For example, referring to fig. 8, along the light path propagation direction of the light guide 22, the light-passing area of the light-entering section 2211 gradually increases, so that the light-entering section 2211 can diffuse the light entering the light-entering section, so that the light emitted from the light-emitting surface 221b of the light-emitting section 2212 is softer.
For example, referring to fig. 8, the cross-sectional shape of the light entrance segment 2211 is substantially trapezoidal, and both the top surface 221c and the bottom surface 221d of the light entrance segment 2211 are inclined surfaces, and the distance between the top surface 221c and the bottom surface 221d of the light entrance segment 2211 gradually increases along the light path propagation direction of the light guide 22, so that the light-passing area of the light entrance segment 2211 gradually increases.
Illustratively, referring to fig. 8, the angle θ between the top surface 221c of the light entrance section 2211 and the horizontal plane is greater than 0 ° and less than 10 °, and the angle β between the bottom surface 221d of the light entrance section 2211 and the horizontal plane is greater than 0 ° and less than 10 °, which can achieve both light diffusion and overall size compactness.
For example, referring to fig. 6, the light strip device 2 includes an adapter 24, the support plate 222 and the light strip 21 are both disposed on the adapter 24, the light guide member 22 is connected to the adapter 24 through the support plate 222, and the light strip device 2 is detachably connected to the reinforcing plate 3 through the adapter 24. In the assembling process, the lamp belt device 2 can be assembled into a preassembled whole, and the preassembled whole is assembled on the reinforcing plate 3 through the adapter 24, so that the assembling time of the water flow line can be prolonged, and the assembling efficiency can be improved; when the adapter 24 needs to be detached, the adapter only needs to be detached from the reinforcing plate 3, and the operation is simple and convenient.
For example, referring to fig. 4 and 10, the adaptor 24 is provided with a plug-in groove 241a, and two opposite sides of the plug-in groove 241a are open, specifically, two opposite sides of the plug-in groove 241a along the light path propagation direction of the light guide pillar 221 are open. The light inlet section 2211 is inserted into the insertion groove 241a from an opening of one side of the insertion groove 241a, that is, the light guide 22 is substantially located between the adaptor 24 and the front sealing door 1 in the front and rear direction of the laundry treating apparatus. The light strip 21 covers the opening at the other side of the jack 241a. It will be appreciated that the adapter 24 is made of a material that is opaque to light. Light emitted from the light strip 21 enters the insertion groove 241a and enters the light entrance section 2211 of the light guide pole 221. It should be noted that, the light-emitting position of the light strip 21 is located in the region defined on the light strip 21 at the opening of the insertion groove 241a, so that the light emitted from the light strip 21 basically enters only the insertion groove 241a and enters the light guide member 22, thereby improving the light utilization rate.
Illustratively, the light strip 21 is formed by assembling LED lamps on a strip-shaped flexible wiring board. The LED lamp is located on one side of the flexible circuit board facing the light guiding pole 221, and the LED lamp is located in the area defined on the light strip 21 at the opening of the insertion groove 241a. The flexible printed circuit board is connected to the adapter 24 in an unlimited manner, for example, by being fixed on the adapter 24 by glue filling.
The specific configuration of the adapter 24 is not limited. For example, referring to fig. 6, 9 and 10, the adaptor 24 includes a box portion 241, one side of the box portion 241 facing away from the front sealing door 1 is open, the light strip 21 is disposed in the box portion 241, and the box portion 241 protects the light strip 21. A side wall 2412 of the case portion 241 on the side close to the front cover door 1 is formed with a plugging groove 241a.
The specific connection manner of the bracket plate 222 and the adapter 24 is not limited. For example, referring to fig. 7 and 8, a plurality of first resilient tabs 2221 extending to a side away from the front cover door 1 are formed on the periphery of the support plate 222, and the plurality of first resilient tabs 2221 are arranged around the periphery of the case portion 241; one of the peripheral surface of the case portion 241 and the first resilient tab 2221 is provided with a first hook 2411, the other is provided with a first slot 222a, and the first hook 2411 is snap-fitted with the first slot 222 a. The snap fit enables quick assembly and disassembly of the carrier plate 222 and the adapter 24.
It should be noted that, in some embodiments, all the first hook portions 2411 are disposed on the first resilient tabs 2221, and all the first engaging grooves 222a are disposed on the peripheral surface of the case portion 241; in other embodiments, all the first hook portions 2411 are disposed on the peripheral surface of the box portion 241, and all the first locking grooves 222a are disposed on the first resilient tabs 2221; in still other embodiments, a part of the first hook 2411 is disposed on the peripheral surface of the box portion 241, the rest of the first hook 2411 is disposed on the first resilient tab 2221, a part of the first engaging groove 222a is disposed on the first resilient tab 2221, and the rest of the first engaging groove 222a is disposed on the peripheral surface of the box portion 241.
The peripheral surface of the case portion 241 refers to a wall surface of the case portion 241 in the up, down, left, and right directions.
For example, referring to fig. 9 and 10, the adaptor 24 includes a rib 242 protruding from a peripheral surface of the case portion 241, the rib 242 is provided with a through hole 242a, and the first resilient tab 2221 is inserted into the through hole 242 a. The matching between the first elastic sheet 2221 and the through hole 242a can reduce the probability that the first elastic sheet 2221 is separated from the box body part 241, and improve the clamping reliability of the first elastic sheet 2221 and the adapter 24; in addition, in the assembly process, the through holes 242a play a role in pre-positioning the first resilient tabs 2221, and after all the first resilient tabs 2221 are inserted into the corresponding through holes 242a, the positions of the first resilient tabs 2221 are basically at the correct assembly positions, and the first resilient tabs 2221 are pressed with force to hook the first hook portions 2411 on the first locking grooves 222a, so that the assembly efficiency can be improved.
Illustratively, the adapter 24 includes a plurality of second elastic sheets 243, the plurality of second elastic sheets 243 are arranged along the circumferential side of the box body portion 241, and the adapter 24 is fastened to the reinforcing plate 3 through each second elastic sheet 243.
Note that the position of each second elastic piece 243 does not interfere with first elastic piece 2221. For example, in an embodiment configured with the ribbed edge 242, the second resilient tab 243 is attached to an edge of the ribbed edge 242.
Illustratively, a blanking notch 3a and a plurality of third elastic sheets 32 protruding to the side away from the front door 1 are formed in a partial region of the reinforcing plate 3 through blanking, the plurality of third elastic sheets 32 are arranged at intervals along an edge of the blanking notch 3a and jointly define a mounting area 3b, and the lamp strip device 2 can be mounted in the mounting area 3b from the side of the reinforcing plate 3 away from the front door 1, that is, the plurality of third elastic sheets 32 surround the lamp strip device 2.
The second elastic sheet 243 is detachably fastened to the third elastic sheet 32. Specifically, one of the second resilient tab 243 and the third resilient tab 32 is provided with a second hook 2431, and the other is provided with a second engaging groove 32a, and the second hook 2431 and the second engaging groove 32a are engaged with each other.
It should be noted that, in some embodiments, all the second hook portions 2431 are disposed on the second elastic sheet 243, and all the second locking grooves 222a are disposed on the third elastic sheet 32; in other embodiments, all the second hook portions 2431 are disposed on the third elastic sheet 32, and all the second engaging grooves 222a are disposed on the second elastic sheet 243; in still other embodiments, a part of the second hook portion 2431 is disposed on the third resilient piece 32, the rest of the second hook portion 2431 is disposed on the second resilient piece 243, a part of the second engaging groove 222a is disposed on the second resilient piece 243, and the rest of the second engaging groove 222a is disposed on the third resilient piece 32.

Claims (14)

1. A front door assembly for a laundry treatment apparatus, comprising:
the front sealing door (1), the front sealing door (1) is provided with a light-transmitting belt area (1 b) and a clothes taking and placing opening (1 a);
the reinforcing plate (3), the said reinforcing plate (3) is set up in the inboard of the said front cover door (1);
the light strip device (2) is arranged on the reinforcing plate (3), the light strip device (2) comprises a light strip (21) and a light guide member (22), and the light guide member (22) is used for guiding light rays emitted by the light strip (21) to the outside of the clothes treatment equipment from the light-transmitting strip region (1 b).
2. The front door assembly of claim 1, characterized in that the number of the clothes taking and placing openings (1 a) is at least two, each clothes taking and placing opening (1 a) is arranged at intervals along the height direction of the front door (1), and the light-transmitting belt region (1 b) and the reinforcing plate (3) are both positioned between two adjacent clothes taking and placing openings (1 a) and are both arranged along the left-right direction of the front door (1).
3. The front door assembly of claim 1, characterized in that the left and right sides of the front door (1) are formed with first folded edges (11) folded inwards, and the reinforcing plate (3) is connected between the first folded edges (11).
4. The front door assembly according to claim 1, characterized in that said light-transmitting strip (1 b) penetrates the front door in the thickness direction thereof, said light-guide (22) being inserted in said light-transmitting strip (1 b).

The front door assembly according to claim 4, characterized in that it comprises a sealing ring (4), said sealing ring (4) being enclosed around said light-transmitting band (1 b), said sealing ring (4) being sealingly interposed between the inner surface of said front door (1) and said light-guide (22).

The front door assembly according to any one of claims 1 to 5, characterized in that the light guide (22) comprises a support plate (222) and a light guide (221) arranged on the support plate (222), the light strip (21) being located at an end of the light guide (221) facing away from the light-transmitting strip region (1 b); the light guide bar (221) includes a light incident section (2211) and a light emitting section (2212), the light incident section (2211) protrudes out of one side of the support plate (222) facing the light strip (21), the light emitting section (2212) protrudes out of one side of the support plate (222) facing the light transmitting strip (1 b), and the light guide (22) is directly or indirectly mounted on the reinforcing plate (3) through the support plate (222).
7. The front door assembly of claim 6, characterized in that the light guide (22) is a one-piece structure, and the light-passing area of the light-entering section (2211) is gradually increased along the light path propagation direction of the light guide (22).
8. The front door assembly according to claim 6, characterized in that said light strip means (2) comprises an adapter (24), said support plate (222) and said light strip (21) are both arranged on said adapter (24), said light strip means (2) is detachably connected to said reinforcement plate (3) through said adapter (24).

The front door assembly of claim 8, characterized in that the bracket plate (222) is located between the adapter seat (24) and the front door (1), the adapter seat (24) is provided with a plug groove (241 a), two opposite sides of the plug groove (241 a) are open, the light-entering section (2211) is inserted into the plug groove (241 a) from an opening of one side of the plug groove (241 a), and the light strip (21) covers the opening of the other side of the plug groove (241 a).
10. The front door assembly according to claim 9, characterized in that the adapter (24) comprises a box body portion (241), a side of the box body portion (241) facing away from the front door (1) is open, the light strip (21) is disposed in the box body portion (241), and a side wall of the box body portion (241) on a side close to the light-transmitting strip portion (1 b) is formed with the insertion groove (241 a).
11. The front door assembly of claim 10, characterized in that the peripheral edge of the support plate (222) is formed with a plurality of first resilient tabs (2221) extending to a side facing away from the front door (1); one of the peripheral surface of the box body part (241) and the first elastic sheet (2221) is provided with a first hook part (2411), the other one of the peripheral surface of the box body part and the first elastic sheet is provided with a first clamping groove (222 a), and the first hook part (2411) is in clamping fit with the first clamping groove (222 a).
12. The front door assembly according to claim 11, wherein the adapter (24) comprises a rib (242) protruding from a peripheral surface of the case portion (241), the rib (242) is provided with a through hole (242 a), and the first resilient tab (2221) is inserted into the through hole (242 a).
13. The front door assembly according to claim 10, wherein the adapter (24) comprises a plurality of second resilient tabs (243), the plurality of second resilient tabs (243) being arranged along a peripheral side of the case portion (241); the light strip device is characterized in that a blanking notch (3 a) is formed in a partial area of the reinforcing plate (3) through blanking and a plurality of third elastic sheets (32) protruding towards one side of the front sealing door (1) are arranged along the edge of the blanking notch (3 a) in a spaced mode and define a mounting area (3 b) together, the light strip device (2) can be arranged in the mounting area (3 b) from one side, deviating from the front sealing door (1), of the reinforcing plate (3), and the second elastic sheets (243) are buckled with the third elastic sheets (32).
14. A laundry treating apparatus, comprising:
a case assembly, a front side of which is open;
the front cover door assembly of any one of claims 1 to 13, wherein the front cover door (1) is disposed at an opening of the box assembly, and the box assembly and the front cover door (1) together define an installation space;
a cylinder unit provided in the installation space;
the door body is arranged at the clothes taking and placing opening (1 a) of the front sealing door (1).
