A paint spraying device for an electric bicycle body comprises a box body, wherein a top cover is arranged at the upper end of the box body, and a base is arranged at the bottom of the box body; the bearing box is characterized in that a through hole is formed in the bottom of an inner cavity of the box body, and a bearing is mounted in the through hole; a hollow rotating shaft is arranged in the bearing, a vehicle frame fixing component is arranged in the hollow rotating shaft, and the two ends of the vehicle frame fixing component respectively extend out of the hollow rotating shaft; the bottom of the box body is fixedly provided with a U-shaped support frame, wherein the lower end of the vehicle frame fixing component is fixedly connected with the U-shaped support frame; the lower end of the hollow rotating shaft penetrates through the through hole and extends towards the bottom of the box body, and a driven bevel gear is arranged on the outer wall of the extending end of the hollow rotating shaft; a servo motor is fixedly arranged at the bottom of the box body, wherein a driving bevel gear is arranged at the output end of the servo motor and is meshed with the driven bevel gear; an arc-shaped paint spraying pipe is arranged in the inner cavity of the box body, the lower end of the arc-shaped paint spraying pipe is fixedly connected with the outer wall of the hollow rotating shaft, and a rotating assembly is arranged at the upper end of the arc-shaped paint spraying pipe; a paint inlet pipe is arranged in the center of the top cover, and a paint outlet end of the paint inlet pipe penetrates through the top cover and is communicated with the rotating assembly; the paint inlet pipe is communicated with the paint liquid storage tank, and a high-pressure infusion pump is arranged between the paint inlet pipe and the paint liquid storage tank.

The electric bicycle body painting apparatus of claim 1, wherein the swivel assembly comprises a hollow sleeve and a sealed bearing, wherein the sealed bearing is connected to the paint outlet end of the paint inlet pipe; the upper end of the hollow sleeve is rotatably connected with the sealing bearing, and the lower end of the hollow sleeve is communicated with the upper end of the arc paint spraying pipe; the arc spraying pipe inboard is equipped with a plurality of shower nozzles, and wherein the shower nozzle equidistance distributes at the arc spraying intraductal side.

The electric bicycle body painting device according to claim 1, wherein the bicycle frame fixing component comprises a fixing cylinder, a supporting platform, a connecting column, a sliding block and a hollow pipe, wherein the bottom end of the fixing cylinder is fixedly connected with a U-shaped supporting frame, and an accommodating cavity is formed in the fixing cylinder; a slide block is arranged in the accommodating cavity, a spring is arranged at the lower end of the slide block, and a plurality of connecting columns are arranged at the upper end of the slide block; the spliced pole upwards runs through fixed section of thick bamboo top and upwards extends, and wherein fixed section of thick bamboo upper end is equipped with a supporting bench, this supporting bench bottom and spliced pole top fixed connection.

The electric bicycle body painting apparatus of claim 3, wherein the hollow tube is disposed in the center of the support platform, the lower end of the hollow tube extends through the support platform and downwardly through the top of the fixed cylinder, and the lower end of the hollow tube is fixedly connected to the upper end of the slide block.

The electric bicycle body painting device according to claim 3, wherein rectangular through holes are symmetrically formed in the upper end of the hollow tube, and rubber plates are arranged at the rectangular through holes; and the top of the ejector rod is hinged with the rubber plate respectively.
6. The electric bicycle body painting apparatus according to claim 3, wherein a boss is provided at a bottom of an inner wall of the fixed cylinder, and wherein a top block is provided at a bottom of the top rod, the top block corresponding to the boss.
7. The electric bicycle body painting device of claim 1, wherein a box door is arranged at the front end of the box body, and the box door is hinged with the box body through a hinge; the rear end of the box body is provided with an observation window, wherein the inner side of the observation window is provided with a shielding curtain.
8. The electric bicycle body painting device according to claim 7, wherein the shielding curtain comprises a rotating shaft, a winding drum, shielding cloth and a drop block, wherein the winding drum is sleeved outside the rotating shaft; the upper end of the shielding cloth is connected with the winding drum, and the lower end of the shielding cloth is provided with a falling block; bearing seats are respectively arranged at two ends of the rotating shaft, and the rotating shaft is rotatably connected with the side wall of the box body through the bearing seats; one end of the rotating shaft is provided with an extension end which penetrates through the side wall of the box body, wherein a driven belt pulley is arranged on the extension end; and a driving belt pulley is arranged below the driven belt pulley, the driving belt pulley is in transmission connection with the driven belt pulley through a belt, and a rotating disc is arranged on the driving belt pulley.
9. The electric bicycle body painting method according to any one of claims 1 to 8, comprising the steps of:
step S10: removing burrs and polishing welding layers at each connecting part of the electric bicycle frame to make each part of the surface of the bicycle frame smooth;
step S20: immersing the vehicle frame into a diluent for dust removal, oil removal, scale removal, rust removal and passivation treatment;
step S30: washing and drying the vehicle frame, and then moving the dried vehicle frame into a paint spraying box body;
step S40: the frame of the bicycle is arranged on the frame fixing component, so that a pipe orifice on the frame of the bicycle is inserted into the top end of the hollow pipe and is abutted against the upper end of the supporting table, and the supporting table drives the connecting column extrusion sliding block to move downwards and extrude the spring under the action of the gravity of the frame of the bicycle;
step S50: the slide block slides downwards to drive the hollow tube and the ejector rod in the hollow tube to move downwards, and when the ejector block at the bottom of the ejector rod is contacted with the lug boss at the bottom of the inner wall of the fixed cylinder, the ejector rod moves upwards, so that the two rubber plates are propped open towards two sides by the ejector rod to fix the vehicle frame;
step S60: starting a servo motor, driving the hollow rotating shaft to rotate through the servo motor, and further driving the arc-shaped paint spraying pipe to perform circular motion around the vehicle frame through the hollow rotating shaft;
step S70: opening a high-pressure infusion pump on the paint inlet pipe, pumping the paint in the liquid storage tank into the arc-shaped paint spraying pipe, then carrying out all-dimensional uniform paint spraying on the vehicle frame through a plurality of spray heads which are distributed on the arc-shaped paint spraying pipe at equal intervals, and placing the vehicle frame for 24 hours after the paint spraying is finished so as to naturally dry the surface of the vehicle frame;
step S80: opening the shielding curtain, observing whether the surface of the vehicle frame has flash bumps through the observation window, and removing the flash on the surface of the vehicle frame by using a laser beam, wherein the flash can be quickly volatilized by the laser beam without damaging other normal coatings; and finally, taking the vehicle frame out of the paint spraying box body.
