The wiring steps of the pole-mounted circuit breaker and the cable are as follows through the pole-mounted circuit breaker wiring auxiliary device:
the first step is to lock the base plate 11 to the cross arm on which the circuit breaker is mounted by a magnet or a connector on the base plate;
secondly, the angle of the wiring support plate 2 is adjusted according to the angle of the binding post on the circuit breaker, then the angle of the wiring support plate 2 is locked through bolts arranged on a hinge on the pushing plate 12, the lifting rod 39 is moved up and down according to the height of the binding post on the circuit breaker, the height of the internal pressure alignment plate 36 can be adjusted, the clamping grooves 361 on the upper side and the lower side of the internal pressure alignment plate 36 correspond to the height of the binding post of the circuit breaker, the anti-slip pad on the U-shaped binding plate 392 can be pushed to abut against the side face of the supporting plate 38 through screwing the adjusting stud 393, the position of the lifting rod 39 is locked, and then the position of the positioning support column 32 is adjusted according to the spacing of the binding post on the circuit breaker, so that the position of the positioning part 3 corresponds to the position of the binding post on the circuit breaker one by one;
thirdly, placing the binding posts of the cables between the internal pressure counterpoint plates 36, clamping the binding posts of the cables with different widths with certain force by the internal pressure counterpoint plates 36 under the action of the internal pressure elastic columns 35, locking the left and right positions of the upper positioning pieces 37 by taking bolt holes on the binding posts of the cables as references, then opening the movable clamping jaw 49, placing the cables in an arc-shaped structure of the fixed clamping jaw 48, and closing the movable clamping jaw 49 to enable the cables to be positioned in clamping cavities of the fixed clamping jaw 48 and the movable clamping jaw 49, wherein the cables are pre-locked at the moment and do not hinder drawing of the cables;
fourthly, by pulling the clamping frame 14 upwards and pushing the pushing plate 12, the positioning piece 37 at the lower side is locked in the bolt hole corresponding to the position of the binding post of the circuit breaker, and then the movable clamping jaw 49 is forced to downwards press, so that the position of the cable is locked;
fifth, the wiring terminal of the circuit breaker is locked with the wiring terminal of the cable through the connecting piece, after the wiring of the circuit breaker is completed, the limiting clamping rod 413 is pulled outwards and the movable clamping jaw 49 is turned over, so that the cable can be unlocked, then one end of the pushing clamping block 55, which is located in the inner pressure supporting plate 34, is pressed down and pushes the locking plate 51, the gear 52 drives the positioning rotating shaft 371 to rotate through movement of the locking plate 51, meanwhile, the pushing block 54 lifts the upper end of the positioning rotating shaft 371 upwards through the sleeving plate 53, the positioning conical block 374 moves to the position above the inner pressure aligning plate 36, the inner pressure aligning plate 36 does not block the positioning conical block 374, when the positioning rotating plate 372 rotates to be parallel to the position of the inner pressure supporting plate 34, one end of the pushing clamping block 55, which is located in the inner pressure supporting plate 34, is clamped in the locking groove of the inner pressure supporting plate 34, so that the position of the positioning rotating plate 372 is locked, and finally the circuit breaker is moved out of the cross arm.

the positioning component (3) comprises positioning brackets (31) arranged on the upper side surfaces of the wiring support plates (2), positioning support columns (32) are uniformly and slidably arranged on the positioning brackets (31), the tops of the positioning support columns (32) are connected with U-shaped connecting frames (33), inner pressure support plates (34) are respectively arranged on the vertical sections of the U-shaped connecting frames (33), inner pressure counterpoint plates (36) are respectively arranged on the opposite side surfaces of the two inner pressure support plates (34) on the U-shaped connecting frames (33) through inner pressure elastic columns (35), positioning pieces (37) are respectively arranged at the upper end and the lower end of one inner pressure support plate (34), the two positioning pieces (37) clamp and position the binding posts of a circuit breaker and the binding posts of a cable, unlocking pieces (5) are arranged in one inner pressure support plate (34), and the unlocking pieces (5) are used for unlocking the positioning pieces (37);
the two ends of the positioning support (31) are vertically provided with support plates (38), the upper ends of the positioning support posts (32) are of telescopic structures, lifting rods (39) are connected between the telescopic ends of the positioning support posts (32), the two ends of each lifting rod (39) respectively penetrate through the support plates (38), the support plates (38) are provided with sliding grooves which are vertically matched with the lifting rods (39) in a sliding manner, and the two ends of each lifting rod (39) are provided with locking pieces for locking the height of each lifting rod (39);
the wire clamping component (4) comprises two wire clamping vertical plates (41) arranged on the wiring support plate (2), a wire clamping transverse plate (42) is connected between the two wire clamping vertical plates (41), clamping pieces (43) are uniformly arranged on the wire clamping transverse plate (42), and each clamping piece (43) is connected with the telescopic end of the corresponding positioning support column (32) in position through a synchronous connecting rod (44).
