In addition, when the disc plate 6 is in the closed state, the C-shaped sealing ring 825 is tightly attached to the disc plate 6 and blocks the disc plate 6 by the water outlet side chute 81, so that the attaching degree of the C-shaped sealing ring 825 and the disc plate 6 is further improved.
