The invention provides a water heater.
Referring to fig. 1, in one embodiment, the water heater of the present invention includes a cold water inlet pipe 10, a hot water outlet pipe 20, a water reservoir 30, a first electromagnetic heating device 40, a second electromagnetic heating device 50, and an electric control device 60.
The first electromagnetic heating device 40 is communicated with the cold water inlet pipe 10 and the water reservoir 30, and the second electromagnetic heating device 50 is communicated with the hot water outlet pipe 20 and the water reservoir 30.
The cold water inlet pipe 10 is used for connecting an external water source to the inside of the water heater, wherein the water source generally refers to normal temperature water provided outside, such as tap water connected with a tap water pipe. Of course, the water may be heated secondarily by hot water supplied to a central water supply system. The hot water outlet pipe 20 is a hot water outlet end of the water heater, and can be connected with a faucet, a shower head and other components to provide hot bathing water or hot drinking water. In the water flow path of the water heater, tap water sequentially flows through a cold water inlet pipe 10, a first electromagnetic heating device 40, a water receiver 30 and a second electromagnetic heating device 50 to a hot water outlet pipe 20, and is discharged to a faucet, a shower head and other parts through the hot water outlet pipe 20.
The inside of first electromagnetic heating device 40 has the rivers passageway, is formed with and has water inlet and delivery port, and the water inlet of first electromagnetic heating device 40 and cold water advance pipe 10 intercommunication, and first electromagnetic heating device 40 is through producing inside electromagnetic heating, and the rivers that rivers passageway flows through promptly realize the hot water that the rapid heating made required temperature.
In this embodiment, the first electromagnetic heating device 40 may be a pipe-type fluid heating device, that is, the first electromagnetic heating device 40 includes a heating pipe and a coil, and the coil is wound on the heating pipe. The coil is electrified to generate magnetic eddy current to act on the heating pipe, so that the water flow flowing through the heating pipe can be heated immediately. Of course, in other embodiments, a combination of multiple tubes and coils or other configurations may be used, and are not limited.
The water storage device 30 is provided with a water inlet and a water outlet, the water inlet of the water storage device 30 is communicated with the water outlet of the first electromagnetic heating device 40, hot water heated by the first electromagnetic heating device 40 can be stored in the water storage device 30, the water using requirements of bathing and the like can not be finished due to sudden power failure or water cut-off in the water using process can be avoided, and the requirements of a plurality of water using ends of a user for using a large amount of hot water can be met. The reservoir 30 may have a capacity of less than or equal to 10 liters, and may have a capacity of 1 liter, 2 liters, 3 liters, 4 liters, 5 liters, 6 liters, 7 liters, 8 liters, 9 liters, 10 liters, etc., in order to avoid excessive storage of cold water, which may result in poor heating per use. The water reservoir 30 may be cylindrical, rectangular parallelepiped, or square.
The inside of the second electromagnetic heating device 50 is provided with a water flow channel, and a water inlet and a water outlet are formed, the water inlet of the second electromagnetic heating device 50 is communicated with the water outlet of the water receiver 30, the water outlet of the second electromagnetic heating device 50 is communicated with the hot water outlet pipe 20, and the second electromagnetic heating device 50 realizes rapid heating to prepare hot water at a required temperature by generating water flow flowing through the inside of the electromagnetic heating device. The second electromagnetic heating device 50 is connected to the hot water in the water reservoir 30, and discharges the hot water to the hot water outlet pipe 20 after being heated for the second time, so as to be provided to the user.
In this embodiment, the second electromagnetic heating device 50 may be a pipe-line type fluid heating device, for example, the second electromagnetic heating device 50 includes a heating pipe and a coil, and the coil is wound on the heating pipe. The coil is electrified to generate a magnetic eddy current to act on the heating pipe to realize the instant heating of the water flow flowing through the heating pipe. Of course, in other embodiments, a combination of multiple tubes and coils or other configurations are also possible, and not limited.
The electric control device 60 is mainly used for supplying power to the first electromagnetic heating device 40 and supplying power to the second electromagnetic heating device 50. The electric control device 60 is also used for controlling the heating power of the first electromagnetic heating device 40 and the second electromagnetic heating device 50. That is, the electric control device 60 may include a power supply portion 61 and a controller 62, and the controller 62 is connected to the power supply portion 61. The first electromagnetic heating device 40 and the second electromagnetic heating device 50 are respectively electrically connected with a power supply part 61, and the power supply part 61 provides working power supply for the first electromagnetic heating device 40 and the second electromagnetic heating device 50 respectively. The controller 62 may control the magnitude of the power of the output of the power supply portion 61, and therefore, the controller 62 may adjust the heating power of the first electromagnetic heating device 40 or the second electromagnetic heating device 50, or adjust the heating power of the first electromagnetic heating device 40 and the second electromagnetic heating device 50.
It should be noted that the electronic control device 60 can selectively control one or both of the first electromagnetic heating device 40 and the second electromagnetic heating device 50 to start up according to the requirement, and further control the heating power of one or both of the first electromagnetic heating device 40 and the second electromagnetic heating device 50, which is for the purpose of saving the requirement of energy and avoiding reducing the service life of the water heater.
When a large amount of hot water is required, the first electromagnetic heating device 40 and the second electromagnetic heating device 50 may be controlled to operate simultaneously to increase the production amount of hot water. Wherein, the hot water heated by the first electromagnetic heating device 40 firstly enters the water storage device 30, is heated by the second electromagnetic heating device 50 for the second time, and is delivered to the hot water outlet pipe 20, and finally is delivered to the water consumption end of the user through the pipeline. Of course, if there is cold water in the water reservoir 30, the hot water heated by the first electromagnetic heating device 40 will be mixed with the cold water in the water reservoir 30 after entering the water reservoir 30, and then enter the second electromagnetic heating device 50 for heating. It can be understood that the normal temperature water is heated by the electromagnetic heating device, the heating is fast, and after the normal temperature water is heated by the first electromagnetic heating device 40 and the second electromagnetic heating device 50 twice, the temperature is higher, the heating amount is large, and a small amount of hot water can be mixed with more normal temperature cold water. In addition, the water heated by the second electromagnetic heating device 50 is discharged through the hot water outlet pipe 20, so that cold water in the water storage device 30 does not need to be discharged first, and the waste of water is reduced while hot water is discharged quickly.
When a small amount of hot water is required, only the first electromagnetic heating device 40 or the second electromagnetic heating device 50 may be controlled to operate to produce hot water. Because water can remain in the water receiver 30 and the pipeline after the water heater is used, when a small amount of hot water is needed, the second electromagnetic heating device 50 can be controlled to work preferentially, and the first electromagnetic heating device 40 does not work, so that cold water in the water receiver 30 does not need to be discharged first, and the waste of water is reduced while the hot water is discharged quickly.
It can be understood that, when the water heater is in operation, the electric control device 60 starts to control the first electromagnetic heating device 40 to work, or controls the second electromagnetic heating device 50 to work, or controls the first electromagnetic heating device 40 and the second electromagnetic heating device 50 to work simultaneously according to a user instruction or a preset instruction, hot water is produced by heating, and the water heater heats normal-temperature water by electromagnetism, is fast in heating, can meet the demand of instant and fast hot water use, solves the pain point of the traditional electric water heater needing to wait for a long time, and has the same convenience as a gas water heater in instant hot water use. In addition, after the normal temperature water is heated twice by the first electromagnetic heating device 40 and the second electromagnetic heating device 50, the temperature is higher, the heating amount is larger, a large amount of hot water can be supplied, and waiting and waste required by discharging cold water in the water storage device 30 can be reduced. In addition, through the storage effect of water receiver 30, avoided the water in-process suddenly to have a power failure or cut off the water, can't accomplish water demands such as bathing to satisfy a plurality of water ends of user and use hydrothermal demand in a large number. In addition, water and electricity isolation can be realized through electromagnetic heating, and the use is safer.
Therefore, the water heater has the advantages of being capable of being used immediately after being opened and the advantages of using clean energy in the traditional electric water heater, and is more environment-friendly and safer.
Further, the water heater of the present invention may be configured with a plurality of usage modes, for example, a bathing mode, and the electric control device 60 controls the first electromagnetic heating device 40 and the second electromagnetic heating device 50 to operate when receiving a bathing mode command, so as to heat water to a first preset temperature, so as to provide bathing water. The temperature of the bath water is generally in the range of 37-50 ℃, the first preset temperature can be the water temperature directly required by a user, or the temperature of the bath water is higher than the water temperature, and the bath water is mixed with cold water to obtain the water with the required temperature. For energy conservation reasons, the water may be heated to a temperature slightly above the water usage temperature, thus avoiding the use of less water and the reservoir 30 storing the high temperature water that is not used up to waste energy.
The electric control device 60 is configured to control the first electromagnetic heating device 40 and the second electromagnetic heating device 50 to operate when receiving a drinking water mode command, so as to heat water to a second preset temperature to provide drinking hot water. Drinking hot water is typically "boiled water" or "boiling water" heated to 100 degrees celsius or above to ensure that microorganisms and bacteria in the water are killed.
An energy-saving mode or a small water consumption mode can be configured, and the electric control device 60 is configured to control the second electromagnetic heating device 50 to heat the water to a preset target temperature or a temperature set by a user when receiving an energy-saving mode instruction or a small water consumption mode instruction, so as to directly provide hot water at a required temperature. It will be appreciated that the water is heated to or slightly above the water usage temperature due to the low water usage, so that the user can use it more or less, thus avoiding the waste of energy due to the low water usage and the water reservoir 30 storing high temperature water that is not used completely.
The water consumption mode can also be configured in a large amount of water consumption mode, namely when water consumption of a plurality of water consumption ends is detected, the first electromagnetic heating device 40 and the second electromagnetic heating device 50 are controlled to work at a preset power value to heat water to a fourth preset temperature, so that the water consumption ends can obtain hot water with higher temperature, and then water with target temperature is obtained by mixing a large amount of cold water, so that the total amount of the mixed cold water is more by providing hot water with higher temperature in unit time, and the requirement of large amount of hot water can be met. Wherein the preset power value may be a rated power value of the first electromagnetic heating device 40 and the second electromagnetic heating device 50.
If a plurality of water consumption ends are opened, the water consumption temperature can be determined by the water consumption end with the highest temperature, and if a user needs water at 60 ℃, and then another user takes a bath at the same time, and the needed hot water is 45 ℃, the hot water discharged by the water heater is greater than or equal to 60 ℃.
In an embodiment, the first electromagnetic heating device 40 includes a first tube 41 and a first coil 42, and the first coil 42 is electrically connected to the electric control device 60.
The first tube 41 has a water inlet and a water outlet, the water inlet of the first tube 41 is connected to the cold water inlet pipe 10, and the water outlet of the first tube 41 is connected to the water inlet of the water reservoir 30. The first coil 42 is wound around the first tube 41. The first coil 42 may be spirally wound from one end to the other end of the first tube 41 in order to be wound on the first tube 41.
In this embodiment, the first pipe 41 may be a straight pipe or an elbow pipe, the straight pipe has faster water flow, and the elbow pipe can improve the utilization efficiency of the first pipe 41. The first tube 41 may be made of a metal tube or a ceramic tube. The first coil 42 may employ a cloud bus bar, a nickel plated wire, or a copper wire, etc. Wherein, the first tube 41 can be externally added with an insulating layer to improve the safety.
In this embodiment, the first pipe 41 can be a high-efficiency heating pipe, and the first pipe 41 is sequentially from the outer layer to the inner layer: induction coil layer, insulating layer, heating conductor layer, inner tube, wherein accessible connecting piece connection interval setting between the outer pipe wall of inner tube and the heating conductor layer, perhaps keep apart through the support to the interval setting, and then form rivers passageway between the outer pipe wall of inner tube and heating conductor layer, the inside water of also walking away of inner tube simultaneously, rivers passageway and inner tube sharing water inlet and delivery port. The first pipe body 41 with such a structure can act on both the heating conductor layer and the inner pipe when the induction coil layer is energized, so as to heat water in the water flow channel and the inner pipe, and the heating efficiency is high, so that the efficient heating pipe is realized. Wherein, the heating conductor layer and the inner tube can be selected from ferromagnetic materials, and the heating performance is better.
It can be understood that, during operation, the electric control device 60 provides electric energy to the first coil 42, and magnetic lines of force generated by the first coil 42 during operation generate magnetic eddy currents on the tube wall of the first tube 41, so that the first tube 41 generates heat efficiently under the action of the magnetic eddy currents to heat water in the tube quickly.
In an embodiment, the second electromagnetic heating device 50 includes a second tube 51 and a second coil 52, and the second coil 52 is electrically connected to the electronic control device 50. The second tube 51 has a water inlet and a water outlet, the water inlet of the second tube 51 is connected to the water outlet of the water reservoir 30, and the water outlet of the second tube 51 is connected to the hot water outlet pipe 20. The second coil 52 is wound around the second tube 51. The second coil 52 may be spirally wound from one end to the other end of the second tube 41 in order to be wound on the second tube 51.
In this embodiment, the second pipe 51 may be a straight pipe or an elbow pipe, the straight pipe has faster water flow, and the elbow pipe can improve the utilization efficiency of the second pipe 51. The material of the second tube 51 may be a metal tube or a ceramic tube. The second coil 52 may be a cloud bus, a nickel plated wire, a copper wire, or the like. Wherein, the second tube 51 can be added with an insulating layer to improve the safety.
In this embodiment, the second tubular body 51 can be a high-efficiency heating pipe, and then the second tubular body 51 is sequentially from the outer layer to the inner layer: induction coil layer, insulating layer, heating conductor layer, inner tube, wherein accessible connecting piece connection interval sets up between the outer pipe wall of inner tube and the heating conductor layer, perhaps keeps apart through the support to the interval sets up, and then forms the rivers passageway between the outer pipe wall of inner tube and heating conductor layer, and the inner tube is inside also to walk water simultaneously, rivers passageway and inner tube sharing water inlet and delivery port. The second pipe body 51 of this structure, when the induction coil layer was switched on, can all produce the effect on heating conductor layer and inner tube, heats the water in rivers passageway and the inner tube, and heating efficiency is high, realizes high-efficient heating pipe, and furthermore, because rivers passageway is two-sided heating, heating efficiency is higher. Wherein, the heating conductor layer and the inner tube are respectively made of metal materials, especially ferromagnetic materials, and the heating performance is better.
It can be understood that, in operation, the electric control device 60 provides electric energy to the second coil 52, and magnetic lines of force generated by the second coil 52 in operation generate eddy currents on the wall of the second tube 51, so that the second tube 51 generates heat efficiently under the action of the eddy currents to heat water in the tube rapidly.
It should be noted that, the second electromagnetic heating device 50 can also perform secondary heating on the water from the water reservoir 30 when the user uses the water, so as to prevent the water temperature in the water reservoir 30 from dropping or prevent the first electromagnetic heating device 40 from heating the water to the target temperature of the user to affect the water outlet temperature, which brings a bad water usage experience to the user.
Further, in order to facilitate replacement of the first electromagnetic heating device 40 and/or the second electromagnetic heating device 50, the water reservoir 30 is provided to be detachably connected to the first electromagnetic heating device 40 and/or the second electromagnetic heating device 50.
In one embodiment, the water reservoir 30 is removably connected to the first electromagnetic heating device 40. Wherein the water reservoir 30 can be provided with a water inlet pipe joint, the first electromagnetic heating device 40 comprises a first pipe body 41 and a first coil 42, and the first coil 42 is wound on the peripheral wall of the first pipe body 41. The first pipe 41 is screwed with the water inlet pipe connector of the water reservoir 30, and it can be understood that the first pipe 41 is detachably connected with the water inlet pipe connector of the water reservoir 30, so that the whole first pipe 41 and the first coil 42 can be detached and replaced relative to the water reservoir, thereby facilitating later maintenance and replacement.
In one embodiment, the water reservoir 30 is removably connected to the second electromagnetic heating device 50. Wherein the water reservoir 30 can be provided with a water outlet connector, and the second electromagnetic heating device 50 comprises a second tube 51 and a second coil 52, and the second coil 52 is wound on the peripheral wall of the second tube 51. The second pipe 51 is connected with the water outlet pipe connector of the water receiver 30 in a threaded manner, and it can be understood that the second pipe 51 is detachably connected with the water outlet pipe connector of the water receiver 30, so that the whole second pipe 51 and the second coil 52 can be detached and replaced relative to the water receiver 30, and later maintenance and replacement are facilitated.
In an embodiment, in order to avoid heat loss and external radiation of the first electromagnetic heating device 40 and the second electromagnetic heating device 50, which affect other components, in an embodiment, an insulator 70 is disposed outside the first electromagnetic heating device 40 and the second electromagnetic heating device 50. Of course, an insulator may be provided outside each of the first electromagnetic heating device 40 and the second electromagnetic heating device 50.
The heat insulator 70 may be made of PU or rubber-plastic sponge. The heat insulator 70 is arranged outside the first electromagnetic heating device 40 and the second electromagnetic heating device 50, so that the heat dissipation speed of the first electromagnetic heating device 40 and the second electromagnetic heating device 50 is reduced, the heating efficiency is higher, and more energy is saved.
In an embodiment, in order to protect the first electromagnetic heating device 40 and the second electromagnetic heating device 50, a protective sleeve may be wrapped or sleeved outside the first electromagnetic heating device 40 and the second electromagnetic heating device 50, and the protective sleeve may be made of a plastic material and further has an insulating protection function.
In one embodiment, the reservoir 30 may be cylindrical, a third coil is wound around the peripheral wall of the reservoir 30, the third coil is electrically connected to the electric control device 60, and the electric control device 60 controls the third coil to heat or keep warm the water in the reservoir 30.
The water reservoir 30 may also be rectangular parallelepiped or square, and a coil panel may be further disposed on one or more sides of the water reservoir 30 to heat or insulate the water in the water reservoir 30.
Referring to FIG. 3, in one embodiment, to achieve a constant temperature water outlet, the water heater further includes a constant temperature regulating valve 80.
The constant temperature regulating valve 80 has a hot water inlet, a cold water inlet and a mixed water outlet, the cold water inlet of the constant temperature regulating valve 80 is communicated with the cold water inlet pipe 10, the hot water inlet of the constant temperature regulating valve 80 is communicated with the hot water outlet pipe 20, and the mixed water outlet of the constant temperature regulating valve 80 is communicated with the water using end. Wherein, the constant temperature regulating valve 80 is electrically connected with the electric control device 60.
In an embodiment, the thermostatic control valve 80 is configured to set a target temperature and send the target temperature to the electronic control device 60, and the electronic control device 60 controls the heating power of the first electromagnetic heating device 40 and the heating power of the second electromagnetic heating device 50 according to the target temperature to heat the water to the target temperature set by the thermostatic control valve 80, that is, the first electromagnetic heating device 40 and the second electromagnetic heating device 50 can be directly controlled to heat to the target temperature through the set target, so that the water can be discharged at constant temperature all the time, and the repeated temperature adjustment of a user is avoided.
In another embodiment, after the thermostatic regulating valve 80 is used for setting the target temperature and sending the target temperature to the electronic control device 60, the electronic control device 60 controls the first electromagnetic heating device 40 and the second electromagnetic heating device 50 to heat the water to a fifth preset temperature according to the target temperature; the constant temperature regulating valve 80 is connected to the cold water inlet pipe 10 and the hot water outlet pipe 20 in proportion according to the set target temperature, and the hot water heated to the fifth preset temperature is connected to the cold water inlet pipe 10 and the hot water outlet pipe 20, so that the cold water is mixed to obtain the water at the target temperature. Wherein the fifth preset temperature is higher than the target temperature.
It can be understood that, a user can set a target temperature through the constant temperature regulating valve 80, and after the target temperature is obtained, the electric control device 60 proportionally accesses the cold water of the cold water inlet pipe 10 and the hot water of the hot water outlet pipe 20 according to the set target temperature to mix and obtain the water with the target temperature, so that the water can be discharged at constant temperature all the time, the repeated temperature regulation of the user is avoided, and the temperature of the discharged water can be better and constantly controlled.
In this embodiment, the constant temperature regulating valve 80 may be a knob regulating valve, the target temperature is set by rotating the knob regulating valve, the temperature regulating range may be 35-100 degrees celsius by adjusting the temperature range by a knob, and the temperature regulating precision may be unlimited by 1, 2, 3, 4, 5 or 10 degrees celsius, etc.
Further, in order to improve the temperature control precision and ensure constant temperature water outlet, accurate control can also be realized by detecting the water temperatures in the water reservoir 30 and the constant temperature regulating valve 80. In particular, a first temperature sensor 31 may be provided in the water reservoir 30, the first temperature sensor 31 being electrically connected to the electric control device 60 for detecting the temperature of the water in the water reservoir 30. The constant temperature control valve 80 is provided with a second temperature sensor 82, and the second temperature sensor 82 is electrically connected with the electric control device 60 and is used for detecting the temperature of water in the constant temperature control valve 80.
The electric control device 60 is further configured to control the heating power of the first electromagnetic heating device 40 and the heating power of the second electromagnetic heating device 50 according to the target temperature set by the thermostatic regulating valve 80, the water temperature detected by the first temperature sensor 31, and the water temperature detected by the second temperature sensor 82.
