The invention discloses an LNG filling safety inspection method and an LNG filling safety inspection system, which belong to the technical field of LNG filling. Background
At present, before the operation of an LNG filling ship, a shipman of the LNG filling ship and a filled ship/shore-based personnel need to manually check the safety state before filling item by item, both the filled and filling parties need to periodically check the safety state in the filling process, and meanwhile, after the filling is finished, relevant data of the filling is required to be manually filled. Meanwhile, the work is finished by manual general papery documents, and a shore-based shipowner manager and a supervisor cannot monitor the filling process.
Therefore, in the existing LNG filling process, on one hand, the number of inspection items is large, all work is completed manually, and the equivalent work of loading and unloading the ship core by a crew is involved, so that the filling efficiency is influenced; on the other hand, a shore-based supervisor is difficult to monitor the whole filling process, and the safety of the filling process is difficult to guarantee.

The invention aims to provide an LNG filling safety inspection method and an LNG filling safety inspection system which are capable of saving workload, improving LNG filling efficiency and improving safety.

The LNG cargo data collected and recorded in the filling process are collected in real time through an LNG cargo management system, the LNG cargo management system comprises a CHS (cargo containment system), a CCS (cargo monitoring system) and an ESD (emergency shutdown system), and the systems are all in the prior art.
The LNG cargo related data collected and recorded in real time comprise LNG temperature, pressure, tank capacity, filling rate and the like, wherein the LNG temperature, the pressure, the tank capacity and the filling rate are measured by sensors in a cargo hold, the sensors are all installed in the cargo hold, and signals are transmitted to a processor and are displayed after being processed by the processor.

The safety inspection items before, during and after filling of the invention mainly comprise an ESD system, cargo tank liquid level, cargo tank pressure, filling rate in the filling process, piping pressure and the like, and refer to CCS filling operation safety guidelines specifically.
