The working principle and the beneficial effects of the technical scheme are as follows: one surface of the clamping plate 472 arranged on the column 471, which is close to the abutting plate 473, passes through the axis of the column 471, when the emergency lamp 5 is clamped, one end of the emergency lamp 5 is limited and connected in the positioning plate 440, the other end of the emergency lamp 5 is limited between the clamping plate 472 and the abutting plate 473, and the end surface is in contact with the surface of the column 471, so that the two ends of the emergency lamp 5 are elastically limited between the column 471 and the positioning plate 440;
in the initial state, the positioning plate 440 makes its slot 441 incline upwards under the action of the first coil spring, so as to facilitate the insertion of the emergency lamp 5, while the arc surface of the post 471 abuts against the locking plate 482, that is, the locking slot 474 is separated from the locking piece 484, the first spring 483 is compressed, and the unlocking piece 485 makes the unlocking plate 4852 not inserted into the driving hole 4821 under the elastic action of the second spring 4853;
when the emergency lamp 5 is installed, one end of the emergency lamp 5 is correspondingly inserted into the locating plate 440, then the other end of the emergency lamp 5 is pressed downwards by external force, so that the locating plate 440 rotates, the first coil spring stores elastic deformation energy, the other end of the emergency lamp 5 contacts with the end of the arc plate 476, the arc plate 476 is driven to drive the cylinder 471 to rotate, so that the second coil spring stores the elastic deformation energy, then along with the rotation of the arc plate 476, the end of the emergency lamp 5 slides into a clamping area formed between the clamping plate 472 and the abutting plate 473 in a homeotropic manner, when the clamping plate 472 rotates to be horizontal, the two ends of the emergency lamp 5 are respectively abutted with the surface of the cylinder 471 and an elastic piece in the locating plate 440, so that the emergency lamp 5 is limited, and meanwhile, the emergency lamp 5 is also installed into the locating groove 410 for limiting, meanwhile, the locking groove 474 on the cylinder 471 rotates to correspond to the position of the locking piece 484, the cylinder 482 is driven to slide under the elastic restoring force of the first spring 483, so that the locking piece 484 is inserted into the locking groove 484, and the opposite rotation of the emergency lamp 5 can not be ensured, and the stability of the opposite rotation of the locking piece 484 is ensured;
when the emergency lamp 5 is detected to be removed from the clamp 4, only downward pressure is applied to the pressing plate 4851, after the elastic force of the second spring 4853 is overcome, the unlocking plate 4852 is inserted into the driving hole 4821 through the limiting hole 4813, under the interaction of the first inclined surface and the second inclined surface, the locking plate 482 slides to the side far away from the column 471 and compresses the first spring 483, so that the locking piece 484 slides out of the locking groove 474, the column 471 reversely rotates under the elastic restoring force of the second coil spring without limitation, and meanwhile the positioning plate 440 also rotates under the elastic restoring force of the first coil spring, so that the emergency lamp 5 obliquely bounces, thereby the emergency lamp 5 is separated from the positioning groove 410, and the emergency lamp 5 can be conveniently taken out at this time.
As shown in fig. 15, the present invention further provides a detection method of an automatic emergency lamp detection device, including:
pushing the clamp 4 provided with the emergency lamp 5 into the box body 1, controlling the brightness detection device 3 above the clamp 4 to move downwards, and respectively positioning the positions of the clamp 4 and the brightness detection device 3 through a first positioning sensor and a second positioning sensor;
the control part 2 judges the brightness data detected by the brightness detection device 3, outputs an OK signal or an NG signal, and if the OK signal is output, automatically reads the address code and outputs the address code and a corresponding brightness data record table;
and printing an address code label according to the read address code, and attaching the printed address code label to the emergency lamp 5.
The working principle and the beneficial effects of the technical scheme are as follows: after the first positioning sensor and the second positioning sensor respectively detect that the clamp 4 and the brightness detection device 3 are moved in place, the control part 2 can automatically control the brightness detection device 3 to perform brightness detection, automatic positioning detection is realized, the accuracy of brightness detection is improved, whether the brightness of the emergency lamp 5 is qualified or not can be automatically judged according to detected brightness data, the detection efficiency is improved, the control part 2 can output an OK signal or an NG signal according to a detection result, if the OK signal is output, the brightness of the emergency lamp 5 is qualified, if the NG signal is output, the brightness of the emergency lamp 5 is not qualified, when the OK signal is output, namely, the address code (burnt address code) is automatically read, and the address code and a corresponding brightness data record table are output on a visual interface of the control part 2, meanwhile, the read address code corresponding to the emergency lamp 5 can be printed into an address code label through the label printer 7, on-line real-time label pasting can be realized, the burning printing of the address code only to the emergency lamp 5 outputting the OK signal is ensured, and the waste of labels is reduced; the detection speed of the detection equipment is high, only about 10 seconds are needed for detecting one emergency lamp 5, 350 emergency lamps 5 can be detected per hour, the brightness of the emergency lamp 5 to be delivered is detected completely, the controllability of the brightness quality of products is facilitated, the products delivered to customers are guaranteed to be qualified, and the delivery quality is further improved.
