steps of the method according to any one of claims 1 to 6 when executing the computer program.
9. The cooking appliance of claim 8, further comprising:
the air pump is used for collecting gas emitted by food in the cooking cavity so as to convey the collected gas to the compression cavity of the gas compression device;
the gas compression device is used for compressing the gas in the compression cavity;
the air pressure detection device is used for detecting the air pressure in the compression cavity;
the smell detection device comprises a plurality of groups of smell substance sensors for detecting first concentration information of smell substances for representing the maturity of food in the gas after compression.
10. A computer-readable storage medium, on which a computer program is stored which, when being executed by a processor, carries out the steps of the method according to any one of claims 1 to 6.
