The positions of the rest position points are set by all people through the main terminal in advance (the positions of the rest position points are manually input or are obtained through the positioning function of the main terminal) and are recorded in a local database of the server, and one or more rest position points can be provided.

According to the method, when a control request of a visitor terminal to the intelligent household appliance is received, the granted permission type granted by the owner to the visitor terminal is obtained; if the granted permission type of the visitor terminal is no permission, the control request is refused; if the grant permission type of the visitor terminal is the visitor permission, executing: acquiring the position and the restriction type of the requested intelligent household appliance; adjusting the real-time authority of the visitor terminal to the requested intelligent household appliance according to the position and the restriction type; responding or refusing the control request according to the real-time authority; therefore, the use permission of the visitor to each intelligent household appliance can be automatically and reasonably adjusted, and the intelligent degree is higher; wherein, all people only need once authorize the visitor can, need not to authorize respectively to various intelligent household electrical appliances, convenient operation, and can avoid the visitor to control the intelligent household electrical appliances in the private space to avoid the visitor to use the great intelligent household electrical appliances of noise and influence the condition that the owner family had a rest when the owner family had a rest.
Referring to fig. 2, the present application provides an intelligent household appliance temporary authorization management apparatus, which is applied to a server, where the server is in communication connection with a plurality of intelligent household appliances of the same owner, and includes:
the first acquisition module 1 is used for acquiring the granted permission type granted by an owner to the visitor terminal when receiving a control request of the visitor terminal to the intelligent household appliance;
the first execution module 2 is used for refusing the control request when the grant permission type of the visitor terminal is no permission; when the grant permission type of the visitor terminal is the visitor permission, executing:
acquiring the position and the restriction type of the requested intelligent household appliance;
adjusting the real-time authority of the visitor terminal to the requested intelligent household appliance according to the position and the restriction type;
and responding or refusing the control request according to the real-time authority.
After the owner of the intelligent household appliance uniformly authorizes the visitor, when the visitor uses the specific intelligent household appliance, the server adjusts the real-time permission of the visitor according to the specific position and the limitation type of the intelligent household appliance to be used by the visitor, and finally grants or refuses to grant the control right according to the real-time permission, so that the use permission of the visitor to each intelligent household appliance can be automatically and reasonably adjusted, and the intelligent degree is high.
Where the guest terminal may be any user equipment capable of interacting with the server through any form of wired and/or wireless connection (e.g., wi-Fi, LAN, cellular, coaxial, etc.), including but not limited to: smart phones, non-smart phones, tablets, laptop personal computers, desktop personal computers, minicomputers, midrange computers, mainframe computers, and the like.
The server may be an independent device or a cluster server.
The grant permission type of the visitor terminal may be set by an owner of the smart appliance through the host terminal (after the setting is made in the host terminal, the setting result is sent to the server, or the setting is made through a service platform provided by the host terminal at the server), and the host terminal may be any user equipment capable of interacting with the server through any form of wired and/or wireless connection (for example, wi-Fi, LAN, cellular, coaxial cable, etc.), including but not limited to: smart phones, non-smart phones, tablets, laptop personal computers, desktop personal computers, minicomputers, midrange computers, mainframe computers, and the like.
The owner may refer to a specific natural person, or may refer to a user of the user account registered in the server (the same account may be used by a plurality of persons under common management).
In some embodiments, the control request includes identity information of the guest terminal and identity information of the requested smart appliance;
when acquiring the grant permission type granted by the owner to the visitor terminal, the first acquiring module 1 executes:
calling a white list established by all persons according to the identity information of the requested intelligent household appliances;
and inquiring the grant permission type of the visitor terminal in the white list according to the identity information of the visitor terminal.
The white list can be generated by the owner in the main terminal and then sent to the server, or the white list can be set and generated by the owner in a service platform provided by the server through the main terminal, and the server stores the white list in a local database. The white list records identity information (such as, but not limited to, ID information, MAC addresses, etc.) of each intelligent appliance, identity information (such as, but not limited to, ID information, MAC addresses, etc.) of a plurality of terminals, and corresponding grant authority types. The granted right type includes, for example, but is not limited to, a visitor right, a family member right, an owner right, and the like. Generally, the visitor permission is time-sensitive and is valid only within a set valid time period (the valid time period is recorded in a white list); the family member authority has no timeliness, and is effective as long as the family member authority is not moved out of the white list; the authority of the owner is the authority of the owner of the intelligent household appliance, the time effectiveness is avoided, and the authority range comprises the authority for setting the visitor authority and the family member authority.
The visitor terminal identifies the graphic code through a special APP or an applet (such as a WeChat applet) to obtain the identity information of the intelligent household appliance so as to generate a control request; or, the intelligent household appliance broadcasts the Bluetooth signal in real time in a dormant state, the Bluetooth signal contains the identity information of the intelligent household appliance, and the visitor terminal scans the broadcast Bluetooth signal through a special APP or an applet to obtain the identity information of the intelligent household appliance so as to generate a control request.
The server calls a white list recorded with the identity information of the requested intelligent household appliance from a local database, and inquires the granted authority type of the visitor terminal from the white list according to the identity information of the visitor terminal.
It should be noted that, if the identity information of the guest terminal is not recorded in the white list, the granted permission type of the guest terminal is determined as no permission.
In some preferred embodiments, the guest permissions are time-sensitive and only valid for a set validity period (the validity period is recorded in the white list);
thus, the first execution module 2, before obtaining the location and restriction type of the requested intelligent appliance, further executes:
determining an effective time period of the visitor terminal according to the white list;
if the current time is within the effective time period, executing subsequent functional operation, otherwise, rejecting the control request.
In some embodiments, the location of each intelligent appliance is uploaded to the server by all persons or intelligent appliances (intelligent appliances with positioning modules) in advance, and is recorded in a local database by the server; the restriction types of the respective intelligent home appliances are set by the owner in advance through the main terminal and recorded in the local database of the server. Thus, the first execution module 2 directly extracts the location and restriction type of the requested intelligent appliance from the local database when acquiring the location and restriction type of the requested intelligent appliance.
In practice, the location of the intelligent appliance may also be queried from the server to the intelligent appliance (specifically, sending location query information to the requested intelligent appliance to obtain the positioning information sent back by the intelligent appliance to obtain its location).
Preferably, the first executing module 2 executes, when adjusting the real-time permission of the guest terminal to the requested smart appliance according to the location and the restriction type:
judging whether the requested intelligent household appliance is positioned in a preset forbidden zone or not according to the position (of the requested intelligent household appliance);
if so, adjusting the real-time authority of the visitor terminal to the requested intelligent household appliance to be no authority;
if not, adjusting the real-time authority of the visitor terminal to the requested intelligent household appliance according to the position, the limitation type and the current time.
The preset forbidden zone is generally a private space of a host (namely an owner of the intelligent household appliance), the real-time authority of the visitor to the intelligent household appliance in the private space is automatically adjusted to be no authority, the condition that the visitor can control the intelligent household appliance in the private space of the host can be effectively avoided, and the reasonability of authorization management is improved.
The range of the preset forbidden zone is preset by an owner of the intelligent household appliance and is recorded in a local database of the server. There may be one or more than one of the predetermined forbidden zones.
Further, the restriction type is a restriction type or a non-restriction type;
the first execution module 2 executes the following steps when adjusting the real-time authority of the visitor terminal to the requested intelligent household appliance according to the position, the restriction type and the current time:
if the limitation type of the requested intelligent household appliance is a non-limitation type, adjusting the real-time authority of the visitor terminal to the requested intelligent household appliance to be authorized;
if the restriction type of the requested intelligent household appliance is the restriction type, judging whether the current time is in the allowed use period, if so, adjusting the real-time authority of the visitor terminal to the requested intelligent household appliance to be authorized, otherwise, adjusting the real-time authority of the visitor terminal to the requested intelligent household appliance according to the position.
Generally, the intelligent household appliances with the restricted type and the non-restricted type are devices with relatively high noise in operation (i.e. all people are regarded as devices with high noise), and the intelligent household appliances with the non-restricted type and the non-restricted type are devices with relatively low noise in operation (i.e. all people are regarded as devices with low noise), so that the intelligent household appliances with the non-restricted type are allowed to be used in any time period, and for the intelligent household appliances with the restricted type, whether the intelligent household appliances can be used or not needs to be determined according to whether the current time is in the allowed use time period, so that the situation that visitors use the intelligent household appliances with relatively high noise to affect the rest of the owner when the owner has the rest can be effectively avoided, and the reasonability of authorization management is further improved.
Wherein, the allowed use period can be set by the owner of the intelligent household appliance through the main terminal in advance and recorded in a local database of the server. The time period from 8 am to 10 pm is a permitted usage period, but not limited thereto. The permitted usage period may be a continuous period or may include a plurality of discontinuous time periods.
Further, in the case that the restriction type of the requested smart appliance is a restriction type, the first execution module 2, while adjusting the real-time permission of the guest terminal to the requested smart appliance according to the location, executes:
acquiring the noise influence range of the requested intelligent household appliance;
judging whether a preset rest position point exists in the noise influence range;
if yes, the real-time authority of the visitor terminal to the requested intelligent household appliance is adjusted to be no authority, otherwise, the real-time authority of the visitor terminal to the requested intelligent household appliance is adjusted to be authority.
In fact, if the distance of intelligence family ionization rest person is far away, the noise of intelligence household electrical appliances during operation can not lead to the fact the influence to rest person, allows the visitor to use this intelligence household electrical appliances this moment, neither can influence main family rest, also can not lead to the fact inconvenience to the visitor, further improves the rationality of authorizing the management.
The noise influence range of each intelligent household appliance can be preset by all people through the main terminal and recorded in a local database of the server, so that the noise influence range can be directly extracted from the local database; this can be set, for example, in the following way: the method comprises the steps that a Bluetooth broadcasting function is started while an intelligent household appliance works, an owner of the intelligent household appliance moves to a position where noise recognized by the owner is low enough, then an RSSI (signal strength value) value of a Bluetooth signal broadcasted by the intelligent household appliance is identified through a main terminal, the main terminal calculates the distance between the owner and the intelligent household appliance currently according to the RSSI value (the RSSI value is the prior art, and the RSSI value is not detailed here) and sends the distance to a server, or the main terminal sends the RSSI value to the server and calculates the distance between the owner and the intelligent household appliance currently according to the RSSI value, and a spherical area with the distance as a radius is used as a noise influence range of the intelligent household appliance.
The noise influence range of each intelligent household appliance can also be obtained by the server through obtaining the noise level of the intelligent household appliance from the network according to the requested model information of the intelligent household appliance and then calculating according to the noise level. For example, a noise level of each home appliance and a safe distance acceptable to people (i.e., a distance at which the heard noise is considered to be sufficiently low) are counted by means of big data statistics, so that a change curve of the safe distance with the noise level is obtained by fitting, when a noise influence range is calculated, a corresponding safe distance is calculated according to the noise level of the intelligent home appliance and the change curve, and a spherical area with the intelligent home appliance as a center and the safe distance as a radius is used as the noise influence range of the intelligent home appliance.
The positions of the rest position points are set by all people through the main terminal in advance (the positions of the rest position points are manually input or are obtained through the positioning function of the main terminal) and are recorded in a local database of the server, and one or more rest position points can be provided.
Specifically, the first execution module 2 executes, when responding to or rejecting the control request according to the real-time right:
if the real-time authority is not authority, rejecting the control request;
and if the real-time authority is authorized, responding to the control request.
In some embodiments, responding to the control request specifically includes: and sending an unlocking instruction to the requested intelligent household appliance so as to unlock the control panel of the intelligent household appliance.
In some other embodiments, responding to the control request specifically includes: and sending a one-time authority token aiming at the requested intelligent household appliance to the visitor terminal. The visitor terminal can utilize the permission token to negotiate with the corresponding intelligent household appliance through a secret key, the intelligent household appliance is unlocked after the negotiation is passed, and the permission token is invalid after the unlocking is successful, so that the permission token is required to be obtained through the server again when the intelligent household appliance is required to be used again next time.
In other embodiments, the control request includes specific control content (such as temperature of an air conditioner, operation mode of a washing machine, etc.), and responding to the control request specifically includes: and generating a control instruction according to the control content in the control request, and sending the control instruction to the requested intelligent household appliance to enable the intelligent household appliance to execute corresponding operation.
As can be seen from the above, the temporary authorization management device for the intelligent household appliance obtains the authorization permission type granted by the owner to the visitor terminal when receiving the control request of the visitor terminal to the intelligent household appliance; if the granted permission type of the visitor terminal is no permission, the control request is refused; if the grant permission type of the visitor terminal is the visitor permission, executing: acquiring the position and the restriction type of the requested intelligent household appliance; adjusting the real-time authority of the visitor terminal to the requested intelligent household appliance according to the position and the restriction type; responding or refusing the control request according to the real-time authority; therefore, the use permission of the visitor to each intelligent household appliance can be automatically and reasonably adjusted, and the intelligent degree is higher; wherein, all people only need once authorize the visitor can, need not to authorize respectively to various intelligent household electrical appliances, convenient operation, and can avoid the visitor to control the intelligent household electrical appliances in the private space to avoid the visitor to use the great intelligent household electrical appliances of noise and influence the condition that the owner family had a rest when the owner family had a rest.
Referring to fig. 3, fig. 3 is a schematic structural diagram of an electronic device according to an embodiment of the present disclosure, where the present disclosure provides an electronic device, including: the processor 301 and the memory 302, the processor 301 and the memory 302 are interconnected and communicate with each other through the communication bus 303 and/or other types of connection mechanisms (not shown), the memory 302 stores a computer program executable by the processor 301, and when the electronic device runs, the processor 301 executes the computer program to execute the intelligent household appliance temporary authorization management method in any optional implementation manner of the foregoing embodiment, so as to implement the following functions: when a control request of a visitor terminal to an intelligent household appliance is received, acquiring a granted permission type granted by an owner to the visitor terminal; if the granted permission type of the visitor terminal is no permission, the control request is refused; if the granted permission type of the visitor terminal is the visitor permission, executing: acquiring the position and the limitation type of the requested intelligent household appliance; adjusting the real-time authority of the visitor terminal to the requested intelligent household appliance according to the position and the restriction type; and responding or rejecting the control request according to the real-time authority.
Referring to fig. 4, the present application provides an intelligent household appliance temporary authorization management system, which includes a server 100, a plurality of intelligent household appliances 101 belonging to the same owner, and a guest terminal 102, where the guest terminal 102 and each intelligent household appliance 101 are in communication connection with the server 100;
the guest terminal 102 is configured to send a control request for the smart appliance 101 to the server 100 (the specific process may refer to the corresponding steps in the foregoing smart appliance temporary authorization management method);
the server 100 is configured to, when receiving a control request sent by the guest terminal 102, obtain a grant permission type granted by an owner to the guest terminal 102, reject the control request if the grant permission type of the guest terminal 102 is no permission, and if the grant permission type of the guest terminal 102 is a guest permission, execute: acquiring the position and the limitation type of the requested intelligent household appliance 101; adjusting the real-time authority of the visitor terminal 102 to the requested intelligent household appliance 101 according to the position and the restriction type; and responding or rejecting the control request according to the real-time authority (the specific process can refer to the corresponding steps in the intelligent household appliance temporary authorization management method).
After the owner of the intelligent household appliance 101 uniformly authorizes the visitors, when the visitors use specific intelligent household appliances 101, the server 100 adjusts the real-time permission of the visitors according to specific positions and restriction types of the intelligent household appliances 101 to be used by the visitors, and finally grants or refuses to grant the control right according to the real-time permission, so that the use permission of the visitors to the intelligent household appliances 101 can be automatically and reasonably adjusted, and the intelligent degree is high.
Therein, the guest terminal 102 may be any user equipment capable of interacting with the server 100 through any form of wired and/or wireless connection (e.g., wi-Fi, LAN, cellular, coaxial cable, etc.), including but not limited to: smart phones, non-smart phones, tablet computers, laptop personal computers, desktop personal computers, minicomputers, mid-sized computers, mainframe computers, and the like.
The server 100 may be an independent device or a cluster server.
In some embodiments, the intelligent household appliance temporary authorization management system further includes a host terminal 103 (see fig. 4) communicatively connected to the server 100.
The grant permission type of the guest terminal 102 may be set by an owner of the smart appliance through the host terminal 103 (after the setting is performed in the host terminal 103, the setting result is sent to the server 100, or the setting is performed through a service platform provided by the host terminal 103 at the server 100), and the host terminal 103 may be any user equipment capable of interacting with the server 100 through any form of wired and/or wireless connection (e.g., wi-Fi, LAN, cellular, coaxial cable, etc.), including but not limited to: smart phones, non-smart phones, tablets, laptop personal computers, desktop personal computers, minicomputers, midrange computers, mainframe computers, and the like.
The owner may refer to a specific natural person, or may refer to a user of a user account registered in the server (the same account may be managed and used by multiple persons).
In the embodiments provided in the present application, it should be understood that the disclosed apparatus and method may be implemented in other ways. 3. The method as claimed in claim 1, wherein the step of adjusting the real-time authority of the requested smart appliance by the guest terminal according to the location in case that the restriction type of the requested smart appliance is a restrictive type comprises:
acquiring the noise influence range of the requested intelligent household appliance;
judging whether a preset rest position point exists in the noise influence range;
if yes, adjusting the real-time authority of the visitor terminal to the requested intelligent household appliance to be no authority, otherwise, adjusting the real-time authority of the visitor terminal to the requested intelligent household appliance to be authority.

the first obtaining module executes the following steps when obtaining the granted permission type granted by the owner to the visitor terminal: calling a white list established by all people according to the requested identity information of the intelligent household appliance;
and inquiring the grant permission type of the visitor terminal in the white list according to the identity information of the visitor terminal.

An electronic device, comprising a processor and a memory, wherein the memory stores a computer program executable by the processor, and the processor executes the computer program to perform the steps of the intelligent household appliance temporary authorization management method according to any one of claims 1 to 3.

A temporary authorization management system for intelligent household appliances comprises a server, a plurality of intelligent household appliances belonging to the same owner and a visitor terminal, wherein the visitor terminal and each intelligent household appliance are in communication connection with the server; the system is characterized in that the visitor terminal is used for sending a control request for the intelligent household appliance to the server;
the server is used for obtaining the granted permission type granted by the owner by the visitor terminal when receiving the control request sent by the visitor terminal, refusing the control request if the granted permission type of the visitor terminal is no permission, and executing if the granted permission type of the visitor terminal is visitor permission:
