Referring now to fig. 11-12, in a fourth embodiment of the present invention, the difference from the third embodiment described above is only: the second cushion 140 is disposed in a slightly different manner. The first buffer 130 may be disposed in any manner described above.
In this embodiment, the child safety seat 100 further includes a small cushion 160, the small cushion 160 is mounted on the cushion 150, and the small cushion 160 is located below the headrest 120 in the height direction of the child safety seat 100. Specifically, the small cushion 160 has a hip support part 161, a back support part 162, and two shoulder support parts 163, the back support part 162 is provided above the hip support part 161, and both are preferably an integral structure, but not limited thereto, and the two shoulder support parts 163 are symmetrically provided at both sides of the back support part 162. When the small cushion 160 is installed, the hip support part 161 is located above the seat part 111, the back support part 162 is attached to the back rest part 112 and located below the headrest 120, and the two shoulder support parts 163 are respectively attached to the inner side walls of the two seat side wings 113, and the shoulder support parts 163 are used for supporting and restraining the shoulders of the infant, as shown in fig. 11.
In the present embodiment, the second cushion member 140 is incorporated in the shoulder supporting portion 163, and the second cushion member 140 may be sewn directly in the shoulder supporting portion 163, or the shoulder supporting portion 163 may be provided with an opening so that the second cushion member 14 is detachable. The shape of the second cushion member 140 is flexible according to the shape of the shoulder supporting portion 163, and may be installed in the shoulder supporting portion 163.
It is to be understood that, in the present embodiment, the second cushion 140 may be provided on both sides of the seat cushion 150 or/and the inner side wall of the seat body 110, that is, the second cushion 140 may be provided on at least one of the shoulder supporting portion 163 of the small seat cushion 160, both sides of the seat cushion 150, and the inner side wall of the seat body 110, in addition to the shoulder supporting portion 163 of the small seat cushion 160.
Referring again to fig. 5 to 12, in the second to fourth embodiments of the present invention, the specific shapes and sizes of the first and second buffering members 130 and 140 are flexibly and adaptively changed according to the installation positions thereof.
Referring to fig. 14, in order to better adapt the height of the second cushion member 140 to the shoulder of the infant, the distance L from the upper edge of the second cushion member 140 to the seat 111 may be between 200mm and 400 mm. The second cushion member 140 may protrude from the inner surface of the seat body 110, such that the shoulder of the infant contacts the second cushion member 140 before contacting the seat body 110, thereby ensuring the second cushion member 140 to perform a buffering function.
In summary, in the child safety seat 100 of the present invention, the first cushion member 130 is only disposed along the inner side wall of the headrest 120, and the other positions of the seat body 110 are not provided with any cushion structure, so that on the premise that most of the cushion structure is omitted compared with the existing manner, the child safety seat can still protect the infant well, and the weight of the whole cushion structure is reduced, so as to reduce the weight of the child safety seat 100 and reduce the manufacturing cost of the child safety seat 100; moreover, the first cushion member 130 is composed of the first cushion layer 131 and the second cushion layer 132 with different hardness, so that the child safety seat 100 has better comfort on the premise of ensuring better cushion performance, and meanwhile, the structure is simple, the production and the manufacture are easier, and the cost of the child safety seat 100 and the cushion structure thereof is further saved.
Referring now to fig. 15, in a fifth embodiment of the present invention, the difference from the above second embodiment is that: the headrest 120 does not have the first cushion 130 therein.
In this embodiment, the child safety seat 100 may have a headrest 120. The headrest 120 may be solid filled.
Referring to fig. 15 and 6, the child safety seat 100 is further provided with a second bumper 140. The child safety seat 100 further includes a cushion 150, the cushion 150 is sleeved outside the seat body 110, the second cushion 140 is also internally disposed in the cushion 150 and attached to the inner side wall of the seat side wing 113, and the second cushion 140 can be enclosed in the cushion 150 or detachably disposed in the cushion 150. The second cushion 140 can also be disposed in a pocket on the inner side of the seat cushion 150, which is the side of the seat cushion 150 facing the seat side wings 113. The pocket accommodating the second cushion 140 may be provided to be openable so that the second cushion 140 can be taken out of the pocket. Alternatively, the pocket that houses the second dampener 140 can be configured to be sealed such that the second dampener 140 cannot be removed from the pocket.
Referring to fig. 6, the second cushion member 140 may be disposed to be attached to an inner sidewall of the seat side wings 113, and the second cushion member 140 is fixed in a region between the headrest 120 and the seat 111 in the height direction of the seat body 110, for protecting shoulders of an infant seated in the child safety seat 100. Pockets 151 (see fig. 10) may be attached to the seat side wings by hook and loop fasteners. More specifically, the second cushion member 140 may be adhered or otherwise fixed to the inner side wall of the seat side wing 113, and the size and shape of the second cushion member 140 may be flexibly set according to the requirement, which is not limited herein.
Referring to fig. 8, in the present embodiment, since the second cushion member 140 is disposed corresponding to the shoulder position of the infant, the second cushion member 140 may be disposed only on the first cushion layer 141, and the first cushion layer 141 has a certain hardness and a certain thickness, and the shape thereof is not particularly limited herein. The material and the molding manner of the first buffer layer 141 can be the same as those of the first buffer layer 131 of the first buffer 130 in the first embodiment, and therefore, the description thereof will not be repeated.
Furthermore, the second buffer 140 may further include a second buffer layer 142, and the hardness of the second buffer layer 142 is less than that of the first buffer layer 141, but the thickness of the second buffer layer 142 is slightly greater than that of the first buffer layer 141, and the second buffer layer 142 is fixed on a lateral surface of the first buffer layer 141. When installed, the second cushion layer 142 is adjacent to the inner side walls of the seat side wings 113, so that the first cushion layer 141 is close to the shoulder side of the infant. The material and the molding manner of the second buffer layer 142 are also the same as those of the second buffer layer 132 in the first buffer 130, and therefore, the description thereof is not repeated.
Referring to fig. 13, it is more preferable that a third buffer layer 143 is further disposed on the second buffer 140, the hardness of the third buffer layer 143 is less than that of the first buffer layer 141, and the third buffer layer 143 is fixed to a surface of the first buffer layer 141 away from the second buffer layer 142, so that the first buffer layer 141 is sandwiched between the second buffer layer 142 and the third buffer layer 143. After the infant seat is installed, the third buffer layer 143 is close to the shoulders of the infant, and the third buffer layer 143 can enable the infant to have better comfort when the infant sits. The material and molding method of the third buffer layer 143 are also the same as those of the third buffer layer 133 of the first buffer material 130, and thus, a description thereof will not be repeated.
The second dampener 140 can be square, rectangular, circular, oval, irregular, and the like. The contact area of the second cushion member 140 with the shoulder of the child may be 4000mm 2 -20000mm 2 In between. The second buffer 140 may be between 10mm-40mm thick. The second cushion 140 may be made of foaming material such as EPS, EPO, EPP, etc.
Referring now to fig. 16 and 10, in a sixth embodiment of the present invention, the difference from the third embodiment described above is only: the headrest 120 does not have the first cushion 130 therein.
In the present embodiment, the second cushion 140 is embedded in the seat cushion 150 and attached to the inner side wall of the seat side wings 113, but the second cushion 140 is still located between the headrest 120 and the seat portion 111 in the height direction of the child safety seat 100, that is, the position of the second cushion 140 still corresponds to the shoulder position of the infant.
With continued reference to fig. 16 and 10, in the present embodiment, the opposite sides of the seat cushion 150 in the width direction may be respectively provided with pockets 151, the pockets 151 respectively correspond to the inner side walls of the seat side wings 113, while in the height direction of the seat cushion 150, the pockets 151 are respectively located between the headrest 120 and the seat portion 111, the pockets 151 are shaped according to the shape and size of the second cushion member 140, and each pocket 151 preferably has an opening 1511 through which the second cushion member 140 is inserted into or removed from the pocket 151. The opening 1511 may be provided on the front or lower side of the pocket 151. In this embodiment, the second cushion 140 is a detachable structure to facilitate the detachment and cleaning of the seat cushion 150. Of course, the buffering function of the present invention can also be achieved by placing the second buffering member 140 in the pocket 151 and completely closing the pocket 151. The pocket 151 may or may not be removably connected to the seat cushion 150. The pocket 151 may be removably attached to the seat cushion 150, for example, in the manner of a hook and loop fastener.
Referring now to fig. 17 and 12, in a seventh embodiment of the present invention, the difference from the fourth embodiment described above is only: the headrest 120 does not have the first cushion 130 therein.
In this embodiment, the child safety seat 100 further includes a small cushion 160, the small cushion 160 is mounted on the cushion 150, and the small cushion 160 is located below the headrest 120 in the height direction of the child safety seat 100. Specifically, the small cushion 160 has a hip support part 161, a back support part 162, and two shoulder support parts 163, the back support part 162 is provided above the hip support part 161, and both are preferably an integral structure, but not limited thereto, and the two shoulder support parts 163 are symmetrically provided at both sides of the back support part 162. When the small seat cushion 160 is installed, the buttocks support portion 161 is located above the seat portion 111, the back support portion 162 is attached to the backrest portion 112 and located below the headrest 120, and the two shoulder support portions 163 are respectively attached to the inner side walls of the two seat side wings 113, and the shoulder support portions 163 are used for supporting and restraining the shoulders of the infant, as shown in fig. 17.
In the present embodiment, the second cushion member 140 is incorporated in the shoulder supporting portion 163, and the second cushion member 140 may be sewn directly in the shoulder supporting portion 163, or the shoulder supporting portion 163 may be provided with an opening so that the second cushion member 14 is detachable. The shape of the second cushion member 140 is flexible according to the shape of the shoulder supporting portion 163, and may be installed in the shoulder supporting portion 163.
It is to be understood that, in the present embodiment, the second cushion 140 may be provided on both sides of the seat cushion 150 and/or on the inner side wall of the seat body 110, that is, the second cushion 140 may be provided on at least one of the shoulder supporting portion 163 of the small seat cushion 160, both sides of the seat cushion 150, and the inner side wall of the seat body 110, in addition to the shoulder supporting portion 163 of the small seat cushion 160.
Referring again to fig. 15 to 17, in the fifth to seventh embodiments of the present invention, the specific shape and size of the second cushion member 140 are flexibly adapted according to the installation position thereof. Referring to fig. 14, in order to make the height of the second cushion member 140 better fit to the shoulder of the infant, the distance L from the upper edge of the second cushion member 140 to the seat 111 may be between 200mm and 400 mm. The second cushion member 140 may protrude from the inner surface of the seat body 110, such that the shoulder of the infant contacts the second cushion member 140 before contacting the seat body 110, thereby ensuring the second cushion member 140 to perform a buffering function.
In summary, in the child safety seat 100 according to the fifth to seventh embodiments of the present invention, the cushioning structure is only disposed on the shoulders, and the cushioning structure is not disposed at other positions of the seat body 110, so that on the premise that most of the cushioning structure is omitted compared with the existing manner, the child safety seat can still protect the infant well, and the weight of the whole cushioning structure is reduced, so as to reduce the weight of the child safety seat 100 and the manufacturing cost of the child safety seat 100; moreover, the second cushion member 140 is composed of the first cushion layer 141 and the second cushion layer 142 with different hardness, so that the child safety seat 100 has better comfort on the premise of ensuring better cushion performance, and is simple in structure and easier to produce and manufacture, thereby further saving the cost of the child safety seat 100 and the cushion structure thereof.
The construction of the remainder of the child safety seat 100 to which the present invention relates is conventional in that it is well known to those of ordinary skill in the art and will not be described in detail herein.

Claims (31)

12. The child safety seat according to claim 1 or 11, wherein the first cushioning layer is integrally formed of a foamed material, and the thickness of the first cushioning layer is 5mm to 25mm.
13. The child safety seat according to claim 1 or 11, wherein the first cushion layer is integrally formed by any one of expanded polyethylene, expanded polypropylene, expanded polystyrene, expanded polyethylene, and polystyrene composite.

The child safety seat according to claim 11, wherein the second cushioning member further comprises at least one layer of the second cushioning layer, the second cushioning layer being secured to a side of the first cushioning layer adjacent to the inner side wall of the seat side flap, the first cushioning layer being positioned away from the inner side wall of the seat side flap.

The child safety seat according to claim 1 or 14, wherein each of the first cushioning member and the second cushioning member further comprises at least one third cushioning layer, the third cushioning layer having a hardness less than the hardness of the first cushioning layer, the third cushioning layer being secured to a side of the first cushioning layer remote from the second cushioning layer.
16. The child safety seat according to claim 15, wherein the second cushioning layer and the third cushioning layer are foam layers, and the second cushioning layer has a thickness of 10mm to 40mm.

26. The child safety seat according to claim 24, wherein the first cushion layer is integrally formed by any one of expanded polyethylene, expanded polypropylene, expanded polystyrene, expanded polyethylene, and polystyrene composite.

The child safety seat according to claim 24, wherein the second cushioning member further comprises at least one second cushioning layer secured to a side of the first cushioning layer adjacent the inner side walls of the seat side wings, the first cushioning layer being positioned away from the inner side walls of the seat side wings.
28. The child safety seat according to claim 27, wherein the second cushioning members each further comprise at least one third cushioning layer having a hardness less than the hardness of the first cushioning layer, the third cushioning layer being secured to a side of the first cushioning layer remote from the second cushioning layer.
29. The child safety seat according to claim 28, wherein the second cushioning layer and the third cushioning layer are each a foam layer, and the second cushioning layer has a thickness of 10mm to 40mm.
30. The child safety seat according to claim 18, wherein the distance from the upper side of the second cushion member to the seat portion is 200mm to 400mm, and the area of the side surface of the second cushion member contacting the infant is 4000mm 2 -20000mm 2
