Detailed Description
Embodiments of the present application are described in detail below, examples of which are illustrated in the accompanying drawings, wherein like or similar reference numerals refer to like or similar elements or elements having like or similar functions throughout. The embodiments described below by referring to the drawings are illustrative and intended to explain the present application and should not be construed as limiting the application.
The following describes a home appliance control method, a home appliance control device and a home appliance according to an embodiment of the present application with reference to the accompanying drawings.
Fig. 1 is a flowchart of a method for controlling a home appliance according to an embodiment of the present application.
The home appliance control method of the embodiment is applied to a home appliance control device, and the home appliance control device is located on a home appliance side.
As shown in fig. 1, the home appliance control method may be executed by a processor of a home appliance, and specifically includes the following steps:
step 101, a remote control request is received.
In the embodiment of the application, remote control can be understood as remote control of the operation of the home appliance through an Application (APP) installed on the terminal device.
The terminal device may be a personal computer (Personal Computer, abbreviated as PC), a cloud device, a mobile device, etc., and the mobile device may be a mobile phone, a tablet computer, a personal digital assistant, a wearable device, a vehicle-mounted device, etc. with various hardware devices including an operating system, a touch screen, and/or a display screen.
In the embodiment of the application, when the terminal equipment needs to remotely control the household electrical equipment, the household electrical equipment receives a remote control request sent by the terminal equipment through communication connection pre-established with the terminal equipment.
Note that, the communication connection between the home appliance and the terminal device may be implemented through a wireless local area network (Wireless Local Area Networks, abbreviated as WLAN), which is not limited in this embodiment. The remote control between the home appliance and the terminal device includes, but is not limited to, controlling a switch of the home appliance, controlling an operation time of the home appliance, controlling an operation mode of the home appliance, and the like, which is not limited in this embodiment.
Step 102, inquiring to determine that the control moment of receiving the remote control request is in a target period; wherein the target period is a set remote control permission period.
In the embodiment of the application, the target period for remotely controlling the household electrical appliance can be preset according to the use preference, habit, working time and the like of the user, so that the remote control of the household electrical appliance is realized in the target period. That is, the period of time for allowing the terminal device to remotely control the home appliance may be preset, for example, may be set to an operating period of 8:00-18:00, or may be set to a noon break period of 12:00-14:00, which is not limited herein.
Specifically, after receiving a remote control request sent by a terminal device, the home appliance inquires whether the control time when the remote control request is received is in a target period, so as to determine whether to control the home appliance in response to the remote control request.
As a possible case, after receiving the remote control request sent by the terminal device, the home appliance determines, by querying, that the control time when the remote control request is received is not within the target period. Under the condition, the household appliance refuses to respond to the remote control request, and sends prompt information refusing to execute to the terminal equipment sending the remote control request, so that a user knows that the household appliance does not execute the control instruction of the remote control request according to the prompt information received by the terminal equipment, and the user can be reminded to send the remote control request to the household appliance again in the target period to control the household appliance.
For example, if the preset target period is 8:00-18:00, after the home appliance receives the remote control request sent by the terminal device, by querying to determine that the control time when the remote control request is received is 7:40, it may be determined that the control time when the remote control request is received is not in the preset target period. At this time, the home appliance refuses to respond to the control instruction in the remote control request, and sends prompt information refusing to execute to the terminal device sending the remote control request, so as to prompt the user to control the home appliance in a preset target period.
As another possible case, after receiving the remote control request sent by the terminal device, the home appliance determines that the control time when the remote control request is received is within the target period by querying. In this case, the implementation procedure of step 103 is sequentially performed.
For example, if the preset target period is 8:00-18:00, after the home appliance receives the remote control request sent by the terminal device, the control time when the remote control request is received may be determined to be within the target period by querying to determine that the control time when the remote control request is received is 9:40. At this time, the home appliance responds to the received remote control request, and executes the control instruction carried by the remote control request.
And step 103, responding to the remote control request, and controlling the household appliance to execute the control instruction carried by the remote control request.
Specifically, when the control moment of the remote control request received by the household appliance is determined to be in the target period, the processor of the household appliance responds to the remote control request to control the household appliance to execute the control instruction carried by the remote control request.
For example, when the home appliance is a laundry treatment apparatus, the control command carried by the remote control request may be to control the laundry treatment apparatus to start to perform a washing, rinsing or drying process, or may be to control the laundry treatment apparatus to stop running, etc. If the laundry treating device receives a control instruction carried in the remote control request to control the laundry treating device to start to execute the washing course, the processor of the laundry treating device controls the laundry treating device to start to execute the washing course in response to the remote control request when it is determined that the control time of the remote control request is in the target period.
According to the household appliance control method, the remote control request is received, the control moment when the remote control request is received is inquired to be determined to be in the target period, wherein the target period is the set remote control permission period, and the household appliance is controlled to execute the control instruction carried by the remote control request in response to the remote control request. The method realizes that when the moment of receiving the remote control instruction by the household appliance is determined to be in the target period, the household appliance is controlled to execute the control instruction carried by the remote control request, so that the technical problem that the household appliance is controlled remotely when the household appliance receives the remote control instruction and is not in the target period due to leakage of household appliance information is avoided, and the use safety of a user is ensured.
On the basis of the embodiment shown in fig. 1, in a possible scenario, the remote control request received by the home appliance may further carry indication information of the terminal position, where in this case, whether the home appliance responds to the remote control request may be determined according to the control time and the terminal position of the home appliance that receives the remote control request. The following describes the above process in detail with reference to fig. 2, and fig. 2 is a schematic flow chart of another home appliance control method according to an embodiment of the present application.
As shown in fig. 2, the home appliance control method may include the steps of:
step 201, a remote control request is received.
In the embodiment of the present application, the implementation process of step 201 may refer to the implementation process of step 101 in the above embodiment, which is not described herein again.
In one possible case, the remote control request received by the home appliance carries indication information for indicating the position of the terminal device controlling the home appliance. Thus, after the home appliance receives the remote control request, the location of the terminal device that sent the remote control request can be determined.
Step 202, it is determined whether the control time point at which the remote control request is received is in a target period.
Specifically, after receiving a remote control request sent by a terminal device, the home appliance inquires whether the control moment of receiving the remote control request is in a target period or not, so as to determine whether to control the home appliance in response to the remote control request.
In one possible case, when it is queried to determine that the control moment at which the remote control request is received is at the target period, then execution continues with step 203.
In another possible case, when the control time point when the remote control request is received is not in the target period, the step 205 is continued.
Step 203, determining whether the terminal position is within the target range.
Specifically, after determining that the control time of the home appliance receiving the remote control request is in the target period, further, determining whether the home appliance is controlled in response to the remote control request by inquiring whether the terminal position indicated by the indication information of the terminal position carried by the remote control request is in the target range. Wherein the target range is a preset area range allowing remote control.
Alternatively, the target range may be an area in which a fixed position is determined, and the fixed position is centered, and the preset distance is a radius. Such as: the fixed location is the corporate location of the user.
In one possible scenario, if the determined terminal location is not within the target range, step 205 is performed.
In another possible case, the query determines that the terminal location is within the target range, step 204 is performed.
For example, if the user sets the target range as the company surrounding area, when the terminal position indicated by the indication information of the terminal position carried in the remote control request received by the home appliance is not in the company surrounding area, the home appliance refuses to respond to the remote control request, and when the determined terminal position is in the company surrounding area, the home appliance can respond to the remote control request.
It should be noted that, in the embodiment of the present application, the execution sequence of step 202 and step 203 is not limited, and whether the control time when the remote control request is received is within the target period may be determined first, and then whether the terminal position is within the target range may be determined; or judging whether the position of the terminal is within the target range, and then judging whether the control moment of receiving the remote control request is within the target period.
And step 204, responding to the remote control request, and controlling the household appliance to execute the control instruction carried by the remote control request.
In the embodiment of the present application, the implementation process of step 204 may refer to the implementation process of step 103 in the above embodiment, which is not described herein.
Step 205, refusing to respond to the remote control request, and sending a prompt message refusing to execute to the terminal sending the remote control request.
The prompt information may include: the household appliance cannot be remotely controlled when the household appliance is not in the target period, and the household appliance is requested to be remotely controlled in the target period; or the household appliance is not in the target range, cannot be controlled remotely, and is requested to be controlled remotely in the target range; or, if the home appliance is not in the target period, confirming whether to continue to remotely control the home appliance; or, the content is not within the target range, and whether to continue remote control of the home appliance or the like is checked.
In a first possible scenario, after receiving a remote control request sent by a terminal device, the home appliance determines, through querying, that a control time when the remote control request is received is not within a target period. In this case, the home appliance refuses to respond to the remote control request, and transmits a prompt message refusing to execute to the terminal device transmitting the remote control request.
In a second possible scenario, after the home appliance receives the remote control request sent by the terminal device, it is determined by querying that the control time when the remote control request is received is within the target period, but it is determined by querying that the terminal device sending the remote control request is not within the target range. In this case, the home appliance refuses to respond to the remote control request, and transmits a prompt message refusing to execute to the terminal device transmitting the remote control request.
In a third possible scenario, after the home appliance receives the remote control request sent by the terminal device, it is determined by querying that the terminal device sending the remote control request is within the target range, but it is determined by querying that the control time when the remote control request is received is not within the target period. In this case, the home appliance refuses to respond to the remote control request, and transmits a prompt message refusing to execute to the terminal device transmitting the remote control request.
After the home appliance sends the prompt message of refusing to execute to the terminal device sending the remote control request, if the user determines that the home appliance can be controlled to execute the control instruction according to the prompt message received by the terminal device, the home appliance is controlled to respond to the remote control request and execute the control instruction carried by the remote control request. Therefore, the method and the device can realize that the time of receiving the remote control request is not in a preset target period and/or the terminal equipment is not in a target range, and can also remotely control the household appliance through the terminal equipment.
If the user determines that the home appliance can be continuously controlled to execute the control instruction according to the prompt information received by the terminal equipment, the method comprises the following steps: and the user performs identity verification according to the prompt information received by the terminal equipment, and determines to continuously control the household appliance to execute the control instruction after the identity verification is successful.
For example, if the preset target range is a surrounding area of the company, the user sends a remote control request to the home appliance through the terminal device when the holiday is not in the company, and determines that the terminal device sending the remote control request is not in the target range through the query. At this time, the home appliance refuses to respond to the remote control request and transmits a prompt message refusing to execute to the terminal device transmitting the remote control request. However, if the user wants to continue to remotely control the home appliance, after receiving the prompt information of refusing to execute, the terminal device determines that the home appliance can continue to be controlled to execute the control instruction, so as to realize that the control home appliance responds to the remote control request to execute the control instruction carried by the remote control request.
Step 206, statistics is performed on the received historical remote control requests to generate user preference information.
The user preference information comprises a mapping relation between the position of the terminal and the control instruction and/or a mapping relation between the control moment and the control instruction.
In the embodiment of the application, after the home appliance is remotely controlled by the terminal equipment for a period of time, the historical remote control requests received by the home appliance can be counted to generate the user preference information. Because the remote control request received by the home appliance carries the indication information of the terminal position, the generated user preference information can comprise a mapping relation between the terminal position and the control instruction and/or a mapping relation between the control moment and the control instruction.
In a possible case, the processor of the home appliance may count the historical remote control requests received by the home appliance, and generate a mapping relationship between the terminal position and the control instruction according to the indication information and the control instruction of the terminal position carried by the historical remote control requests. For example, when the home appliance is a laundry processing apparatus, if the indication information of the terminal position carried by the history remote control request is a company and the control instruction is to wash and dry laundry, a company-to-wash and dry laundry map may be generated.
In another possible case, the processor of the home appliance may further count control moments of the history remote control request received by the home appliance, and generate a mapping relationship between the control moments and the control instructions according to the control moments and the control instructions of the received history control request. For example, when the home appliance is a laundry machine, if the control time for receiving the history control request is mostly 8:00-9:00, and the control instruction is to wash and dry the laundry, the mapping relationship of 8:00-9:00-wash and dry the laundry may be generated.
In still another possible case, the processor of the home appliance may also perform statistics on the indication information and the control instruction of the terminal position carried by the history remote control request and the control time of receiving the remote control request at the same time, so as to generate a mapping relationship between the terminal position and the control time and the control instruction. Also taking the above example as an example, a mapping relationship of companies-8:00-9:00-washing and drying laundry may be generated.
In addition, the user preference information may further include at least one of a common control period in which the control frequency is greater than the threshold frequency, a common terminal position in which the control frequency is greater than the threshold frequency, and a common control instruction in which the control frequency is greater than the threshold frequency.
It can be understood that the processor of the home appliance counts the historical remote control requests received by the home appliance, and can count the frequency of the remote control instructions received by the home appliance, and determine at least one of a common control period with a control frequency greater than a threshold frequency, a common terminal position with a control frequency greater than the threshold frequency, and a common control instruction with a control frequency greater than the threshold frequency according to a preset threshold frequency.
Step 207, according to the subsequently received remote control request, determining that the remote control request does not match with the user preference information, and sending a notification message.
In the embodiment of the application, after the historical remote control requests received by the household appliance are counted to generate the user preference information, when the user preference information is not matched with the subsequent received remote control requests, the notification message is sent to the terminal equipment, so that the user can confirm whether the remote control is continuously executed or not according to the notification message received by the terminal equipment, and the terminal can be requested to carry out identity verification so as to determine whether the remote control request which is received by the household appliance and is not matched with the user preference information is sent by the terminal equipment or not, thereby ensuring the use safety of the user.
Optionally, if the terminal device receives the notification message, the user confirms that the remote control request is sent by the terminal device, and determines that the remote control command is continuously executed, the home appliance receives a notification response sent by the terminal device, determines that the terminal identity verification passes and determines to execute remote control according to the notification response, and further controls the home appliance to operate in response to the subsequently received remote control request.
There may be a case that after the historical remote control requests received by the home appliance are counted to generate user preference information, when the user preference information is determined to match with the user preference information according to the subsequently received remote control requests, the home appliance is controlled to operate in response to the subsequently received remote control requests.
According to the household appliance control method, whether the control moment of the received remote control request is in the target period or not is judged through the household appliance, whether the control moment of the received remote control request is in the target range or not is judged, if the control moment is in the target period and the terminal position is in the target range or not, the control instruction carried by the remote control request is controlled to be executed by the household appliance in response to the remote control request, otherwise, the response to the remote control request is refused, a prompt message refused to be executed is sent to the terminal sending the remote control request, further, statistics is carried out on the received historical remote control request to generate user preference information, mismatching with the user preference information is determined according to the subsequently received remote control request, and a notification message is sent. Therefore, whether the remote control request is sent by the terminal equipment bound with the household appliance or not can be determined through the terminal position and the control instruction carried in the remote control request received by the household appliance and the control moment of receiving the control request, so that the use safety of a user is ensured.
As a possible scenario, based on the embodiment described in fig. 1, referring to fig. 3, after step 103, the following steps may be further included:
step 301, statistics are performed on the received historical remote control requests to generate a common control period with a control frequency greater than a threshold frequency.
Specifically, after the terminal device remotely controls the home appliance for a period of time, the processor of the home appliance may count the historical remote control requests that the home appliance has received, and generate a common control period with a control frequency greater than the threshold frequency according to the control time when the home appliance receives the historical remote control requests.
For example, if the threshold frequency of receiving the remote control request by the home appliance is 5 times, the historical remote control requests received in a certain period of time of the home appliance are counted to obtain that the control frequency of the certain period of time is 8 times, and the period of time can be used as the common control period because the control frequency in the certain period of time is greater than the preset threshold frequency.
Step 302, according to the subsequently received remote control request, determining that the corresponding control moment is within the target period and is not matched with the common control period, and sending a notification message.
Specifically, when the remote control request is subsequently received by the home appliance, the corresponding control time for receiving the remote control request is determined to be within the target period through inquiry, and a notification message is sent to the terminal device when the corresponding control time does not match the common control period. Therefore, the user confirms whether to continue to execute remote control according to the notification message received by the terminal equipment, and can also request the terminal to perform identity verification so as to determine whether the remote control request which is received by the household appliance and does not match with the user preference information is sent by the terminal equipment, so that the use safety of the user is ensured.
For example, if the target period is 8:00-18:00, the common control period is 8:00-9:00, and the control time of the remote control request received by the home appliance is 9:50, it may be determined that the control time is within the target period and does not match the common control period, and in this case, a notification message is sent to the terminal device.
In one scenario, if the terminal device receives the notification message, the user confirms that the remote control request is sent by the terminal device bound to the home appliance, and determines to continue to execute the remote control instruction, the home appliance receives a notification response sent by the terminal device, determines that the terminal identity verification passes and determines to execute remote control according to the notification response, and further controls the home appliance to run in response to the subsequently received remote control request.
In another scenario, if the terminal device receives the notification message, the user confirms that the remote control request is not sent by the terminal device bound to the home appliance, and the home appliance receives rejection response information sent by the terminal device, so that the home appliance rejects to respond to the remote control request, thereby ensuring the use safety of the user.
According to the household appliance control method, the received historical remote control requests are counted to generate the common control time period with the control frequency larger than the threshold frequency, the corresponding control time is determined to be in the target time period according to the subsequently received remote control requests and is not matched with the common control time period, and the notification message is sent. Therefore, when the control time of the household appliance receiving the remote control request is not matched with the common control period, the notification message is sent to the terminal equipment, so that the user confirms whether to continue to execute the remote control according to the notification message received by the terminal equipment, and the terminal can be requested to perform identity verification, and the use safety of the user is ensured.
