One technical problem to be solved by the present disclosure is: how to improve the packaging efficiency.
In order to solve the above technical problem, an embodiment of the present disclosure provides a packaging machine, including:
the packaging device comprises a transmission device, a first packaging film and a second packaging film, wherein the transmission device comprises a first packaging film serving as a transmission belt, the first packaging film is transmitted from a first end to a second end along a first direction, a plurality of stacked to-be-packaged parts are placed on the first packaging film, and the first packaging film is a double-layer packaging film;
the discharging device comprises a first lifting plate and a first partition plate, and the first lifting plate is positioned below the first packaging film and can be lifted or lowered along the vertical direction; the first partition plate is at least arranged on one side of the first lifting plate along the second direction, can move along the second direction, the direction opposite to the second direction and the vertical direction, and is used for supporting the to-be-packaged piece when the first partition plate extends into the lower part of the to-be-packaged piece so as to partition the to-be-packaged piece below and above the first partition plate;
the wrapping device is arranged between the first end and the second end and comprises a discharging roller and a first pressing piece, one end of a second packaging film is wound on the discharging roller, and the other end of the second packaging film covers the first packaging film; the first pressing piece is arranged above and/or below the first packaging film and positioned on two sides of the to-be-packaged piece along the second direction, so that the to-be-packaged piece is pressed and packaged by the second packaging film and the upper layer film layer of the first packaging film, which are coated on the two sides of the to-be-packaged piece along the second direction;
the sealing device is arranged on one side, close to the second end, of the wrapping device and comprises a second pressing piece and a cutting piece, the second pressing piece is arranged close to the wrapping device relative to the cutting piece, the second pressing piece and the cutting piece are arranged along a second direction, the second pressing piece is used for pressing and packaging the second packaging film to be wrapped by the packaging piece and the upper film layer of the first packaging film along two sides of the first direction, and cutting the second packaging film and the upper film layer of the first packaging film on the outer sides of two packaging positions of the packaged piece to be wrapped along the first direction to form a packaging piece;
the second direction is perpendicular to the first direction.

Meanwhile, the first to-be-packaged piece and the second packaging film continue to move towards the second end under the driving of the first packaging film until the to-be-packaged piece and the second packaging film move to the sealing device, the second pressing piece of the sealing device is arranged along the second direction, so that the first to-be-packaged piece and the second packaging film on two sides of the outer edge of the first direction are pressed and packaged sequentially, the periphery of the first to-be-packaged piece is packaged to form a packaged piece, the first side, facing the second end, of the second pressing piece is further provided with a cutting piece, when the packaged piece reaches the cutting piece, the cutting piece moves downwards, the two sides, along the first direction, of the packaged piece are cut respectively, and therefore the full-automatic packaging of the to-be-packaged piece is achieved. In the cutting process, only the upper film layers of the second packaging film and the first packaging film are cut, and the lower film layer of the first packaging film is not cut, so that the transmission of a to-be-packaged piece cannot be influenced. The packaging process of the second to-be-packaged piece is the same as that of the first to-be-packaged piece, and all to-be-packaged pieces are packaged sequentially through the process.
Therefore, the packaging machine provided by the application can realize full-automatic packaging of the packaging piece to be treated through the arrangement of the transmission device, the material feeding device coating device and the sealing device, improves the production efficiency and the automation degree, and reduces the labor and the cost.

the conveying device 11, the conveying device 11 includes a first packaging film 111 serving as a conveying belt, the first packaging film 111 is conveyed from a first end to a second end along a first direction, the first packaging film 111 is used for placing a plurality of stacked packages to be packaged, and the first packaging film 111 is a two-layer packaging film;
the discharging device 12, the discharging device 12 includes a first lifting plate 121 and a first partition plate 122, the first lifting plate 121 is located below the first packaging film 111, and can be lifted or lowered in the vertical direction; the first partition plate 122 is at least arranged on one side of the first lifting plate 121 along the second direction, and is movable along the second direction, a direction opposite to the second direction, and a vertical direction, and is used for supporting the to-be-packaged parts when the first partition plate 122 extends into the lower part of the to-be-packaged parts, so as to partition the to-be-packaged parts below and above the first partition plate 122;
the wrapping device 13, the wrapping device 13 is arranged between the first end and the second end, the wrapping device 13 includes a discharging roller 131 and a first pressing member 132, one end of the second packaging film is wound on the discharging roller 131, and the other end of the second packaging film covers the first packaging film 111; the first compressing member 132 is disposed above and/or below the first encapsulation film 111 and located at two sides of the to-be-packaged component along the second direction, so as to compress and package the second encapsulation film coated on the two sides of the to-be-packaged component along the second direction and the upper layer film layer of the first encapsulation film 111;
the sealing device 14 is arranged on one side of the wrapping device 13 close to the second end, the sealing device 14 comprises a second pressing piece 141 and a cutting piece 142, the second pressing piece 141 is arranged close to the wrapping device 13 relative to the cutting piece 142, the second pressing piece 141 and the cutting piece 142 are arranged along the second direction, the second pressing piece 141 is used for pressing and packaging the two sides of the upper film layers of the first packaging film 111 and the second packaging film to be packaged along the first direction, and cutting the upper film layers of the first packaging film 111 and the second packaging film outside the two packaged parts of the packaged part to be packaged along the first direction to form a packaged part;

The packaging process of the second to-be-packaged piece is the same as that of the first to-be-packaged piece, and all to-be-packaged pieces are packaged sequentially through the process.
Therefore, the packaging machine 1 provided by the application can realize full-automatic packaging of the to-be-packaged parts through the arrangement of the conveying device 11, the feeding device 12, the coating device 13 and the sealing device 14, improves the production efficiency and the automation degree, and reduces the labor and the cost.
In this embodiment, further comprising:
the flattening device 15 is arranged between the wrapping device 13 and the sealing device 14, the flattening device 15 includes a first pressing part 151, a second pressing part 152, and a first driving part 153, the first pressing part 151 and the second pressing part 152 are both arranged along the second direction, the first pressing part 151 is arranged below the first packaging film 111 and has no gap with the first packaging film 111, the second pressing part 152 is arranged above the package to be packaged covered with the second packaging film, the second pressing part 152 is connected with the first driving part 153, so that the second pressing part 152 is driven by the first driving part 153 to ascend or descend along the vertical direction, and the package to be packaged coated with the second packaging film and the first packaging film 111 is pressed by the first pressing part 151 and the second pressing part 152.

In this embodiment, the material taking device 17 is disposed on a side of the trimming device 16 close to the second end, the material taking device 17 includes a second lifting plate 171, a vacuum nozzle, a second partition plate 172, a third driving member, a fourth driving member 175 and a fifth driving member 176, the second lifting plate 171 is disposed below the first packaging film 111, the third driving member is connected to the second lifting plate 171 to drive the second lifting plate 171 to ascend or descend in the vertical direction, the vacuum nozzle is disposed on a side of the second lifting plate 171 facing the first packaging film 111 for sucking a lower layer of the first packaging film 111, the second partition plate 172 is disposed at least on a side of the second lifting plate 171 in the second direction, the second partition plate 172 is connected to the fourth driving member 175 to ascend or descend in the vertical direction under the action of the fourth driving member 175, and the fifth driving member 176 is connected to the fourth driving member 175 and the second partition plate 172 to drive the fourth driving member 175 and the second partition plate 172 to move in the direction opposite to the second direction.
