Description

Degradable carton and production method thereof
Technical Field
The invention relates to the technical field of carton production, in particular to a degradable carton and a production method thereof.
Background
With the development of economic society, the packaging requirements of enterprises and consumers on commodities are higher and higher. In recent years, the network shopping is rapidly developed, the consumption of various packing cartons and cartons is increased day by day, and the quality requirements and the functional requirements of the cartons and cartons are more and more diversified.
Aiming at the problems of green packaging and environmental protection, the packaging principle of decrement packaging, reutilization packaging, recycling, regeneration and degradation is provided. Corresponding policies and regulations are issued in recent years in China. In this situation, paper products have been developed unprecedentedly. Paper and paperboard already account for 40-50% of all packaging materials. The carton is an ideal packaging container, has the characteristics of light weight, firmness and vibration reduction, and has been used for transport packaging and sale packaging for many years.
In the prior art, a mode of changing the number of layers of corrugated paper in a single pit (the number of layers of corrugated paper between two adjacent layers of surface paper) is mostly adopted to prepare a reinforced corrugated board, the strength of the corrugated paper is improved, and the total thickness of the corrugated paper is not excessively increased at the same time, during the manufacturing process, corrugated base paper and double-layer corrugated paper are respectively preheated, the preheating temperature is 60-80 ℃, the preheating time is 12 hours, then the preheated double-layer corrugated paper is coated with an adhesive for compounding and fixing, and the compounded double-layer corrugated paper is dried, the drying temperature is 140 +/-5 ℃, and the drying time is at least 5 hours; preheating the double-layer corrugated paper subjected to composite drying at 60-80 ℃ for at least 12 hours; respectively corrugating and forming the preheated corrugated base paper and the double-layer corrugated paper, and smearing an adhesive on corrugation peaks; the surface paper is bonded at the upper end of the corrugated medium, the corrugated medium is bonded at the lower end of the corrugated medium, the bottom surface of the corrugated medium is bonded at the upper end of the double-layer corrugated paper, and the inner paper is bonded at the lower end of the double-layer corrugated paper; and drying the bonded corrugated board at the drying temperature of 140 +/-5 ℃ for at least 5 hours. The corrugated board is made by compounding single-layer corrugated paper, double-layer corrugated paper, surface paper and the like, but in order to improve the strength and the impact resistance, the number of layers of the corrugated paper is generally increased to form a five-layer, seven-layer or nine-layer paper board structure. The thickness of the corrugated board is in direct proportion to the strength of the corrugated board; the preheating temperature of the corrugated base paper and the double-layer corrugated paper before corrugating is lower, namely 60-80 ℃ in the preparation process of the corrugated board. The preheating temperature is low, the phenomena of non-shaping of the corrugated edge, chamfering and the like are easily caused when the corrugated edge is pressed, and after the corrugated edge is pressed and coated with glue, the temperature is reduced, so that the solvent in the adhesive is slowly volatilized, the formaldehyde release amount is high, the formaldehyde is not easily degraded, the environment is not protected, and each layer is not firmly bonded when external force is applied to the subsequent process.
An effective solution to the problems in the related art has not been proposed yet.
