The oil well degritting manifold system that this embodiment provided includes: a filter tube assembly 100, a filter outer tube 200 and a righting mechanism 300; one end of the filter tube assembly 100 is communicated with the oil well, so that well fluid in the oil well is conveyed to the interior of the filter tube assembly 100; the filtering outer pipe 200 is sleeved outside the filtering pipe assembly 100, the righting mechanism 300 is located at one end, far away from the oil well, of the filtering pipe assembly 100, the filtering pipe assembly 100 is connected with the righting mechanism 300, the righting mechanism 300 is used for limiting the filtering pipe assembly 100 and the filtering outer pipe 200 to be concentrically arranged, one end, close to the oil well, of the filtering pipe assembly 100 is connected with the filtering outer pipe 200 through threads, and one end, close to the oil well, of the filtering pipe assembly 100 is provided with a clamping groove 102 for dismounting; the side wall of the filtering pipe assembly 100 is provided with a filtering seam 101, a circulation channel for circulating well fluid is arranged between the filtering outer pipe 200 and the filtering pipe assembly 100, the filtering pipe assembly 100 filters the well fluid through the filtering seam 101 and then conveys the well fluid to the inside of the circulation channel, so that particle impurities such as mud and sand in the well fluid cannot pass through the filtering seam 101 and are remained in the filtering pipe assembly 100, the filtered well fluid flows into the circulation channel through the filtering seam 101, and the purpose of filtering the well fluid is achieved; when the filter pipe assembly 100 needs to be cleaned, only the threads between the filter pipe assembly 100 and the filtering outer pipe 200 need to be disassembled, when the filter pipe assembly 100 is taken out and conveyed, bolts and nuts of external equipment do not need to be disassembled, and the filter pipe assembly 100 can be quickly taken out only by inserting a taking and conveying tool into the clamping groove 102 of the filter pipe assembly 100, so that the technical problems that the filter pipe is difficult to disassemble and the overall working efficiency is influenced in the prior art are solved.
Based on the above embodiments, further, in the preferred embodiment of the present invention, the filter tube assembly 100 includes a filter tube head 103, a first sealing ring 104, a filter tube mechanism 105 and a filter tube stopper 106; the filtering tube head 103 and the filtering tube plug 106 are respectively positioned at two ends of the filtering tube mechanism 105, the filtering tube head 103 and the filtering tube plug 106 are respectively connected with the filtering tube mechanism 105, the filtering tube plug 106 is used for blocking one end, far away from the filtering tube head 103, of the filtering tube mechanism 105, one side, far away from the filtering tube mechanism 105, of the filtering tube plug 106 is connected with the righting mechanism 300, the filtering tube head 103, the filtering tube mechanism 105 and the filtering tube plug 106 are all positioned inside the filtering outer tube 200, the filtering tube head 103 is connected with the filtering outer tube 200 through threads, and the clamping groove 102 is positioned at one end, far away from the filtering tube plug 106, of the filtering tube head 103; the filter pipe mechanism 105 is communicated with a wellhead device of an oil well through the filter pipe head 103, the first sealing ring 104 is positioned between the filter pipe head 103 and the filter outer pipe 200, and the first sealing ring 104 is used for limiting well liquid to be conveyed to the interior of the filter pipe mechanism 105 through the threaded connection part of the filter pipe head 103 and the filter outer pipe 200; the circulation channel is located between the filtering pipe mechanism 105 and the filtering outer pipe 200, the filtering slits 101 are provided in a plurality, the filtering slits 101 are arranged at intervals along the circumferential direction of the filtering pipe mechanism 105, and the filtering pipe mechanism 105 conveys the filtered well fluid into the circulation channel through the filtering slits 101.
In this embodiment, two ends of the filtering pipe mechanism 105 are open structures, wherein one end of the filtering pipe mechanism 105 is hermetically connected with the filtering pipe plug 106, that is, one end of the filtering pipe mechanism 105 forms a closed structure through the filtering pipe plug 106, and the other end of the filtering pipe mechanism 105 is fixedly connected with the filtering pipe head 103, wherein the filtering pipe mechanism 105 and the filtering pipe head 103 can be integrally formed, or can be fixedly connected through a coupling structure, the filtering pipe head 103 can be located at one end close to a wellhead, that is, the filtering pipe mechanism 105 receives well fluid through the filtering pipe head 103, the well fluid is conveyed to the filtering pipe mechanism 105 through the filtering pipe head 103, a plurality of filtering slits 101 are arranged at intervals in the circumferential direction of the filtering pipe mechanism 105, the filtering outer pipe 200 is sleeved outside the filtering pipe head 103, the filtering pipe mechanism 105 and the filtering pipe plug 106, a flow passage is provided between the filtering outer pipe 200 and the filtering pipe mechanism 105, and the filtering pipe mechanism 105 can filter the well fluid flowing through the filtering slits 101 of the filtering pipe mechanism 105, thereby achieving the purpose of filtering well fluid.
Optionally, first sealing washer 104 can be provided with a plurality ofly, and first sealing washer 104 can adopt the O type circle, is located the one end that filters tube head 103 and filtration outer tube 200 are close to the well head through first sealing washer 104, when can effectively preventing to filter well liquid, and during the well liquid that does not filter passed through trapezoidal thread infiltration filtration outer tube 200, also played the effect of protection screw thread simultaneously.
Further, the outer diameter of the filter tube head 103 may be larger than the outer diameter of the filter tube mechanism 105, and the outer diameter of the filter tube head 103 fits with the inner diameter of the filter outer tube 200, the filter tube head 103 and the filter outer tube 200 may be connected by trapezoidal threads, and the end of the filter tube plug 106 away from the filter tube mechanism 105 is connected with the righting mechanism 300, and the righting mechanism 300 may ensure the concentric arrangement among the filter tube mechanism 105, the filter tube head 103, and the filter outer tube 200, thereby ensuring the thread sealing connection between the filter tube head 103 and the filter outer tube 200.
In the preferred embodiment of the present invention, filter tube mechanism 105 comprises a pre-filter tube 115, a filter tube collar 125, and a post-filter tube 135; the filter tube head 103 is connected with the front filter tube 115, the front filter tube 115 is connected with the rear filter tube 135 through the filter tube coupling 125, and one end of the rear filter tube 135 far away from the front filter tube 115 is hermetically connected with the filter tube plug 106; a plurality of filter slots 101 are arranged on the side walls of the front filter pipe 115 and the rear filter pipe 135 at intervals.
It should be noted that, because the length of the filter pipe mechanism 105 is longer in the wellhead field device, in order to ensure that the filter pipe mechanism 105 is more convenient and faster in the disassembling and cleaning process, when the filter pipe mechanism 105 is taken out for cleaning, the filter pipe coupling 125 can be disassembled to respectively clean the front filter pipe 115 and the rear filter pipe 135, which is easy to clean the filter pipe mechanism 105.
In the preferred embodiment of the present invention, it further comprises a tee 400 and a union assembly 500; the number of the tee joints 400 is two, the two tee joints 400 are respectively positioned at two ends of the filtering pipe assembly 100, the two tee joints 400 are respectively connected with the filtering outer pipe 200, and the filtering pipe assembly 100 is communicated with the oil well through the tee joints 400; the union assembly 500 is provided with two union assemblies 500, the two union assemblies 500 are respectively positioned at one end of the tee 400 far away from the filter pipe assembly 100, the union assembly 500 is connected with the tee 400, and three connecting ports of the tee 400 are respectively communicated with the oil well, the filter pipe assembly 100 and the union assembly 500, so that the union assembly 500 is communicated with the interior of the filter pipe assembly 100 through the tee 400.
In this embodiment, for one filter tube assembly 100, a tee 400 is disposed between the filter tube assembly 100 and a wellhead, wherein three connectors of the tee 400 can be respectively communicated with an oil well, the filter tube assembly 100 and a union assembly 500, wherein the union assembly 500 can be located at one end of the tee 400 far from the filter tube assembly 100, when the filter tube assembly 100 needs to be disassembled, the union assembly 500 only needs to be disassembled from the tee 400, and then the union assembly extends into the filter tube assembly 100 by using a taking and conveying tool, and the filter tube assembly 100 is taken out after the taking and conveying tool drives the filter tube assembly 100 to be separated from the outer filter tube 200 by threads; in addition, another tee 400 is arranged between the filtering pipe assembly 100 and a discharge pipe 110 described below, wherein three connection ports of the tee 400 are respectively communicated with the filtering outer pipe 200, the union assembly 500 and the discharge pipe 110, namely, the tee 400 is communicated with a flow passage between the filtering outer pipe 200 and the filtering pipe assembly 100, and the filtered well fluid can be conveyed to the position of the discharge pipe 110 by the tee 400.
As shown in fig. 3, in the preferred embodiment of the present invention, the righting mechanism 300 comprises a righting ring 301 and a righting rod 302; the righting rod 302 is connected with the filter pipe plug 106, the axis of the righting rod 302 coincides with the axis of the filter pipe mechanism 105, the righting ring 301 is located inside the union assembly 500, the righting ring 301 is provided with a righting hole, the circle center of the righting hole coincides with the axis of the union assembly 500, the axis of the filter outer pipe 200 coincides with the axis of the righting rod 302, the righting rod 302 is used for penetrating through the righting ring 301 through the righting hole, and the righting ring 301 is used for clamping the righting rod 302, so that the filter pipe mechanism 105 and the filter outer pipe 200 are concentrically arranged.
In this embodiment, one end of the centering rod 302, which is far from the filter tube plug 106, has a tip, and the centering rod 302 coincides with the axis of the filter tube mechanism 105, and after the centering rod 302 extends into the centering ring 301, the centering rod 302 makes the filter tube mechanism 105 and the outer filter tube 200 concentrically arranged under the limiting action of the centering ring 301, so as to ensure the threaded connection between the filter tube head 103 and the outer filter tube 200.
As shown in FIG. 7, in the preferred embodiment of the present invention, a pressure relief assembly 600 is also included; the number of the pressure release assemblies 600 is two, each pressure release assembly 600 is located at one end of the union assembly 500 far away from the tee joint 400, the pressure release assembly 600 is connected with the union assembly 500, and the pressure release assembly 600 is used for releasing the pressure inside the filter pipe assembly 100 through the union assembly 500 and the tee joint 400.
In the preferred embodiment of the present invention, the pressure relief assembly 600 includes a connection fitting 601, a stop valve 602, a ferrule fitting 603, and a pilot operated line 604; one end of the connecting joint 601 is connected with the union assembly 500, the other end of the connecting joint 601 is connected with the stop valve 602, the stop valve 602 is connected with the hydraulic control pipeline 604 through the ferrule joint 603, the hydraulic control pipeline 604 is used for communicating with the interior of the filter pipe assembly 100 through the union assembly 500, and the stop valve 602 is used for controlling the communication or closing of the hydraulic control pipeline 604 and the filter pipe assembly 100 so as to release the pressure inside the filter pipe assembly 100 through the hydraulic control pipeline 604.
In this embodiment, when the filtering pipe assembly 100 and the filtering outer pipe 200 are used for filtering and conveying well fluid, pressure is present in the filtering pipe assembly 100 and the flow channel, so before the filtering pipe assembly 100 is cleaned, the pressure in the filtering pipe assembly 100 can be released by opening the stop valve 602, the operation safety is ensured, and meanwhile, released crude oil is collected through the hydraulic control pipeline 604 and the connecting joint 601, so that environmental pollution is prevented, and the purpose of environmental protection is achieved.
In the preferred embodiment of the present invention, it further comprises a first cross 130, a second cross 140, a high pressure pipeline 150, a discharge pipe 110 and a plate valve 120; the first cross 130 and the second cross 140 are respectively positioned at two ends of a high-pressure pipeline 150, the first cross 130 and the second cross 140 are respectively connected with the high-pressure pipeline 150, one end of the high-pressure pipeline 150 is communicated with an oil well through the first cross 130, and the other end of the high-pressure pipeline 150 is connected with the discharge pipe 110 through the second cross 140; the plate valve 120 is provided in plurality, wherein the high pressure pipeline 150 is connected to the first four-way 130 through the plate valve 120, the discharge pipe 110 is connected to the second four-way 140 through the plate valve 120, one end of the filter pipe assembly 100 is communicated with the first four-way 130 through a tee 400 to communicate with the oil well through the first four-way 130, the tee 400 is connected to the first four-way 130 through the plate valve 120, the other end of the filter pipe assembly 100 is communicated with the second four-way 140 through another tee 400 to communicate with the discharge pipe 110 through the second four-way 140, the tee 400 is connected to the second four-way 140 through the plate valve 120, and the plate valves 120 are used to control the flow paths in the first four-way 130 and the second four-way 140, respectively.
In this embodiment, when the filter tube assembly 100 filters and conveys the high-pressure pipeline 150, the high-pressure pipeline 150 is in a completely closed state, and as long as the conveying of the filter tube assembly 100 and the filter outer tube 200 is in a problem, the flat valves 120 at two ends of the high-pressure pipeline 150 can be opened in time, so that the well fluid can be discharged in time, and the imbalance of the well fluid pressure is avoided.
In the preferred embodiment of the present invention, a throttle valve 160 is further included; a throttle 160 is connected to an end of the discharge pipe 110 away from the high-pressure pipeline 150, the throttle 160 being used to regulate the output flow of the discharge pipe 110; by installing the throttle valve 160 at the outlet of the discharge pipe 110, the well fluid flows into the throttle valve 160 after being filtered, so that secondary throttling can be effectively realized, and the integral steady-flow operation of the desanding manifold system can be ensured.
In the preferred embodiment of the present invention, two sets of the filtering pipe assembly 100, the filtering outer pipe 200 and the centering mechanism 300 are provided; the two groups of filter pipe assemblies 100 are symmetrically arranged relative to the high-pressure pipeline 150, each group of filter pipe assemblies 100 are respectively connected with the first cross 130 and the second cross 140 through the tee 400, and the two groups of filter pipe assemblies 100 are used for respectively filtering and conveying well liquid conveyed in an oil well; when the impurity in one group of filter tube assembly 100 is more, another group of filter tube assembly 100 can be used for continuously filtering and conveying the well fluid conveyed in the oil well, and the filter tube assembly 100 with more impurity can be detached and cleaned.
In this embodiment, the two connection ports of the two sets of filtering pipe assemblies 100 and the first four-way joint 130 are respectively communicated through two flat valves 120, the flat valves 120 are used for controlling the filtering pipe assemblies 100 of any one set to be communicated with the first four-way joint 130, the two connection ports of the two sets of filtering pipe assemblies 100 and the second four-way joint 140 are respectively communicated through the two flat valves 120, and the flat valves 120 are used for controlling the filtering pipe assemblies 100 of any one set to be communicated with the second four-way joint 140.
Specifically, two groups of filter tube assemblies 100, two groups of filter tube assemblies 400, a union assembly 500 and a pressure release assembly 600 are symmetrically arranged relative to a high-pressure pipeline 150, by utilizing the two groups of filter tube assemblies 100 and the flat valves 120 arranged at the four connecting port positions of the four-way, after well fluid is conveyed into the four-way, the flat valves 120 of the four-way and the high-pressure pipeline 150 and the three-way 400 of the four-way and one filter tube assembly 100 are both in a closed state, only the three-way and the three-way 400 of the other filter tube assembly 100 are in a communicated state, namely, the well fluid is filtered and conveyed through one filter tube assembly 100 and the outer filter tube 200, when impurities in one filter tube assembly 100 are excessive, the flat valves 120 at the four-way position are controlled, the flat valves 120 between the filter tube assembly 100 to be cleaned and the four-way are closed, the flat valves 120 between the other filter tube assembly 100 and the four-way are opened, so that the filter fluid can be filtered and conveyed through the other filter tube assembly 100 and the outer filter tube 200, the well head position can be ensured to work continuously, and the efficiency of the well fluid can be improved; it should be noted that, since the two sets of filter tube assemblies 100, tee 400, union assembly 500 and pressure relief assembly 600 have the same structure, only one set of filter tube assembly 100, tee 400, union assembly 500 and pressure relief assembly 600 is written herein.
In the preferred embodiment of the present invention, a telescopic tube assembly 700 is further included; one end of the telescopic pipe assembly 700 is connected with one end of the first cross 130 far away from the high-pressure pipeline 150, the other end of the telescopic pipe assembly 700 is connected with a wellhead device of an oil well, and the telescopic pipe assembly 700 is used for conveying oil in the oil well to the interior of the first cross 130. When the desanding manifold is connected with a wellhead device, because the heights of all oil wells are different, the inlet of the desanding manifold is provided with the telescopic pipe assembly 700, and the desanding manifold is easily butted and installed with the wellhead device by adjusting the telescopic pipe assembly 700.
As shown in FIG. 1, in the preferred embodiment of the present invention, the telescoping tube assembly 700 includes a telescoping tube mechanism 701 and a two-way 702; the number of the telescopic pipe mechanisms 701 is at least two, one end of one telescopic pipe mechanism 701 is connected with the first four-way joint 130, the other end of the telescopic pipe mechanism 701 is connected with the other telescopic pipe mechanism 701 through a two-way joint 702, one end, far away from the two-way joint 702, of the other telescopic pipe mechanism 701 is connected with an oil well, and the two-way joint 702 is used for adjusting the angles of the plurality of telescopic pipe mechanisms 701, so that the first four-way joint 130 is connected with a wellhead device of the oil well sequentially through the telescopic pipe mechanisms 701.
In this embodiment, both the filtering pipe assembly 100 and the filtering outer pipe 200 are horizontally arranged, but the heights of each oil well are different, that is, one of the telescopic pipe mechanisms 701 is connected with the inlet end of the first four-way joint 130, at this time, the telescopic pipe mechanism 701 is horizontally arranged, the other telescopic pipe mechanism 701 is connected with the horizontally arranged telescopic pipe mechanism 701 through the two-way joint 702, the two-way joint 702 can change the communication direction of the telescopic pipe mechanisms 701, that is, the other telescopic pipe mechanism 701 is vertically arranged, so that the wellhead device can be connected with the first four-way joint 130 through at least two telescopic pipe mechanisms 701, and the mechanical connection between the wellhead device and the filtering pipe assembly 100 is ensured.
Alternatively, when the extended height of one telescoping tube mechanism 701 cannot meet the height of the oil well, the connection of the filter pipe assembly 100 and the wellhead can be met by adopting a plurality of telescoping tube mechanisms 701 connected in sequence.
As shown in fig. 6, in the preferred embodiment of the present invention, the telescopic tube mechanism 701 includes a telescopic inner tube 711, a telescopic outer tube 721, an adjusting bolt 731, a back nut 741 and a second sealing ring 751; one end of the telescopic inner tube 711 is inserted into the telescopic outer tube 721, and the telescopic inner tube 711 and the telescopic outer tube 721 are connected in a sealing manner through a second sealing ring 751; one end of the adjusting bolt 731 is fixedly connected with one end of the telescopic outer tube 721 close to the telescopic inner tube 711, a flange is arranged on the outer side wall of the telescopic inner tube 711, the other end of the adjusting bolt 731 penetrates through the flange of the telescopic inner tube 711, the back-tightening nuts 741 are provided in a plurality, the back-tightening nuts 741 are respectively located on two sides of the flange, the back-tightening nuts 741 are respectively connected with the adjusting bolt 731, the back-tightening nuts 741 are used for adjusting the relative position between the telescopic inner tube 711 and the telescopic outer tube 721, and therefore the extension length between the telescopic inner tube 711 and the telescopic outer tube 721 is adjusted.
In this embodiment, the telescopic inner tube 711 and the telescopic outer tube 721 are in a mutual sliding state, that is, one end of the telescopic inner tube 711 extends into the telescopic outer tube 721, one end of the telescopic outer tube 721 close to the telescopic inner tube 711 is fixedly connected with the adjusting bolt 731, the extending length of the adjusting bolt 731 is smaller than the length of the telescopic inner tube 711 extending into the telescopic outer tube 721, the outer side wall of the telescopic inner tube 711 is provided with a flange, one end of the adjusting bolt 731, which is far away from the telescopic outer tube 721, can penetrate through the connecting hole of the flange, a plurality of back nuts 741 are respectively arranged on two sides of the flange, optionally, the adjusting bolts are provided, the adjusting bolts 731 are uniformly arranged along the circumferential direction of the adjusting flange, the back nuts 741 on each side of the flange are provided with a plurality of back nuts 741 arranged at intervals along the circumferential direction of the flange, the threaded connection positions between the back nuts 741 on two sides of the flange and the adjusting bolts 731 are adjusted, so that the depth of the telescopic outer tube 711 extending into the telescopic outer tube 721 can be adjusted, and further the whole length of the telescopic inner tube 711 and the filter tube 721 can be adjusted, thereby ensuring that the four-way tube and the filter tube assembly 100, 200 can be moved in the horizontal direction and the well head of the well, and the device can be easily installed.
As shown in fig. 8, in the preferred embodiment of the present invention, it further comprises a base 800 and an adjusting leg 900; the filtering outer tube 200, the filtering tube assembly 100, the first cross 130, the second cross 140, the high-pressure pipeline 150, the pressure release assembly 600 and the discharge tube 110 are all arranged on the base 800; the adjusting supporting legs 900 are provided in a plurality of numbers, the adjusting supporting legs 900 are all located on one side, close to the ground, of the base 800, the base 800 is arranged on the ground through the adjusting supporting legs 900, and the adjusting supporting legs 900 are used for adjusting the height of the base 800 in the vertical direction.
In the preferred embodiment of the present invention, the adjusting leg 900 comprises a leg inner cylinder 901, a support ring 902, a rotating mechanism 903, a leg transmission stud 904, a leg exchange collar 905, a rotating bearing 906 and a base 907; one end of the supporting leg transmission stud 904 is inserted into the supporting leg inner cylinder 901, a supporting leg exchange coupling 905 is positioned between the supporting leg transmission stud 904 and the supporting leg inner cylinder 901, the supporting leg exchange coupling 905 is fixedly connected with the inner side wall of the supporting leg inner cylinder 901, the supporting leg exchange coupling 905 is in threaded connection with the supporting leg transmission stud 904, and the other end of the supporting leg transmission stud 904 is rotatably connected with the base 907 through a rotating bearing 906; the support ring 902 is sleeved outside the support leg inner cylinder 901, the support ring 902 is connected with the outer side wall of the support leg inner cylinder 901, the base 800 is provided with a through hole, one end of the support leg inner cylinder 901, which is far away from the base 907, penetrates through the through hole, and the support ring 902 is abutted against one side of the base 800, which is close to the ground; the rotating mechanism 903 is connected with the leg transmission stud 904, and the rotating mechanism 903 is configured to drive the leg transmission stud 904 to rotate relative to the base 907, so that the leg exchange collar 905 drives the leg inner cylinder 901 to move linearly along the extending direction of the leg transmission stud 904, so as to adjust the height of the base 800 in the vertical direction through the support ring 902.
In this embodiment, the base 800 is a mounting plate, wherein the desanding manifold portions are all disposed on the plane of the base 800, and the base 800 can be fixed on the ground by adjusting the supporting legs 900; in order to ensure that the plane of the base 800 is in a horizontal state, at least four adjusting support legs 900 are arranged, and the four adjusting support legs 900 are installed along four fixed angle positions of the base 800, wherein the support leg inner cylinder 901 can adopt a cylindrical structure with openings at two ends, a support ring 902 is fixed on the outer side wall of one end of the support leg inner cylinder 901, when the support leg inner cylinder 901 penetrates through a through hole of the base 800, the support ring 902 abuts against the surface of the base 800, the support leg transmission stud 904 extends into the support leg inner cylinder 901, the support leg transmission stud 904 can be in threaded fit connection with the support leg exchange collar 905, the support leg exchange collar 905 is fixedly connected with the inner surface of the support leg inner cylinder 901, the other end of the support leg transmission stud 904 is connected with a base 907 through a rotating shaft bearing, the base 907 can be arranged on the ground, and when a rotating mechanism 903 drives the support leg transmission stud 904 to rotate relative to the base 907, the support leg transmission stud 904 can rotate along the internal threads of the support leg exchange collar 905, so that the support leg exchange collar 905 can move linearly along the extending direction of the support ring 904, and the height of the base 800 in the vertical direction can be adjusted through the support ring 902.
Optionally, the rotating mechanism 903 may include a leg rocker and a leg rotation cap, the leg rotation cap is sleeved outside the leg transmission stud 904, and is fixedly connected to the leg rotation cap and the leg transmission stud 904, the leg rocker is vertically disposed on the outer side wall of the leg rotation cap, and the leg rocker is fixedly connected to the outer side wall of the leg rotation cap, and is used to drive the leg transmission stud 904 to rotate by holding the position of the leg rocker by hand.

1. An oil well degritting manifold system, comprising: the device comprises a filter pipe assembly, a filter outer pipe and a centralizing mechanism;
one end of the filter pipe assembly is communicated with the oil well, so that well fluid in the oil well is conveyed to the interior of the filter pipe assembly;
the filtering outer pipe is sleeved outside the filtering pipe assembly, the righting mechanism is located at one end, far away from the oil well, of the filtering pipe assembly, the filtering pipe assembly is connected with the righting mechanism, the righting mechanism is used for limiting the filtering pipe assembly to be concentrically arranged with the filtering outer pipe, one end, close to the oil well, of the filtering pipe assembly is connected with the filtering outer pipe through threads, and one end, close to the oil well, of the filtering pipe assembly is provided with a clamping groove for dismounting;
the side wall of the filtering pipe assembly is provided with a filtering seam, a circulation channel for circulating well liquid is arranged between the filtering outer pipe and the filtering pipe assembly, and the filtering pipe assembly is used for filtering the well liquid through the filtering seam and then conveying the well liquid to the inside of the circulation channel;
the filter pipe assembly comprises a filter pipe head, a first sealing ring, a filter pipe mechanism and a filter pipe plug;
the filter tube head and the filter tube plug are respectively positioned at two ends of the filter tube mechanism, the filter tube head and the filter tube plug are respectively connected with the filter tube mechanism, the filter tube plug is used for blocking one end, far away from the filter tube head, of the filter tube mechanism, one side, far away from the filter tube mechanism, of the filter tube plug is connected with the centering mechanism, the filter tube head, the filter tube mechanism and the filter tube plug are all positioned inside the filter outer tube, the filter tube head is connected with the filter outer tube through threads, and the clamping groove is positioned at one end, far away from the filter tube plug, of the filter tube head;
the filter pipe mechanism is communicated with a wellhead device of an oil well through the filter pipe head, the first sealing ring is positioned between the filter pipe head and the filter outer pipe, and the first sealing ring is used for limiting well liquid to be conveyed to the interior of the filter pipe mechanism through the threaded connection part of the filter pipe head and the filter outer pipe;
the circulation channel is positioned between the filtering pipe mechanism and the filtering outer pipe, a plurality of filtering seams are arranged, the filtering seams are arranged at intervals along the circumferential direction of the filtering pipe mechanism, and the filtering pipe mechanism conveys the filtered well fluid into the circulation channel through the filtering seams;
the device also comprises a tee joint and a union assembly; the union assembly is connected with the tee joint, and three connecting ports of the tee joint are respectively communicated with an oil well, the filter pipe assembly and the union assembly so as to enable the union assembly to be communicated with the interior of the filter pipe assembly through the tee joint;
the righting mechanism comprises a righting ring and a righting rod; the righting rod is connected with the filter pipe plug, the axis of the righting rod coincides with the axis of the filter pipe mechanism, the righting ring is located inside the union assembly, the righting ring is provided with a righting hole, the circle center of the righting hole coincides with the axis of the union assembly, the axis of the filter outer pipe coincides with the axis of the righting rod, the righting rod is used for penetrating through the righting ring through the righting hole, and the righting ring is used for clamping the righting rod, so that the filter pipe mechanism and the filter outer pipe are concentrically arranged.
2. The oil well degritting manifold system of claim 1, wherein said filter tube mechanism comprises a front filter tube, a filter tube collar, and a rear filter tube;
the filter pipe head is connected with the front filter pipe, the front filter pipe is connected with the rear filter pipe through the filter pipe coupling, and one end of the rear filter pipe, which is far away from the front filter pipe, is hermetically connected with the filter pipe plug;
a plurality of filtering seams are arranged on the side walls of the front filtering pipe and the rear filtering pipe at intervals.
3. The oil well degritting manifold system of claim 1, further comprising a first cross, a second cross, a high pressure line, a drain, and a plate valve;
the number of the tee joints is two, the two tee joints are respectively positioned at two ends of the filtering pipe assembly, the two tee joints are respectively connected with the filtering outer pipe, and the filtering pipe assembly is communicated with the oil well through the tee joints;
the number of the union assemblies is two, and the two union assemblies are respectively positioned at one end of the tee joint, which is far away from the filter pipe assembly;
the first cross joint and the second cross joint are respectively positioned at two ends of the high-pressure pipeline, the first cross joint and the second cross joint are respectively connected with the high-pressure pipeline, one end of the high-pressure pipeline is communicated with the oil well through the first cross joint, and the other end of the high-pressure pipeline is connected with the discharge pipe through the second cross joint;
the plate valve is provided with a plurality of, wherein, high pressure line with first cross passes through the plate valve is connected, just the discharge pipe with the second cross passes through the plate valve is connected, just one end of filter tube assembly is through one the tee bend with first cross intercommunication, in order to pass through first cross and oil well intercommunication, the tee bend with pass through between the first cross the plate valve is connected, the other end of filter tube assembly passes through another the tee bend with the second cross intercommunication, in order to pass through the second cross with the discharge pipe intercommunication, the tee bend with the second cross passes through the plate valve is connected, and is a plurality of the plate valve is used for controlling respectively the circulation route in first cross with the second cross.
4. A well degritting manifold system according to claim 3, further comprising a pressure relief assembly;
the two pressure release assemblies are arranged, each pressure release assembly is respectively located at one end, far away from the tee joint, of the union assembly, the pressure release assemblies are connected with the union assembly, and the pressure release assemblies are used for releasing the pressure inside the filter pipe assembly through the union assembly and the tee joint;
the pressure release assembly comprises a connecting joint, a stop valve, a clamping sleeve joint and a hydraulic control pipeline;
the one end of attach fitting with the union assembly is connected, the other end of attach fitting with the stop valve is connected, the stop valve passes through cutting ferrule joint with hydraulic control line connection, hydraulic control line is used for passing through the union assembly with the inside intercommunication of filter tube assembly, the stop valve is used for controlling hydraulic control line with the intercommunication or the closing of filter tube assembly, with through hydraulic control line is right the inside pressure of filter tube assembly releases.
