A well-flushing conversion device as claimed in claim 1 or 3, wherein: the outer diameter of the upper part of the outer diameter of the bridge type overflow pipe (2) is the same as that of the lower part of the outer diameter of the bridge type overflow pipe, and the outer diameter of the middle part of the outer diameter of the bridge type overflow pipe is smaller than that of the upper part of the bridge type overflow pipe; and the well-flushing liquid inlet (4) is arranged at the upper part of the bridge-type overflow pipe (2).
