It is understood that the insulating layer 160 may be a layer of insulating cotton or a layer of fire cloth, and it is noted that a water pump 190 is used to pump water to the spray head 180.
The use method of the floating disc type storage tank is applied to the floating disc type storage tank and comprises the following steps of:
starting the floating disc, continuously adding materials into the lower cavity of the floating disc 200 in the tank body 100, enabling the floating disc 200 to slide upwards under the buoyancy action of the materials, enabling the sealing ring 300 on the peripheral wall of the floating disc 200 to roll in the annular mounting groove 210 while keeping contact with the annular convex strip 110 on the inner wall of the tank body 100, discharging gas in the upper cavity of the floating disc 200 in the tank body 100 to the gas filtering device 500 through the exhaust pipe 120 in the process of upwards moving the floating disc 200, and discharging the gas downwards from the gas outlet pipe 511 of the gas filtering device 500 after the gas filtering device 500 filters the discharged gas;
when the cooling system is started and a certain material is injected into the lower cavity of the floating disc 200, the floating disc 200 stops moving upwards, at the moment, the screw rod 720 on the floating disc 200 is just inserted into the screw hole 151a of the hand wheel 151 of the valve 150 at the top of the tank body 100, the material is continuously added, the floating disc 200 rises, the hand wheel 151 is driven to rotate by the screw rod 720, and therefore a pipeline of the cooling coil pipe 140 is connected, and the cooling system 600 runs normally;
the temperature monitoring device comprises a tank body 100, wherein a support 800 is sleeved on the tank body 100, the support 800 is provided with a temperature sensor 820 and a plurality of spray heads 180, the spray heads 180 are annularly distributed on the support 800, the spray heads 180 are communicated with a water pump 190, the temperature sensor 820 is electrically connected with the water pump 190, when the temperature sensor 820 monitors a preset temperature, the water pump 190 can pump water to the spray heads 180, and the spray heads 180 spray out an annular water curtain so as to isolate adjacent other storage tanks;
the storage tank is deactivated, when the material in the storage tank is to be extracted, the cooling system 600 is turned off first, and when the liquid level in the tank body 100 is lowered, the screw rod 720 drives the hand wheel 151 to close the valve 150, so that the circulation of the cooling system 600 is stopped, and the air filtering insert 520 in the air filtering device 500 is replaced in time.
The floating disc 200 is provided with the ball 213, the ball 213 is connected with the sealing ring 300, the sealing ring 300 can roll in the accommodating cavity 211, namely, in the process of ascending or descending the floating disc 200, the sealing ring 300 can roll in the accommodating cavity 211, so that the part of the sealing ring 300 protruding out of the opening 212 can roll on the inner peripheral wall of the tank body 100, sliding friction is reduced, abrasion of the sealing ring 300 is reduced, the service life is prolonged, and the ascending and descending smoothness of the floating disc 200 and the sealing property of the floating disc 200 can be ensured; in addition, because the sealing ring 300 can roll, when the sealing ring 300 rolls, the sealing ring 300 can be stuck with oil on the inner wall of the tank body 100, and the function of automatically lubricating the balls 213 is achieved; the annular raised strips 110 are contacted with the part of the sealing ring 300 protruding out of the opening 212, and the sealing ring 300 can be matched with the annular raised strips 110 to realize multi-stage sealing; the pressure release valve 400 can avoid the high pressure of the space accumulation of volatile gaseous substances below the floating disc 200, and can remove the high pressure caused by partial volatile gaseous substances, so that the safe use of the tank body 100 is ensured, and in addition, the storage tank is provided with a temperature monitoring and cooling system, so that the safe storage process of the storage tank can be ensured, the storage tank can be monitored in real time, and early warning and danger avoidance are facilitated.

Claims (10)

1. A floating disc storage tank, comprising:
the tank body is provided with annular raised strips on the inner wall, the annular raised strips are arranged in a plurality, the annular raised strips are arranged around the circumference of the tank body, and the annular raised strips are uniformly distributed along the axial direction of the tank body;
the floating disc is arranged in the tank body in a vertically slidable manner, a plurality of annular mounting grooves are formed in the peripheral wall of the floating disc, the annular mounting grooves are vertically distributed, the annular mounting grooves are circumferentially arranged around the floating disc, each annular mounting groove comprises a containing cavity and an opening, the openings are communicated with the containing cavity, and balls are arranged at the upper end and the lower end of the containing cavity;
the sealing ring is arranged in the accommodating cavity, the sealing ring protrudes out of the opening, the protruding part of the sealing ring is used for contacting the annular convex strip on the inner wall of the tank body, the part of the sealing ring accommodated in the accommodating cavity is used for contacting the ball, and the sealing ring can roll in the accommodating cavity;
the relief valve is arranged on the floating disc, and the space at the upper part of the floating disc is communicated with the space at the lower part of the floating disc through the relief valve.
