The bottom of the inner cavity of the connecting port 40 is provided with a sealing groove 20, the inner cavity of the sealing groove 20 is connected with a filter screen barrel 19 in a plug-in manner, and the left edge and the right edge of the front end face and the rear end face of the valve body 1 are fixedly connected with U-shaped limiting frames 6.
The application method of the two-way sealing butterfly valve comprises the following steps:
s1, sliding a filter screen cylinder 19 into an inner cavity of a valve body 1 to enable the filter screen cylinder 19 to be in plug connection with a sealing groove 20, then enabling a connecting port 40 to be in plug connection with an external pipeline, driving a transmission worm wheel 17 to drive a cylinder 16 through a rotation transmission worm 15, enabling the cylinder 16 to rotate a first rotating block 3 and a second rotating block 18 to pull a first pull rod 4 and a second pull rod 5 to drive a square block 38, enabling the square block 38 to be connected into the inner cavity of a T-shaped sliding groove 7 through a T-shaped sliding groove 39 through a sliding groove, enabling the square block 38 to drive a clamping block 10 and a limiting column 11 through a rotating shaft to pull a supporting rod 8, enabling the supporting rod 8 to be matched with the U-shaped limiting frame 6 to drive the clamping block 10 to be close to each other to clamp and pull the external pipeline, enabling the joint of the limiting column 11 and the external pipeline to be in plug connection limiting, and then enabling the valve body 1 and the external pipeline to be installed;
s2, the second gear 34 is held to rotate to drive the first gear 33, then the second gear 34 and the first gear 33 are simultaneously rotated to drive the first worm gear 31 and the second worm gear 32 to drive the first worm gear 27 and the second worm gear 28 to drive the driving column 25 and the rotating sleeve 22, so that the driving column 25 and the rotating sleeve 22 drive the first valve plate 24 and the second valve plate 26 to be close to each other by using the connecting block 23, the second valve plate 26 is in plug-in sealing by using the plug 37 and the slot 36 of the first valve plate 24, and the second valve plate 26 is in plug-in combination by using the plug 37 and the slot 36 of the first valve plate, and after the completion, the inner cavity of the valve body 1 is sealed by extruding the rubber sealing block 21;
s3, when the pressure in the inner cavity of the valve body 1 is overlarge, the sealing ball 202 is extruded to push the pushing column 203 to jack the first pushing disc 206 to open the fixed cylinder 201, so that the pressure enters the inner cavity of the fixed cylinder 201 through the sealing ring 205, then the pressure is discharged and released through the pressure release opening 211, and when the pressure release mechanism 2 is not used, the crank 210 is held, the threaded rod 209 is rotated to push the second pushing disc 208 to extrude the buffering spring 207 to remove the tension, and the buffering spring 207 is made to press the first pushing disc 206 to push the pushing column 203 to drive the sealing ball 202, so that the sealing ball 202 is matched with the sealing ring 205 to seal the inner cavity of the fixed cylinder 201;
s4, the first worm gear 27 and the second worm gear 28 are driven by the first worm 31 and the second worm 32 to drive the driving column 25 and the rotating sleeve 22, so that the driving column 25 and the rotating sleeve 22 drive the first valve plate 24 and the second valve plate 26 to be far away from each other by using the connecting block 23 to discharge gas, fluid and the like.
When in use, the filter screen cylinder 19 is slid into the inner cavity of the valve body 1, the filter screen cylinder 19 is in plug connection with the seal groove 20, then the connection port 40 is in plug connection with an external pipeline, the transmission worm wheel 17 is driven by the rotation transmission worm 15 to drive the cylinder 16, then the cylinder 16 rotates the first rotating block 3 and the second rotating block 18 to pull the first pull rod 4 and the second pull rod 5 to drive the square block 38, the square block 38 is connected into the inner cavity of the T-shaped sliding groove 7 by utilizing the T-shaped sliding column 39 through the sliding groove, the square block 38 is pulled by utilizing the rotating shaft to pull the supporting rod 8 to drive the clamping block 10 and the limiting column 11, the supporting rod 8 is matched with the U-shaped limiting frame 6 to drive the clamping block 10 to be mutually close to clamp and pull the external pipeline, the joint of the limiting column 11 and the external pipeline is in plug connection limiting, thus the valve body 1 and the external pipeline are convenient to install, the filter screen cylinder 19 and the sealing groove 20 are extruded by an external pipeline to be spliced and sealed, the second gear 34 is held by the handle 35 to drive the first gear 33, then the second gear 34 and the first gear 33 are simultaneously rotated by the first worm 31 and the second worm 32 to drive the first worm wheel 27 and the second worm wheel 28 to drive the driving post 25 and the rotating sleeve 22, so that the driving post 25 and the rotating sleeve 22 drive the first valve plate 24 and the second valve plate 26 to be mutually close by the connecting block 23, the second valve plate 26 is spliced and sealed by the inserting block 37 and the inserting groove 36 of the first valve plate 24, and the second valve plate 26 is spliced and sealed by the inserting block 37 and the inserting groove 36 of the first valve plate to seal the inner cavity of the valve body 1 by extruding the rubber sealing block 21 after the splicing and combining is completed, thereby avoiding that the prior butterfly valve is influenced by the structure of the self-body structure and can only be forward pressed and sealed, and the sealing performance is obviously poor, and the butterfly plate is often insufficient in rigidity and cannot be folded to reduce bearing pressure, so that the condition of valve seat leakage occurs.
