The following disclosure provides many different embodiments, or examples, for implementing different features of the application. In order to simplify the disclosure of the present application, specific example components and arrangements are described below. Of course, they are merely examples and are not intended to limit the present application. Moreover, the present application may repeat reference numerals and/or letters in the various examples, which have been repeated for purposes of simplicity and clarity and do not in themselves dictate a relationship between the various embodiments and/or arrangements discussed. In addition, examples of various specific processes and materials are provided herein, but one of ordinary skill in the art may recognize applications of other processes and/or use of other materials.
The application is described below with reference to specific embodiments in conjunction with the following drawings:
the working principle of the gas stove is as follows: high-pressure gas (natural gas or liquefied gas) gets into the valve body of gas-cooker from the gas pipeline, the back is opened to the valve body, the inflow nozzle, because the nozzle size is very little, generally be less than 2mm, high-pressure gas becomes high-speed low pressure gas after the nozzle flows out, get into furnace end venturi structure and form the negative pressure (be less than atmospheric pressure), consequently primary air is drawn and penetrates the inflow furnace end, flow out through the furnace end after primary air and gas mix and get into minute gas dish and fire lid and burn, in the combustion process, the air in the environment can carry out the second time and supply secondary air promptly, guarantee the complete combustion of gas.
From the working principle, the primary air quantity and the secondary air quantity are key factors for ensuring the complete combustion of the fuel gas. For the existing gas stove combustion system, the gas is mixed with primary air before combustion, so that the primary air is considered to participate in the reaction basically and completely, and the secondary air participates in the reaction in the combustion process due to buoyancy and entrainment of high-speed jet flow of the gas, so that the secondary air does not participate in the reaction completely. On the premise of ensuring the complete reflection of the fuel gas, the total air quantity is reduced as much as possible, and the heat released by the combustion reaction is reduced to heat the redundant air, so that the heat efficiency is improved.
At present, most producers all improve the primary air coefficient through optimizing the furnace end, gas distribution plate and fire lid structure, but have the problem of several cores and can't break through: the primary air coefficient reduces along with the increase of flow resistance to main flow resistance is fire hole structure and fire hole area, and fire hole thickening, total area reduces, and fire hole diameter reduces and all can increase flow resistance, but fire hole thickening, and fire hole diameter reduces and all is favorable to the combustion stability, and total area reduces to be favorable to promoting heat exchange efficiency again, consequently has the contradiction point. Therefore, in some application scenarios, the flow resistance has to be increased, which results in a decrease in the primary air ratio and failure to achieve a better combustion state.
That is, the above-described method of increasing the amount of primary air to be supplemented does not allow the gas to be completely combusted in an optimum state, and thus has room for improvement.
Based on the technical problems, the embodiment of the application provides a stove shell and a gas stove, and aims to improve the supplement amount of primary air at least to a certain extent and enable gas to be completely combusted in an optimal state as far as possible.
