furthermore, when the lower fixing frame 8 and the upper fixing frame 9 pass over the top of the upper rotating roller 1, the lower fixing frame 8 and the upper fixing frame 9 are turned, tea leaves in the lower fixing frame 8 and the upper fixing frame 9 are turned over, so that two sides of the tea leaves can be irradiated by sunlight, the phenomenon that the tea leaves in the same lower fixing frame 8 and the upper fixing frame 9 are not aired uniformly is prevented, the air permeability of the screen plate 12 is high, water vapor generated by water loss of the tea leaves is prevented from being accumulated in the lower fixing frame 8 and the upper fixing frame 9 to influence the quality of the tea leaves, and when the lower fixing frame 8 and the upper fixing frame 9 move to the periphery of the upper rotating roller 1, the inclination angles of the lower fixing frame 8 and the upper fixing frame 9 are continuously changed, the sunlight is always directly irradiated on the surfaces of the lower fixing frame 8 and the upper fixing frame 9, so that a better airing effect is achieved;
meanwhile, an operator only needs to connect the lower fixed frame 8 to a proper height position on the belt-shaped transmission part 3, after the installation is finished, the lower fixed frame 8 deviates from the proper height position under the transmission of the belt-shaped transmission part 3, and then the next group of lower fixed frames 8 can be installed at the height position, namely, the lower fixed frame 8 can be installed on the belt-shaped transmission part 3 without bending over or standing on the feet of a person, and the person only needs to find a proper, comfortable and labor-saving proper position for installation;
it should be noted that, when the present invention is used for airing tea leaves with a small single volume, for example, when the bud tips of spring tea are aired, the distance between two sets of mesh plates 12 on the lower fixed frame 8 and the upper fixed frame 9 should be small, and the spreading thickness of the tea leaves between the lower fixed frame 8 and the upper fixed frame 9 is small, that is, the mesh plates 12 on the lower fixed frame 8 and the upper fixed frame 9 compress and fix the tea leaves, so as to prevent the tea leaves from being moved to a position close to the upper rotating roller 1, and the tea leaves are all accumulated at the bottom of the lower fixed frame 8 and the upper fixed frame 9 to affect the contact with sunlight, and when the present invention is used for airing tea leaves with a large single volume, such as melon piece tea leaves or tea leaves with small segments, since the tea leaves can be stably placed in the lower fixed frame 8 and the upper fixed frame 9, and the tea leaves cannot be accumulated at one position due to the turning of the lower fixed frame 8 and the upper fixed frame 9 after being dried, the gap between the mesh plates 12 on the lower fixed frame 8 and the upper fixed frame 9 can be set to accommodate more tea leaves, wherein the tea leaves can be made of elastic material, and the mesh plates 12 can not be clamped and the tea leaves can be damaged at regular time;
it is worth mentioning that when the tea leaf airing rack is used for airing a single piece of tea leaves with a large volume, the tea leaves can be aired in a mode of clamping the tea leaves by the screen plates 12 on the lower fixing frame 8 and the upper fixing frame 9, only the amount of the aired tea leaves is small, and the clamping, fixing and airing mode can prevent the tea leaves from being curled after being aired, ensure the flatness of the tea leaves, further improve the attractiveness and quality of the tea leaves and enable the sales volume of the tea leaves to be better;
