The translation type scraping is adopted, the mechanism is complex and large, and the scraping strip directly contacts the surface of the sensor, so that the surface of the sensor is abraded during scraping. The one or more sensors 101 of the present invention may be cylindrical lidar or any type of sensor of any shape, such as a spherical camera.
Because the blade 102 is stationary, it can be positioned in a dead zone or minimally-affected area of the sensor to avoid interfering with the operation of the sensor. The position selection is more preferable than the cleaning mode in which the blade 102 is moved.
The cleaning device can remove various pollutants attached to the light-transmitting outer casing 105 of the rotating body, such as rain, snow, dust, dirt, insect corpses and the like.
Compared with the traditional sensor cleaning device, the sensor cleaning device has small volume and compact mechanism, the sensor cleaning device is cleaned by the rotation of the light-transmitting outer housing 105 of the rotating body, the scraping blade 102 is only contacted with the light-transmitting outer housing 105 of the rotating body and does not scratch the sensor, the cleaning effect is improved, the surface abrasion of the sensor is avoided, a layer of protection effect is added on the sensor because the housing is added outside, more importantly, the sensor cleaning device does not interfere with the work of the sensor or cause the fault of false identification, and the sensor cleaning device is suitable for the traditional application occasions, particularly for the important application occasions, particularly the intelligent application occasions, such as a vehicle driving auxiliary system or an unmanned system.

1. An optical sensor cleaning device comprising:
the device comprises a driving motor, a scraping blade, a bearing and one or more sensors, wherein the driving motor is connected with the outer ring of the bearing through a transmission mechanism;
the rotating body light-transmitting outer casing is connected to the outer ring of the bearing;
the rotating body light-transmitting outer cover is covered outside the one or more sensors;
the scraping blade is fixedly arranged outside the outer wall of the light-transmitting outer housing of the rotating body.

3. The optical sensor cleaning device according to claim 2, further comprising a gas injection device.

7. An optical sensor cleaning apparatus according to claim 6, wherein the base has a fixed structure, the one or more sensors being mounted on the fixed structure.
8. The optical sensor cleaning device according to claim 7, wherein the contact surface of the wiper blade is matched with the shape of the outer surface of the light-transmitting outer casing of the rotating body, and the wiper blade is fixed.

The optical sensor cleaning device according to claim 8, wherein the base has a housing for housing the base, the driving motor, the bearing, the transmission mechanism, the air injection device, and the liquid injection device therein, and holes are provided for the light-transmitting housing of the rotating body, the wiper, the air injection port of the air injection device, and the liquid injection port of the liquid injection device.
