The invention provides a post-foaming tooth whitening gel aerosol and a preparation method thereof, and the post-foaming tooth whitening gel aerosol comprises, by mass, 15-25% of a whitening agent, 1-20% of a film-forming agent, 1-6% of a foaming agent, 50-70% of a humectant, 1-10% of a solvent, 0.1-2% of a pH regulator, 0.5-1.5% of a thickening agent, 0.05-0.2% of a preservative, 0.1-2% of a stabilizer and 0.05-0.3% of an essence. The post-foaming tooth whitening gel aerosol provided by the invention can enable the whitening agent to act on teeth softly and uniformly through the action of the foaming agent, and enables the product to be perfectly attached to the teeth and uniform in whitening effect by matching with the action of the film-forming agent, and can be gradually released under the action of the moisturizing agent and the stabilizing agent to maintain the stability of the whitening composition so as to obtain a lasting whitening effect. Technical Field
The invention relates to the technical field of tooth whitening, in particular to a post-foaming tooth whitening gel aerosol and a preparation method thereof.
Background
The number of people smoking, drinking tea and drinking coffee in China is hundreds of millions, and due to the influence of living habits, the surfaces of teeth are changed from white to yellow to different degrees, so that the attractiveness of the teeth is seriously influenced, and even the health of the teeth and the quality of life are seriously influenced. With the progress of society, the health care requirement of people for the oral cavity is increased. It is the pursuit of modern people to have a pair of white and regular teeth. Currently, the approaches for people to whiten teeth mainly include: firstly, the toothpaste is used for cleaning, but the toothpaste is not strong in cleaning pertinence and has extremely limited whitening effect; secondly, when the patient goes to a hospital, professional dental medical equipment and medicaments are used for polishing and whitening teeth, generally, a treatment course needs at least three months to more than half a year, time and labor are consumed, the cost is high, and the universality is not strong; thirdly, the special whitening agent is used, but the product design is specific to professionals, so that the special whitening agent is not easy to use by common consumers.

Disclosure of Invention
In view of the above problems, it is an object of the present invention to provide a post-foaming gel aerosol for whitening teeth, which is low in cost, convenient to carry, and capable of quickly and conveniently whitening teeth.
In order to achieve the above object, the first aspect of the present invention provides a post-foaming tooth whitening gel aerosol, which comprises, by mass, 15-25% of a whitening agent, 1-20% of a film forming agent, 1-6% of a foaming agent, 50-70% of a humectant, 1-10% of a solvent, 0.1-2% of a pH regulator, 0.5-1.5% of a thickening agent, 0.05-0.2% of a preservative, 0.1-2% of a stabilizer, and 0.05-0.3% of an essence.
Compared with the prior art, the post-foaming tooth whitening gel aerosol can enable the whitening agent to act on teeth softly and uniformly through the action of the foaming agent, enables the product to be perfectly attached to the teeth and has uniform whitening effect by matching with the action of the film-forming agent, and can be gradually released under the action of the moisturizing agent and the stabilizing agent to maintain the stability of the whitening composition so as to obtain a lasting whitening effect. Meanwhile, the aerosol mode is adopted, the toothbrush is convenient to carry, can be used by consumers at home or outdoors, and achieves the purpose of quickly and conveniently whitening teeth.
In some embodiments, the whitening and skin-whitening cream comprises, by mass, 18-22% of a whitening agent, 1-10% of a film forming agent, 3-5% of a foaming agent, 55-65% of a humectant, 2-8% of a solvent, 0.5-1.5% of a pH regulator, 0.6-1.2% of a thickening agent, 0.08-0.15% of a preservative, 0.5-1.5% of a stabilizer, and 0.08-0.15% of a perfume.
By way of example, the whitening agent may be present in an amount of 15%, 16%, 17%, 18%, 19%, 20%, 21%, 22%, 23%, 24%, 25%, etc., but is not limited to the recited values, and other non-recited values within the above-described ranges are equally applicable. It is noted that too low a content of the whitening agent causes insignificant whitening effect, and too high a content of the whitening agent causes excessive whitening. The inventor also finds that the weight ratio of the whitening agent to the foaming agent is more than 3, which is more beneficial to the whitening effect, but should not be higher than 9, the content of the whitening agent is too low due to the action time of the whitening agent on teeth and the concentration of the whitening agent adhered to the teeth, and when the content of the foaming agent is higher, the foaming agent is stronger, and the contact surface between the effective components of the whitening agent and the teeth is insufficient due to excessive foaming of the product, so that the whitening effect is affected. In a preferred embodiment, the weight ratio of the whitening agent to the foaming agent is 3-8.

In some embodiments, the stabilizer comprises at least one of disodium ethylenediaminetetraacetic acid (EDTA 2 sodium), 2, 6-di-tert-butyl-p-cresol (BHT). By way of example, the stabilizer is disodium ethylene diamine tetraacetate or 2, 6-di-tert-butyl-p-cresol, preferably the stabilizer is a mixture of disodium ethylene diamine tetraacetate and 2, 6-di-tert-butyl-p-cresol, and the inventor finds that the whitening effect is greatly increased by using the mixture of disodium ethylene diamine tetraacetate and 2, 6-di-tert-butyl-p-cresol compared with the mixture of disodium ethylene diamine tetraacetate or 2, 6-di-tert-butyl-p-cresol alone, and probably the combination of the disodium ethylene diamine tetraacetate and the 2, 6-di-tert-butyl-p-cresol can enable the aerosol to be more uniformly released to maintain the stability of the whitening agent and the film forming agent, so that the better whitening effect can be obtained.
In some embodiments, the preservative comprises sodium benzoate.
In some embodiments, the solvent comprises ethanol.
The invention also aims to provide a preparation method of the post-foaming tooth whitening gel aerosol, which comprises the following steps:
(1) Mixing the film forming agent with a part of the humectant, and uniformly stirring to obtain a mixture A;
(2) Dissolving the preservative, the stabilizer and the essence by adopting the solvent to obtain a mixture B, mixing the mixture A and the mixture B, uniformly stirring to form gel,

The preparation method of the post-foaming tooth whitening gel aerosol comprises the following steps:
(1) Mixing carbomer and about 1/3 of glycerol, and stirring to obtain mixture A;
(2) Dissolving sodium benzoate, disodium ethylene diamine tetraacetate, 2, 6-di-tert-butyl-p-cresol and essence by adopting ethanol to obtain a mixture B, mixing the mixture A and the mixture B, stirring until the mixture A and the mixture B are transparent to form gel,
(3) Dissolving urea peroxide, sodium polyacrylate and triethanolamine in the rest 2/3 of glycerol to obtain a mixture C, and uniformly mixing the mixture C with the gel, wherein the pH value is controlled to be 6;
(4) Standing for defoaming, adding isopentane into a mixer, uniformly mixing, and packaging into a binary packaging bag valve filled with nitrogen to obtain the post-foaming tooth whitening gel aerosol.
Example 2
A post-foaming tooth whitening gel aerosol comprises, by mass, 25% of carbamide peroxide, 7% of polyvinylpyrrolidone, 5% of isopentane, 52% of glycerol, 7.2% of ethanol, 1.5% of triethanolamine, 0.8% of sodium polyacrylate, 0.1% of sodium benzoate, 1% of disodium ethylenediamine tetraacetate, 0.2% of 2, 6-di-tert-butyl-p-cresol and 0.2% of essence.
The preparation process is the same as in example 1 and is not described here.
Example 3
A post-foaming tooth whitening gel aerosol comprises, by mass, 15% of carbamide peroxide, 10% of polyvinylpyrrolidone, 4% of isopentane, 60% of glycerol, 6.8% of ethanol, 1.5% of triethanolamine, 1.2% of sodium polyacrylate, 0.1% of sodium benzoate, 1% of disodium ethylenediamine tetraacetate, 0.2% of 2, 6-di-tert-butyl-p-cresol and 0.2% of essence.
The preparation process is the same as in example 1 and is not described here.
Example 4
This example is essentially the same as example 1 except that in this example 4, 1% isopentane, 1% isobutane, 1% n-butane was used as the blowing agent, while in example 1, 3% isopentane was used as the blowing agent.

Example 5
A post-foaming tooth whitening gel aerosol comprises, by mass, 15% of carbamide peroxide, 3% of carbomer 940, 6% of isopentane, 64% of glycerol, 8.7% of ethanol, 1% of triethanolamine, 1% of sodium polyacrylate, 0.1% of sodium benzoate, 1% of disodium ethylene diamine tetraacetate, 0.1% of 2, 6-di-tert-butyl-p-cresol and 0.1% of essence.
Comparative example 1
A post-foaming tooth whitening gel aerosol comprises, by mass, 20% of carbamide peroxide, 3% of carbomer 940, 64% of glycerol, 9.7% of ethanol, 1% of triethanolamine, 1% of sodium polyacrylate, 0.1% of sodium benzoate, 1% of disodium ethylenediamine tetraacetic acid, 0.1% of 2, 6-di-tert-butyl-p-cresol and 0.1% of essence.
Comparative example 2
A post-foaming tooth whitening gel aerosol comprises, by mass, 20% of carbamide peroxide, 3% of isopentane, 64% of glycerol, 9.7% of ethanol, 1% of triethanolamine, 1% of sodium polyacrylate, 0.1% of sodium benzoate, 1% of disodium ethylenediamine tetraacetic acid, 0.1% of 2, 6-di-tert-butyl-p-cresol and 0.1% of essence.
The post-foaming tooth whitening gel aerosol obtained in examples 1 to 5 and comparative examples 1 to 2 were subjected to a performance test.

The post-foaming tooth whitening gel aerosol product is subjected to bidirectional blind test field tests on 77 volunteers with the age of 20-50 years, and the test results are shown in table 2.

As is clear from table 2, the foaming agent compounded with butane is more likely to induce too fast foaming and has an effect of suppressing the whitening effect, as compared with example 4, in example 1.
As can be seen from table 2, in example 1 and example 5, the weight ratio of the whitening agent to the foaming agent affects the whitening effect, the content of the whitening agent is too low, and when the content of the foaming agent is too high, the foaming agent is relatively strong, and the contact surface between the effective components of the whitening agent and teeth is insufficient due to excessive foaming of the product, thereby affecting the whitening effect.

The post-foaming tooth whitening gel aerosol is characterized by comprising, by mass, 15-25% of a whitening agent, 1-20% of a film-forming agent, 1-6% of a foaming agent, 50-70% of a humectant, 1-10% of a solvent, 0.1-2% of a pH regulator, 0.5-1.5% of a thickening agent, 0.05-0.2% of a preservative, 0.1-2% of a stabilizer and 0.05-0.3% of an essence.
2. The post-foaming tooth whitening gel aerosol of claim 1, wherein the whitening agent comprises at least one of carbamide peroxide, magnesium peroxide, hydrogen peroxide, barium peroxide, calcium peroxide, perborate.
3. The post-foaming tooth whitening gel aerosol according to claim 1, wherein the film former comprises at least one of carbomer, polyvinylpyrrolidone, polyvinyl alcohol.
4. The post-foaming tooth whitening gel aerosol of claim 1, wherein the foaming agent comprises at least one of isopentane, isobutane, and n-butane.
5. The post-foaming tooth whitening gel aerosol according to claim 1, wherein the moisturizer comprises at least one of glycerin, propylene glycol and polyethylene glycol.
6. The post-foaming tooth whitening gel aerosol according to claim 1, wherein the pH regulator comprises at least one of triethanolamine, citric acid, phosphoric acid.
7. The post-foaming tooth whitening gel aerosol of claim 1, wherein the thickener comprises sodium polyacrylate.
8. The post-foaming tooth whitening gel aerosol according to claim 1, wherein the stabilizer comprises at least one of disodium edetate and 2, 6-di-tert-butyl-p-cresol.
9. The post-foaming tooth whitening gel aerosol of claim 1, wherein the preservative comprises sodium benzoate.
10. A method for preparing a post-foaming tooth whitening gel aerosol according to any one of claims 1 to 9, comprising the steps of:
(1) Mixing the film forming agent with part of the humectant, and uniformly stirring to obtain a mixture A;
(2) Dissolving the preservative, the stabilizer and the essence by adopting the solvent to obtain a mixture B, mixing the mixture A and the mixture B, uniformly stirring to form gel,
(3) Dissolving the whitening agent, the thickening agent and the pH regulator by using the rest humectant to obtain a mixture C, and then uniformly mixing the mixture C and the gel, and controlling the pH value to be 5-7;
