Since the space of the grid bin needs to be occupied when the first category of articles are subjected to the separate-sowing processing, and the first category of articles are arranged in different space partitions of the space of the grid bin, the space of the grid bin can be divided into areas in advance in order to facilitate the separate-sowing of the first category of articles.
In particular, when the mesh bin space is regionally partitioned, the mesh bin space may be regionally partitioned based on the number of classes with which the current class is further subjected to the second round of classification.
As an embodiment of obtaining the number of categories and the specific categories included in the second round of classification of the current category, the following may be mentioned: acquiring each extracted position point under the transportation route based on the transportation route corresponding to the current category; and taking each extracted position point as a specific class for further carrying out second-round classification on the current class, so as to determine the number of classes of the second-round classification and the contained specific class.
For example, when the transportation route a is taken as the current category, the respective pickup points of the commodities under the transportation route a may be taken as the basis for performing the second round of classification on the current category, that is, the pickup points of the commodities under the transportation route a are taken as an example of a specific category included in the second round of classification on the current category. Suppose that the goods under the transportation route a correspond to five self-picking points, the self-picking point 1 corresponds to goods 1-12, the self-picking point 2 corresponds to goods 13-22, the self-picking point 3 corresponds to goods 23-34, the self-picking point 4 corresponds to goods 35-50, and the self-picking point 5 corresponds to goods 51-60. Then the number of categories that have to be further subjected to the second round of classification for the current category is five, and the self-lift point 1, the self-lift point 2, the self-lift point 3, the self-lift point 4, and the self-lift point 5 are examples of the specific categories included in the second round of classification. In the present application, the self-service point is a location point for the user to collect or pick up the placed commodity.
Of course, as another embodiment for obtaining the number of categories and the included specific categories of the current category that are subjected to the second round of classification, the number of categories and the included specific categories of the current category that are subjected to the second round of classification may also be based on other scene features of the object to be processed. For example, the second round of classification may be performed according to the attribute characteristics of the product itself, and if the product ordered by the user is specifically a food, the second round of classification may be performed on the current category according to the short message indicating the shelf life of the food.
Of course, the determination of each category under the first round of classification in step S101 may also be based on other scene features of the to-be-processed item, and is not limited to determining each category under the first round of classification based on each transportation route information of the to-be-processed item.
Step S203: and according to the class number of the second round of classification of the current class, performing region division on a specified space range for processing the articles to obtain space partitions corresponding to the class number, and assigning a specific class of the corresponding second round of classification for each space partition.
After the number of classes and the included specific classes of the current class in the second round of classification are obtained, the specified space range for processing the articles is subjected to region division according to the number of classes of the second round of classification of the current class, space partitions corresponding to the number of classes are obtained, and the specific classes of the corresponding second round of classification are assigned to each space partition.
Specifically, as a way of specifying a specific category of the corresponding second round classification for each spatial partition, it may refer to: firstly, determining second round category identification of each category of a second round of classification, and determining space partition identification of each space partition; then, the second round of category identification is corresponding to the space partition identification, and a first corresponding relation between the second round of category identification and the space partition identification is established; meanwhile, a corresponding space partition identifier is assigned to each space partition; and finally, according to the first corresponding relation, determining the category of the second round of classification corresponding to each space partition according to the corresponding space partition identification.
When each extracted position point is taken as a specific category for further performing the second round of classification on the current category, it is assumed that the categories corresponding to the self-extracting point 1, the self-extracting point 2, the self-extracting point 3, the self-extracting point 4 and the self-extracting point 5 are identified as Z1, Z2, Z3, Z4 and Z5, and Z1, Z2, Z3, Z4 and Z5 are examples of the second round of category identification.
Assuming that a grid bin is divided into five partitions and each partition corresponds to a code, the code corresponding to each partition is an example of a spatial partition identification. In order to conveniently separate and broadcast the commodities or the articles, the second round of category identification and the space partition identification are corresponding in advance, each space partition corresponds to one space partition identification, each space partition also corresponds to one second round of category identification actually, for example, the first space partition corresponds to Z1, and then when the commodities under the transportation route a are separated and broadcast, the commodities corresponding to the pick-up point 1 can be directly placed in the first space partition based on the category of the second round of classification corresponding to each space partition in the grid bin.
Step S204: and acquiring the articles of the current category, and arranging the articles in the space subarea according to the category of the second round classification to which each article belongs.
After the step S203 designates a specific category of the second round of classification for each space partition, each article may be placed in the space partition according to the category of the second round of classification to which each article belongs.
Specifically, the step of placing each article in the spatial partition according to the category of the second round classification to which each article belongs may be: firstly, determining the class of the second round classification to which each article belongs; and then, according to the classification of the second round of classification of the articles, arranging each article in a corresponding space subarea according to the first corresponding relation.
In the article processing method of this embodiment, when a commodity under the transportation route a is distributed, a distribution person who actually needs a grid bin places the commodity under the distribution transportation route a in a corresponding space partition, and in order to facilitate the distribution person to place the commodity under the distribution transportation route a in the corresponding space partition, in a target application of a logistics system, the commodity under the distribution transportation route a is simulated to be placed in the corresponding space partition, and a display page on which the commodity under the simulated distribution transportation route a is placed in the corresponding space partition is provided to the distribution person, so that the distribution person can actually operate a process of placing the commodity under the distribution transportation route a in the corresponding space partition.
During the distribution process, the distributor can scan each item using a Radio Frequency (RF) device to determine the category of the second round category to which the item belongs. Of course, the category of the second round classification to which the current category of the item belongs may be obtained based on the order receiving address corresponding thereto, and is stored in advance in a database of the backend system (the database may be set in the subsequent system), the terminal application and the backend system may perform data transmission or data interaction, the radio frequency device may be set in the terminal application (for example, may be a scanning device in the terminal application), and thus when the radio frequency device scans the item, the category of the second round classification to which each item belongs may be obtained from the backend system based on the order identifier or other identifier of the item.
In this embodiment, in order to facilitate the arrangement of the articles of the current category in the grid bin in the corresponding space partition, the article identifier of the article of the current category may be previously corresponding to the vehicle identifier of the selected transportation vehicle, and a second corresponding relationship between the article identifier and the vehicle identifier is established, so as to sub-mount the articles according to the article identifiers. The transport vehicle is used for transporting the articles from the storage space of the logistics system at the upper stage to the specified space for placing the articles. The central bin is an example corresponding to the storage space of the logistics system at the upper stage, and the grid bin is an example corresponding to the specified space.
In order to facilitate the arrangement of the current type of goods in the corresponding space subareas of the grid bin, when the group-purchased goods are transported from the center bin to the grid bin, the goods can be separately arranged in the containing devices in the corresponding transport vehicles based on the second corresponding relation when the goods are separately arranged.
Specifically, the article identifier of the article of the current category is pre-associated with the vehicle identifier of the selected transportation vehicle, and the second association between the article identifier and the vehicle identifier is established, which may be: firstly, capacity information of selectable transport vehicles for transporting the current category of articles is obtained, and then matched transport vehicles are selected as selected transport vehicles based on the capacity information of the transport vehicles and the quantity information of the current category of articles; and finally, corresponding the article identification of the article of the current category with the vehicle identification of the selected transport vehicle, and establishing a second corresponding relation between the article identification and the vehicle identification so as to subpackage the articles according to the article identification.
More specifically, the transport vehicle comprises a plurality of containing devices for placing the articles, and each containing device corresponds to one or more categories of the second round classification of the current category; for example, the container 1 corresponds to the pick-up point 1, and the container 1 may correspond to the pick-up points 1 and 2. The case of holding the container for dispensing the commodity may be other cases. For example, when the self-service point 11 corresponds to 15 commodities, the self-service point 12 also corresponds to 15 commodities, when the commodities of the self-service point are separately loaded by using the containing containers, it is assumed that each containing container can contain 10 commodities, the 10 commodities of the self-service point 11 can be placed in the containing container 9, the 10 commodities of the self-service point 12 are placed in the containing container 11, the 5 commodities of the self-service point 11 and the 5 commodities of the self-service point 12 are contained in the containing container 10, and the numbers of the containing containers are arranged in a transport vehicle according to a sequence.
In the process of separately loading the articles in the containing devices, the separate loading process can be realized based on the category of the second round classification to which the specific article of the current category belongs, and the third corresponding relationship between the category of the second round classification of the article of the current category and the containing identification. Namely: and according to the category of the second round classification to which the specific article of the current category belongs, subpackaging the specific article into containing devices with containing marks in a third corresponding relation.
In particular, the third correspondence between the category and the containing identification of the second round classification of the item of the current category may be implemented based on the following manner: firstly, determining a containing mark for representing each containing device in a plurality of containing devices; and then, establishing a third corresponding relation between the categories of the second round classification of the articles of the current category and the containing identifications.
In this embodiment, after the processing of the article of the current category is completed, the information of the distributor corresponding to the processing result information of the article of the current category is determined. And providing the processed article to the corresponding delivery person based on the delivery person information for determining the processing result information of the article corresponding to the current category. For example, a partition of packaged goods may be provided to a delivery person who delivers the pick-up point.
In this embodiment, before the area division is performed on the specified space range for processing the article, the operation state information of the specified space range for processing the article needs to be obtained; the operating state information includes at least whether a predetermined spatial range for processing the article is in a spatial state.
After the working state information of the specified space range for processing the articles is obtained, whether the specified space range is in an idle state or not is judged, and if yes, the specified space range is divided into areas according to the number of classes of the second round of classification of the current class.
In this embodiment, the operating status information may further include at least one of the following information:
frequency information specifying a spatial range in the grid bin that can be multiplexed;
identification information specifying a spatial range in the grid bin;
current category information occupying a specified spatial range in a grid bin.
In this embodiment, in order to ensure that the predetermined space range is not occupied by the other types of articles when the predetermined space range for processing the articles is used to perform the classification processing on the articles of the current type, the predetermined space range may be set in an occupied state in advance. Of course, it will be understood that, with respect to setting the prescribed space range to the occupied state, and releasing (or clearing) the occupation of the prescribed space range, the relevant operation may be performed by the manager who manages the prescribed space range on the page for managing the use of the prescribed space range.
In this embodiment, one category in the first round of classification is described as the current category, but a plurality of categories in the first round of classification may be used as the current category as long as the predetermined spatial range for processing the articles can accommodate the articles of the current plurality of categories at the same time.
Step S205: and after the articles of the current category are placed and processed, setting a second category different from the first category under the first round of classification as the current category, and returning to the step of acquiring the number of categories and the specific categories contained in the second round of classification of the current category.
After the commodities under the transportation route A are separately sown, the commodities after being separately sown under the transportation route A are packed, and the commodities are sorted, so that the commodities under the transportation route B can be separately sown. Of course, before the transportation route B is taken as the current category for commodity distribution, the pick-up point of the commodity under the transportation route B may be taken as the basis for commodity distribution, that is, the pick-up point of the commodity under the transportation route B is taken as the basis for the second round of classification of the current category. And meanwhile, the grid bin space is partitioned, so that the commodities under the transportation route B are distributed based on the specific category corresponding to the partition.
The application provides an article classification processing method, which comprises the steps of firstly, taking a first category under a first round of classification as a current category; acquiring the number of categories and the specific categories contained in the current category which is subjected to the second round of classification; then, according to the category number of the second round of classification of the current category, performing region division on a specified space range for processing articles to obtain space partitions corresponding to the category number, and assigning a specific category of the corresponding second round of classification for each space partition; then, obtaining the articles of the current category, and arranging each article in the space subarea according to the category of the second round classification to which each article belongs; finally, after the articles of the current category are placed and processed, setting a second category different from the first category under the first round of classification as the current category, and returning to the step of acquiring the number of categories and the specific categories contained in the second round of classification of the current category. According to the article classification processing method, the specified space range of the processed articles is subjected to region division based on the class number of the second round of classification of the current class, the space partition corresponding to the class number is obtained, and meanwhile, the specific class of the second round of classification of the corresponding current class is appointed for each space partition, so that when the articles of the current class need to be classified and placed in the specified space range of the processed articles, the placing efficiency is higher. Meanwhile, after the placement and the processing of the articles of the current category are finished, a second category different from the first category under the first round of classification is set as the current category, and the specified space range is repeatedly subjected to region division so as to be used for carrying out two rounds of classification placement on the articles of the second category, so that the time-sharing multiplexing of the specified space range of the processed articles is realized, the efficiency of carrying out two rounds of classification placement on the articles is further improved, and the grid compartment separate-broadcasting efficiency in the existing community group-buying scene is improved.
Second embodiment
Corresponding to the article classification processing method provided in the first embodiment of the present application, a second embodiment of the present application also provides an article classification processing apparatus. Since the device embodiment is substantially similar to the first embodiment, it is relatively simple to describe, and reference may be made to some descriptions of the first embodiment for relevant points. The device embodiments described below are merely illustrative.
Please refer to fig. 3, which is a schematic diagram of an article sorting and processing apparatus according to a second embodiment of the present application.
The article sorting apparatus 300 includes:
a current category determining unit 301, configured to use a first category in the first round of classification as a current category;
a category number obtaining unit 302, configured to obtain a category number of the current category subjected to the second round of classification and a specific category included in the current category;
a partition assigning unit 303, configured to perform area division on a specified space range for processing the articles according to the number of classes of the second round of classification of the current class, to obtain space partitions corresponding to the number of classes, and assign a specific class of the corresponding second round of classification to each space partition;
a placement unit 304, configured to obtain articles of a current category, and place each article in the space partition according to a category of the second round classification to which each article belongs;
a returning unit 305, configured to set, after the articles in the current category are placed and processed, a second category different from the first category in the first round of classification as the current category, and return to the step of obtaining the number of categories and the specific categories included in the second round of classification of the current category.
Optionally, the method further includes: a first category determination unit; the first category determining unit is specifically configured to:
determining various categories under the first round of classification;
sorting the categories under the first round of classification to obtain sorting information of the categories under the first round of classification;
and determining the first category based on the sorting information of all categories under the first round of classification.
Optionally, the first category determining unit is specifically configured to:
obtaining information of each transportation route of the object to be processed;
taking each transportation route as a category, determining various categories under the first round of classification.

Corresponding to the article processing method of the first embodiment, a grid bin operation method is further provided in the third embodiment of the present application, and since the grid bin operation method has been specifically described in detail in the scene embodiment and the first embodiment, for related description, reference is made to the scene embodiment and the first embodiment, and details are not repeated here. The method embodiments described below are merely illustrative.
The grid bin operation method comprises the following steps:
firstly, carrying out first round classification on articles to be processed according to the transportation route information, and selecting a first class as a current class.
And then, according to each extraction position point under the transportation route corresponding to the current category, performing second-round classification on the articles to be processed, and acquiring the number of categories and specific categories of the second-round classification.
Then, according to the category number of the second round of classification of the current category, carrying out region division on the grid bin space to obtain space partitions corresponding to the category number of the first category, and assigning a specific category of the corresponding second round of classification for each space partition;
after each spatial partition is assigned with a specific class of the corresponding second round classification, for the items of the current class, the items are arranged in the spatial partition according to the class of the second round classification to which the items belong.
And finally, after the articles in the current category are placed and processed, setting a second category different from the first category under the first round of classification as the current category, returning to each extraction position point under the transportation route corresponding to the current category, performing second round of classification on the articles to be processed, and acquiring the number of categories and specific categories of the second round of classification.
Fourth embodiment
Corresponding to the grid bin operation method provided in the third embodiment of the present application, a fourth embodiment of the present application also provides a grid bin operation device. Since the apparatus embodiment is substantially similar to the third embodiment, it is described in a relatively simple manner, and reference may be made to the partial description of the third embodiment for relevant points. The device embodiments described below are merely illustrative.
This net storehouse operation device includes:
the current category determining unit is used for carrying out first round classification on the articles to be processed according to the transportation route information and selecting a first category as a current category;
the category number obtaining unit is used for carrying out second-round classification on the articles to be processed according to each extraction position point under the transportation route corresponding to the current category, and obtaining the category number and the specific category of the second-round classification;
the partition assigning unit is used for carrying out region division on the grid bin space according to the class number of the second round of classification of the current class to obtain space partitions corresponding to the class number of the first class and assigning a specific class of the corresponding second round of classification for each space partition;
the arranging unit is used for arranging each article in the space subarea according to the class of the second round classification to which each article belongs aiming at the article in the current class;
and the returning unit is used for setting a second category different from the first category under the first round of classification as the current category after the articles in the current category are arranged and processed, returning to each extraction position point under the transportation route corresponding to the current category, performing second round of classification on the articles to be processed, and acquiring the number of categories and specific categories of the second round of classification.

Corresponding to the methods of the first and third embodiments of the present application, a fifth embodiment of the present application further provides an electronic device.
As shown in fig. 4, fig. 4 is a schematic view of an electronic device provided in a fifth embodiment of the present application.
In this embodiment, an alternative hardware structure of the electronic device 400 may be as shown in fig. 4, including: at least one processor 401, at least one memory 402 and at least one communication bus 405; the memory 402 contains a program 403 and data 404.
The bus 405 may be a communication device for transmitting data between components inside the electronic device 400, such as an internal bus (e.g., a CPU-memory bus, a Central Processing Unit (CPU), for short), an external bus (e.g., a universal serial bus port, a peripheral component interconnect express port), and the like.
In addition, the electronic device further includes: at least one network interface 406, at least one peripheral interface 407. A network interface 406 to provide wired or wireless communication with respect to an external network 408 (e.g., the internet, an intranet, a local area network, a mobile communications network, etc.); in some embodiments, the network interface 406 may include any number of Network Interface Controllers (NIC), radio Frequency (RF) modules, repeaters, transceivers, modems, routers, gateways, any combination of wired network adapters, wireless network adapters, bluetooth adapters, infrared adapters, near Field Communication (NFC) adapters, cellular network chips, and the like.
The peripheral interface 407 is used to connect to peripherals, such as peripheral 1 (409 in fig. 4), peripheral 2 (410 in fig. 4) and peripheral 3 (411 in fig. 4). Peripherals are peripheral devices that may include, but are not limited to, cursor control devices (e.g., a mouse, touchpad, or touch screen), keyboards, displays (e.g., cathode ray tube displays, liquid crystal displays). A display or light emitting diode display, a video input device (e.g., a camera or an input interface communicatively coupled to a video archive), etc.
The processor 401 may be a CPU, or an Application Specific Integrated Circuit ASIC (Application Specific Integrated Circuit), or one or more Integrated circuits configured to implement embodiments of the present Application.
The Memory 402 may comprise a high-speed RAM (Random Access Memory) Memory, and may further comprise a non-volatile Memory (non-volatile Memory), such as at least one disk Memory.
The processor 401 calls the program and data stored in the memory 402 to execute the method for grid bin operation in the method for sorting and processing articles according to the embodiment of the present application.
Sixth embodiment
In correspondence with the first embodiment and the method of the third embodiment, a sixth embodiment of the present application further provides a computer storage medium, where a computer program is stored, and the computer program is executed by a processor to execute the method for grid-bin operation of the method for sorting articles provided by the embodiment of the present application.

1. An article classification processing method, characterized by comprising:
taking a first category under the first round of classification as a current category;
acquiring the number of categories and the specific categories contained in the current category which is subjected to the second round of classification;
according to the category number of the second round of classification of the current category, performing region division on a specified space range for processing articles to obtain space partitions corresponding to the category number, and assigning a specific category of the corresponding second round of classification for each space partition;
obtaining the articles of the current category, and arranging each article in the space subarea according to the category of the second round classification to which each article belongs;
and after the articles in the current category are placed and processed, setting a second category different from the first category under the first round of classification as the current category, and returning to the step of acquiring the number of categories and the specific categories contained in the second round of classification of the current category.
2. The method of claim 1, further comprising:
determining various categories under the first round of classification;
sorting the categories under the first round of classification to obtain sorting information of the categories under the first round of classification;
determining the first category based on the ranking information of the categories under the first round of classification.
3. The method of claim 2, wherein determining the categories under the first round of classification comprises:
obtaining information of each transportation route of the object to be processed;
taking each transportation route as a category, determining various categories under the first round of classification.
4. The method of claim 3, wherein the obtaining the number of classes and the specific classes included in the second round of classification of the current class comprises:
acquiring each extracted position point under the transportation route based on the transportation route corresponding to the current category;
and taking each extracted position point as a specific class for further carrying out second-round classification on the current class, so as to determine the number of classes of the second-round classification and the contained specific class.
5. The method of claim 1, wherein the assigning each spatial partition a corresponding second round of classified specific category comprises:
