The PVC paste resin has the particle size of 1-5 mu m, low viscosity and good storage performance.
The DPHP environment-friendly plasticizer is basically colorless, transparent liquid, high in stability and soluble in most organic solvents, has good compatibility with pvc paste resin, has the plasticizing efficiency equivalent to that of DINP, has smaller specific gravity than DINP, and is superior to DIDP. The electrical insulation performance is the same as DIDP, but the volatility is smaller, the temperature can be higher, the safety is highest, the volatility in soft ethylene is lower, and the electrical insulation material can be applied to automobiles, wires and cables. Acid value is below 0.05mgKOH/g, refractive index (25 ℃) is 1.484+0.005; the water content is less than 0.05wt%, and the heating loss is less than 0.10 wt%.
Compared with the prior art, the invention has the following beneficial effects:
(1) The environment-friendly adhesive is prepared from PVC paste resin, an environment-friendly plasticizer, a viscosity reducer and a stabilizer, is environment-friendly, nontoxic and odorless, high in adhesive strength and good in stability, and can reduce the production cost by 40% compared with the common adhesive in the market;
(2) The environment-friendly adhesive obtained by the invention has good heat resistance, and can resist heat of 200-220 ℃;
(3) The environment-friendly adhesive disclosed by the invention is long in service life, and the adhesion is basically unchanged after the environment-friendly adhesive is sealed and placed for 6 months at normal temperature through test verification.

60kg of PVC paste resin, 28kg of DPHP environment-friendly plasticizer, 4kg of viscosity reducer and 1kg of pigment.
The environment-friendly adhesive obtained by the comparative example has poor heat resistance, and can resist heat of 150-160 ℃. The environment-friendly adhesive obtained in the embodiment 4 has good heat resistance, and can resist heat of 200-220 ℃.
