The influence of products or parts on the environment is getting more and more attention, and currently, in order to make all average materials in the products meet the environmental protection requirements formulated by all parties, a set of mechanism for controlling the harmful substances in the environment must be established in enterprises. At present, a management and control mechanism for environmental harmful substances relies on manual identification and analysis of harmful substance components in products, detection of the products is carried out to obtain a third party detection report, and the detection report is manually compared with standards of regulations, destinations and enterprises in the literature according to the detection report, so that the harmful substance detection report is manually stored. However, the manual identification and analysis of harmful substance components of raw materials is large in workload, human resources are wasted, and error problems are easy to occur; after the reference and the standard are updated, the reference and the standard cannot be updated to the associated execution post in a unified and timely manner, and standard hysteresis risks exist; the homogeneous material of the same material is used for repeatedly providing detection reports when different projects are performed, and has low aging and high cost.
Specifically, the manufacturing enterprises often produce products of a plurality of client enterprises, and the product standards of the client enterprises are not identical, for example, in the product standards of an enterprise A, the standard of stainless steel is 304 stainless steel, and the standard of stainless steel of an enterprise B is 306 stainless steel; products often produced by manufacturers are often sold to a plurality of destinations, and the requirement standards of different destinations on harmful substances are different, for example, the upper limit concentration specified by the destination A is as follows for six harmful substances including lead, mercury, cadmium, hexavalent chromium, polybrominated diphenyl and polybrominated diphenyl ether: cadmium: less than 100ppm; lead: less than 1000ppm; less than 2500ppm in the steel alloy; less than 4000ppm in the aluminum alloy; less than 40000ppm in copper alloy; mercury: less than 1000ppm; hexavalent chromium: less than 1000ppm; the upper limit concentration specified by the destination B is as follows: cadmium: less than 80ppm; lead: less than 800ppm; less than 2500ppm in the steel alloy; less than 4000ppm in the aluminum alloy; less than 40000ppm in copper alloy; mercury: less than 1000ppm; hexavalent chromium: less than 1000ppm.
One product often contains multiple homogeneous materials, for example, a mobile phone often comprises thousands of homogeneous materials, including, for example, a plastic housing, a metal bezel, a display screen, keys, a camera, a speaker, a microphone, a battery, a shield, a printed circuit board assembly, etc.; the printed circuit board assembly further comprises a printed circuit board, tin-lead solder, a chip resistor, a chip capacitor, a chip inductor, a I C chip and other components.
The existing manual statistics mechanism in enterprises needs to investigate and analyze harmful substance components of each homogeneous material in a product, butt joint with suppliers of each harmful substance component, and obtain detection results and detection results of each average material; whether the product is decomposed to obtain homogeneous material components or each homogeneous material is subjected to investigation analysis and result sharing, the method is very complicated; more importantly, the detection results of the homogeneous materials cannot be uniformly managed, so that the homogeneous materials of the same material are provided repeatedly when used for different projects, and the detection report is low in timeliness and high in cost; moreover, the standards of different destinations and enterprises are not completely the same, and the standards are updated continuously, so that the condition that harmful substances of products are in line with the standards by mistake easily occurs, and serious economic loss is caused.
Based on the above, the embodiments of the present application provide a method, an apparatus, an electronic device, and a medium for digitally processing a harmful substance; according to the digital processing method, the homogeneous material components of the product are automatically decomposed according to the material properties in the material file information of the product, a harmful substance information table of the homogeneous material is generated, and then a first environment questionnaire of the homogeneous material is generated according to the harmful substance control standard of the destination and/or customer information of the product; automatically sending the first environmental questionnaire to a downstream provider, so that the provider fills in the detection result of each harmful substance in the first environmental questionnaire to obtain a second environmental questionnaire; auditing based on a second environment questionnaire, determining an environment harmful substance auditing result of the homogeneous material composition, and determining the supply qualification of the supplier based on the environment harmful substance auditing result; the method has the advantages that the method realizes automatic monitoring of harmful substances in the product, can automatically detect and update the harmful substances before the standard and the components of the harmful substances in the product are changed, avoids the unqualified risk of harmful substance management caused by untimely update of environmental protection information, improves the operation stability, enhances the approval and brand impression of customers, compares the harmful substance detection report data with the standard of a product destination or an enterprise by analyzing the harmful substance detection report data, and timely discovers unqualified information of the harmful substances to avoid illegal operation risks; meanwhile, in the aspect of economic benefit, through the harmful substance digital decomposition system, the number of project management, material management and harmful substance management personnel is reduced, the repeated detection problem is solved, and the material detection cost is reduced: the return risk caused by the substandard harmful substances is strictly controlled, and the potential risk benefits are controlled, so that the economic benefit is improved from multiple aspects.
Referring to fig. 1, fig. 1 is a flowchart illustrating a method for digitizing a harmful substance according to an embodiment of the present application; specifically, the digital treatment method of the harmful substances comprises the following steps S101-S105;
s101, acquiring material file information of a target product; the material archive information comprises product destination and/or customer information, material properties and supplier information;
s102, decomposing homogeneous material components of the target product according to material properties of the target product, and generating a harmful substance information table of at least part of the homogeneous material components according to pre-configured harmful substance information; the harmful substance information table comprises harmful substances corresponding to the components of the homogeneous materials;
s103, adding a target harmful substance control standard which is pre-configured and corresponds to the destination of the product and/or customer information to the harmful substance information table, and generating a first environment questionnaire of at least partial homogeneous material composition;
s104, according to the supplier information, sending the environment questionnaire of at least part of the homogeneous material components to suppliers of the homogeneous material components, so that the suppliers fill in detection results of each harmful substance in the first environment questionnaire to obtain a second environment questionnaire;
S105, determining an environment harmful substance auditing result of at least part of the homogeneous material composition based on a second environment questionnaire of at least part of the homogeneous material composition, so as to determine the supply qualification of the supplier based on the environment harmful substance auditing result.
In the embodiment of the present application, the method for digitally processing the harmful substance may operate in a terminal device or a server; the terminal device may be a local terminal device, and when the method for digitally processing the harmful substance is operated on a server, the method for digitally processing the harmful substance may be implemented and executed based on a cloud interaction system, where the cloud interaction system at least includes a server and a client device (i.e., a terminal device).
Specifically, taking the terminal device as an example, when the digital processing method of the harmful substances is operated on the terminal device, the digital processing method of the harmful substances is used for determining an environmental harmful substance auditing result of homogeneous material components of the product according to a series of digital processing of the material archive information record of the product, so as to determine the supply qualification of the supplier based on the environmental harmful substance auditing result.
Specifically, the digital treatment method of the harmful substances is applied to an environmental harmful substance decomposition and early warning system.
In the digital processing method of harmful substances, according to the material property in the material archive information of the product, the homogeneous material components of the product are automatically decomposed, a harmful substance information table of the homogeneous material is generated, and then a first environment questionnaire of the homogeneous material is generated according to the harmful substance control standard of the destination and/or customer information of the product; automatically sending the first environmental questionnaire to a downstream provider, so that the provider fills in the detection result of each harmful substance in the first environmental questionnaire to obtain a second environmental questionnaire; auditing based on a second environment questionnaire, determining an environment harmful substance auditing result of the homogeneous material composition, and determining the supply qualification of the supplier based on the environment harmful substance auditing result; the method has the advantages that the method realizes automatic monitoring of harmful substances in the product, can automatically detect and update the harmful substances before the standard and the components of the harmful substances in the product are changed, avoids the unqualified risk of harmful substance management caused by untimely update of environmental protection information, improves the operation stability, enhances the approval and brand impression of customers, compares the harmful substance detection report data with the standard of a product destination or an enterprise by analyzing the harmful substance detection report data, and timely discovers unqualified information of the harmful substances to avoid illegal operation risks; meanwhile, in the aspect of economic benefit, through the harmful substance digital decomposition system, the number of project management, material management and harmful substance management personnel is reduced, the repeated detection problem is solved, and the material detection cost is reduced: the return risk caused by the substandard harmful substances is strictly controlled, and the potential risk benefits are controlled, so that the economic benefit is improved from multiple aspects.
In the step S101, acquiring material archive information of a target product; the material profile information includes product destination and/or customer information, material properties, vendor information.
In some embodiments, the material archive information further includes information such as a material number, so as to facilitate material management of the product.
The material profile information of the product is determined based on material profiling. The SRM system of inside project personnel at the enterprise end establishes the material archives, and material archives information mainly includes: material number, product destination, business, material properties, suppliers, etc.
After the material file is established, the environmental harmful substance decomposition and early warning system acquires material file information of the product, a material authentication flow is triggered, the material authentication flow triggers an environmental harmful substance automatic decomposition module of the supplier management system, and the environmental harmful substance automatic decomposition system automatically decomposes a target product into homogeneous material components according to material properties and automatically generates a harmful substance component table according to the homogeneous material components; that is, in the step S102, the homogeneous material components of the target product are decomposed according to the material properties of the target product, and a harmful material information table of at least part of the homogeneous material components is generated according to the pre-configured harmful material information; the harmful substance information table includes harmful substances corresponding to the homogeneous material components.
Illustratively, the preconfigured harmful substance information is six harmful substances of lead, mercury, cadmium, hexavalent chromium, polybrominated diphenyl and polybrominated diphenyl ether; according to the pre-configured harmful substance information, generating a harmful substance information table of at least partial homogeneous material components, namely filling the homogeneous material components into a preset table, and correspondingly adding lead, mercury, cadmium, hexavalent chromium, polybrominated diphenyl and polybrominated diphenyl ether into the table to generate the harmful substance information table of the homogeneous material components.
Here, the harmful substance information table of at least a part of the homogeneous material components is generated, but not all, because in the vendor management system according to the embodiment of the present application, information such as the harmful substance information table, the first environment questionnaire, the second environment questionnaire, the environment harmful substance audit result, etc. for the homogeneous material components is already stored.
That is, in some embodiments, the homogeneous material components of the target product are decomposed according to the material properties of the target product, the domestic business audit result of each item of homogeneous material components is queried, and if qualified suppliers exist, where the homogeneous material components, the product destination, the enterprise, and the remaining effective period are all consistent, the suppliers are directly determined, without executing steps S103-S105 for the item of homogeneous material components.
Therefore, the digital treatment method for the harmful substances solves the problems of low timeliness and high cost of repeatedly providing detection reports when homogeneous materials of the same materials are used for different projects. For example, in the products A and B of company A in area A, the average value material of glass is needed, so that the product A is not required to be authenticated once, and the product B is required to be authenticated once. Meanwhile, the cost of repeated detection of materials is reduced, and economic benefits are brought. For example, the number of materials authenticated each year is 5000, wherein 20% of the materials have repeated detection problems, the detection cost of one material is 3000 yuan, and the detection cost is 1000×3000=30 ten thousand yuan.
The harmful substance information table is shown in the following table one:
list one
The above table is merely for explaining the content of the harmful substance information table, and does not represent the harmful substance information table of a certain product, nor that the table is a table in which the harmful substances such as coppers (Cu), iron (Fe), nickel (Ni), zinc (Zn), silver (Ag), and the like are harmful substances.
In practice, the harmful substance information table of each homogeneous material may be used alone as one table, or the harmful substance information tables of a plurality of homogeneous materials may be used alone as one table.
In said step S103, a pre-configured target harmful substance management standard corresponding to the product destination and/or customer information is added to said harmful substance information table, generating a first environment questionnaire of at least partially homogeneous material composition.
Specifically, referring to fig. 2, the adding of the pre-configured target harmful substance control criteria corresponding to the product destination and/or the customer information to the harmful substance information table generates a first environment questionnaire of at least partially homogeneous material composition, which includes the following steps S201-S202;
s201, determining a target harmful substance control standard from a pre-configured harmful substance standard information base according to product destination and/or customer information;
s202, adding the target harmful substance control standard into a harmful substance information table of at least partial homogeneous material components, and generating a first environment questionnaire of at least partial homogeneous material components.
The automatic decomposition system for the environmental harmful substances automatically matches and compares the harmful substance components of the harmful substance component table with the environmental control standard according to the standards of the destination of the product, the standards of the client and the production enterprises, and the like, and determines the harmful substance control standard of each harmful substance.
For example, the product destination is glass in a product of company a in region a, and the harmful substance control standard is: cadmium: less than 100ppm; lead: less than 1000ppm; less than 2500ppm in the steel alloy; less than 4000ppm in the aluminum alloy; less than 40000ppm in copper alloy; mercury: less than 1000ppm; hexavalent chromium: less than 1000ppm; and adding the harmful substance control standard into a harmful substance information table corresponding to the glass, generating a first environment questionnaire of the glass, and matching the first environment questionnaire of the average value material of the product destination and/or the customer information.
Before this, a harmful substance standard information base is configured in advance. And collecting references such as destination regulations, enterprise regulations and the like, and recording the references into a harmful substance standard information base so as to be convenient for directly searching related references. Further, product destination and/or customer hazardous material control criteria are extracted from the reference for matching homogeneous material composition, a first environmental questionnaire is generated.
References include specifications, standards, customer standards, etc. for each destination. Exemplary, for example, solid waste pollution environmental control methods, electronic information product pollution control management methods, limit requirements for toxic and hazardous substances in electronic information products (SJ T11363 2006); environmental materials instructions (RoHS 2002/95/EEC), REACH instructions (EC/1907/2006), battery instructions (98/101 EC, 91/157/EEC, 93/86/EEC).
In this embodiment of the present application, the method for digitally processing the harmful substance further includes:
and when the condition for updating the standard information is detected to be met, updating the harmful substance control standard of the harmful substance standard information base.
The detection meets the standard information updating conditions, such as automatic updating of the standard specified by each destination; customer standards, enterprise standards internal updates, etc.
Meanwhile, the reference in the harmful substance standard information base can be updated accordingly, so that a project manager can conveniently check the latest document.
Through the automatic updating to harmful substance standard information base, when carrying out automatic monitoring to the harmful substance of product, can be before harmful substance standard, composition change, automatic suggestion is updated, avoided because of the untimely harmful substance management disqualification risk that leads to of environmental protection information update, promote the business stability, strengthened customer approval and brand impression.
In the step S104, the first environmental questionnaire of the at least partially homogeneous material component is sent to the supplier of the homogeneous material component according to the supplier information, so that the supplier fills in the detection result of each harmful substance in the first environmental questionnaire to obtain a second environmental questionnaire.
Here, a homogeneous material is often not supplied by only one downstream provider, and therefore, a first environmental questionnaire of the homogeneous material composition is sent to multiple providers. Specifically, the harmful substance automatic decomposition system automatically transmits a first environment questionnaire to a management System (SRM) at a provider end; the provider receives a first environmental questionnaire at the SRM; triggering mail to inform a provider, logging in an SRM account through an external network to carry out investigation and filling, wherein the filling content comprises: the second environmental questionnaire, the environmental hazardous substance declaration, and the hazardous substance detection report are submitted after being filled.
Here, the first environmental questionnaire is an environmental questionnaire to be filled with harmful substance detection information, and the second questionnaire is an environmental questionnaire to be filled with harmful substance detection information for the supplier. The harmful substance detection information is the content of each harmful substance. For example, if some harmful substance is not contained, ND is filled; if a certain harmful substance is contained, the content of the harmful substance is filled.
For example, please refer to table two, which shows a second environment questionnaire according to an embodiment of the present application.
Watch II
It should be noted that table two is merely used to illustrate the content of the second environment questionnaire, and is not representative of the second environment questionnaire submitted by a specific vendor.
