The glass pressure maintaining machine is characterized by comprising a pressure maintaining machine main body consisting of a workbench (1), a first heating treatment plate (2) and a second heating treatment plate (3), wherein the first heating treatment plate (2) and the second heating treatment plate (3) are both arranged on the upper surface of the workbench (1), the second heating treatment plate (3) is positioned on the left side of the first heating treatment plate (2), the upper surface of the workbench (1) is provided with two first grooves, the two first grooves are respectively positioned on the front side and the rear side of the second heating treatment plate (3), a reciprocating lead screw (4) is installed on the first groove, one end of the reciprocating lead screw (4) penetrates through and extends out of the workbench (1), a sliding seat (5) is installed on the reciprocating lead screw (4) in a threaded manner, the lower surface of the sliding seat (5) is provided with a limiting component, the upper surface of the sliding seat (5) is provided with an electric push rod (6), the end part of an output shaft of the two electric push rods (6) is provided with the same supporting plate (7), the lower surface of the supporting plate (7) is provided with a fixing component, a cleaning brush (8) is installed on the detachable brush, the upper surface of the first groove (2) and the second heating treatment plate (3) is positioned between the groove (8), synchronizing wheel is installed to the one end of reciprocal lead screw (4), two the synchronizing wheel passes through hold-in range (10) transmission and connects, motor (9) are installed to the left surface of workstation (1), the output shaft and one of them reciprocal lead screw (4) fixed connection of motor (9), the piston rod end portion of installing cylinder and cylinder on workstation (1) is fixed with the sucking disc that is used for adsorbing the material.

The glass pressure maintaining machine according to claim 1, wherein the fixing assembly comprises two fixing blocks (14) arranged on the upper surface of the cleaning brush (8), through grooves (29) are formed in the fixing blocks (14), a channel (30) is formed in the supporting plate (7), a sliding assembly is arranged at the channel (30), two L-shaped inserting plates (15) are arranged at the channel (30) in a sliding mode through the sliding assembly, the two inserting plates (15) are symmetrically arranged, and the transverse portion of each inserting plate (15) penetrates through the through grooves (29).

The glass pressing machine according to claim 2, wherein the sliding assembly comprises a sliding rod (16) installed in a channel (30), the vertical portions of the inserting plates (15) are slidably installed on the outer side surfaces of the sliding rod (16), springs (17) are sleeved on the sliding rod (16), two ends of each spring (17) are fixedly connected with the vertical portions of the two inserting plates (15), the left side surface and the right side surface of each inserting plate (15) are respectively provided with an L-shaped auxiliary plate (18), and the lower surfaces of the auxiliary plates (18) are attached to the outer side surfaces of the supporting plates (7).

The glass pressing machine according to claim 1, wherein a receiving frame (12) with an opening in the upper surface is arranged on the left side surface of the second heating processing plate (3), the right side surface of the receiving frame (12) is attached to the left side surface of the second heating processing plate (3), two bolts (19) are mounted on the lower surface of the receiving frame (12), and one ends of the bolts (19) extend into slots formed in the upper surface of the workbench (1).

The glass pressure maintaining machine according to claim 1, wherein a limiting groove is formed in the inner bottom surface of the first groove, a limiting plate (13) is slidably mounted in the limiting groove, the top end of the limiting plate (13) is fixedly connected with the lower surface of the sliding seat (5), a wrapping frame (11) with an opening in the side surface is mounted on the left side surface of the workbench (1), and the motor (9), the synchronous belt (10) and the synchronous wheel are all located in the wrapping frame (11).
