9. The method as claimed in claim 8, wherein the digital rights service method based on the blockchain technique,
the steps of the rights issue are detailed as follows:
1) The rights and interests issuer selects a digital rights and interests template, namely a standardized digital rights and interests model, binds a standardized rights and interests intelligent contract and divides the template into a homogeneous rights and interests template and a non-homogeneous rights and interests template;

4) The first-level user submits a rights and interests use verification and cancellation request, the platform generates a transaction to be signed of digital rights and interests use verification and cancellation, and the transaction to be signed is returned to the first-level user;
5) The first-level user signs the transaction to be signed by using the block chain wallet; and sent by the platform to the blockchain;
and after the platform inquires the transaction result from the block chain, returning the right use verification and cancellation result to the primary user.
