Detailed Description
In order to make the objects, technical solutions and advantages of the present application clearer, the present application will be described in further detail with reference to the accompanying drawings, and it is obvious that the described embodiments are only a part of the embodiments of the present application, and not all embodiments. All other embodiments, which can be derived by a person skilled in the art from the embodiments given herein without making any creative effort, shall fall within the protection scope of the present application.
In order to save manpower and material resources consumed in the proxy witness service processing process and improve the processing efficiency of the proxy witness service, the embodiment of the application provides a proxy witness service processing method and device. In order to better understand the technical solution provided by the embodiments of the present application, the basic principle of the solution is briefly described here.
It should be noted that the terms "first," "second," and the like in the description and claims of this application and in the drawings described above are used for distinguishing between similar elements and not necessarily for describing a particular sequential or chronological order. The technical scheme provided by the embodiment of the application is described below with reference to the accompanying drawings.
In recent years, proxy services of financial transaction systems have been activated, and some service transactions are gradually introduced into a proxy method for processing, such as proxy agent witness of remote account opening service for public deposit accounts.
The existing proxy agent method is completed by letter sending, mail or on-site verification and confirmation of a client manager, and the witness process is difficult to monitor, and witness data is scattered and difficult to file. Therefore, the processing process of the agent witness service in the related art needs to consume a large amount of manpower and material resources, and the processing efficiency of the agent witness service is low.
In view of this, the embodiments of the present application provide a method and an apparatus for processing an agent witness service, where the method for processing an agent witness service may obtain task configuration information corresponding to a service initiation instruction in response to receiving the service initiation instruction input by a first type of user of a target principal through a principal terminal; the task configuration information comprises target witness item information, a target entrustor identifier and a target trustee identifier; the target witness item information represents the to-be-processed items which need to be entrusted to the target trustee to process; sending the task configuration information to a server so that the server creates a target witness task and sends task prompt information to a second type of user corresponding to a target trustee; the task prompt information is used for reminding task response; the target witness task comprises target witness item information, a target entrustor identifier, a target trustee identifier and a target witness task number; and if the reply prompt information corresponding to the target witness task is received and the witness result query operation of the first class of users on the target witness task is monitored, displaying the business processing result information of the target witness task. The method comprises the steps of enabling a server to establish a target witness task by acquiring task configuration information of a target consignor, displaying service processing result information of the target witness task if a reply prompt message corresponding to the target witness task is received and the witness result query operation of a first class of users on the target witness task is monitored, providing a mechanism for performing online electronic processing on the agent witness service, realizing the electronization of the agent witness service processing based on the target witness task, and improving the processing efficiency of the agent witness service.
The preferred embodiments of the present application will be described below with reference to the accompanying drawings of the specification, it should be understood that the preferred embodiments described herein are merely for illustrating and explaining the present application, and are not intended to limit the present application, and that the embodiments and features of the embodiments in the present application may be combined with each other without conflict.
The agent witness service processing method provided in the embodiments of the present application is further explained below. The application provides a proxy witness service processing method, as shown in fig. 1, applied to a delegation terminal, comprising the following steps:
s101, responding to a received service initiating instruction input by a first class user of a target consignor, and acquiring task configuration information corresponding to the service initiating instruction.
The task configuration information comprises target witness item information, a target entrustor identifier and a target trustee identifier; the target witness item information characterizes the backlog that needs to be delegated to the target trusted party for processing.
In the following embodiments of the present application, it can be assumed that the target principal is a principal Ba _ C _01 and the target trusted party is a trusted party Ba _ a _01; the entrusting terminal is a terminal device 100, the server is a server 200, the first entrusted terminal is a terminal device 300, and the second entrusted terminal is a terminal device 400, wherein the server 200 can be in communication connection with the terminal device 100, the terminal device 300 and the terminal device 400; the first class of users are User _1, the identity of the User _1 accords with a preset first identity range, wherein the User of which the identity of any target consignor accords with the first identity range can initiate agent witness business, for example, the first identity range can comprise a teller, a product sales manager, a senior teller and a customer manager; the second class of users are users _2, the identities of the users _2 conform to a preset second identity range, wherein users whose identities of any one target trustee conform to the second identity range can perform witness task response, witness task allocation and witness result verification on the proxy witness service, and the second identity range can include operation supervisors and website responsible persons, for example.
Illustratively, the terminal device 100, in response to receiving a service initiation instruction Instr _01 input by a User _1 corresponding to an authorization row Ba _ C _01, acquires task configuration information jobb _ Basic _ Info _01 corresponding to the service initiation instruction Instr _01, where the task configuration information jobb _ Basic _ Info _01 includes Target Witness item information Witness _ Subject _ Target, a Target authorizer identifier Client _ Target _ ID, and a Target entrusted identifier trust _ Target _ ID; the Target Witness Item information Witness _ Subject _ Target characterizes the backlog Item that needs to be delegated to the trusted party Ba _ C _01 for processing. The number of the to-be-processed Item items may be one or more, and for example, the to-be-processed Item may include an to-be-processed Item _ i and an to-be-processed Item _ j.
In particular implementations, a first class of users of the target principal, such as a teller, a product sales manager, a senior teller, a customer manager, may initiate a proxy witness service. The first class of users can check the content to be witnessed as target witness item information and upload corresponding attachments corresponding to the target witness item information. If the first class of users definitely knows the agency mechanism information of the target trustee, the identification of the target trustee can be directly input; if the agency information of the target trusted party is not known, agency identification query can be carried out according to preset query options. For example, the selected target trusted party identifier may be queried according to the administrative region of the registration place, the administrative region of the business place, and the like.
And S102, sending the task configuration information to the server so that the server creates a target witness task and sends task prompt information to a second type of user corresponding to the target trusted party.
The task prompt information is used for reminding task response; the target witness task comprises target witness item information, a target consignor identification, a target consignee identification and a target witness task number.
Illustratively, the terminal device 100 sends the task configuration information Job _ Basic _ Info _01 to the server 200, so that the server 200 creates the Target witness task Job _ Target, and sends the task prompt information Job _ prop _ Info to the User _2 corresponding to the trusted party Ba _ a _01. Wherein, the task prompt information Job _ Promp _ Info is used for reminding the task response; the Target Witness Job _ Target includes Target Witness item information Witness _ Subject _ Target, a Target delegator identification Client _ Target _ ID, a Target Trustee _ Target _ ID, and a Target Witness Job number Job _ Target _ ID.
And S103, if the reply prompt information corresponding to the target witness task is received and the witness result query operation of the first class user on the target witness task is monitored, displaying the service processing result information of the target witness task.
In some embodiments, if the reply prompt message corresponding to the target witness task is received and the witness result query operation of the first type user on the target witness task is monitored, the entrusting terminal may request and display the service processing result information of the target witness task from the server. In other embodiments, the reply prompt message may also include the business processing result message of the target witness task, and if the reply prompt message corresponding to the target witness task is received and the witness result query operation of the first type of user on the target witness task is monitored, the business processing result message of the target witness task included in the reply prompt message is displayed.
Illustratively, if the terminal device 100 receives the reply prompt information Result _ Over _ Promp _ Info corresponding to the Target witness task Job _ Target and monitors the witness Result query operation of the User _1 on the Target witness task Job _ Target, the terminal device displays the service processing Result information Job _ W _ R _ Over of the Target witness task Job _ Target.
In an optional embodiment, in step S103, if the reply prompt information corresponding to the target witness task is received and the witness result query operation of the first type of user on the target witness task is monitored, before displaying the service processing result information of the target witness task, as shown in fig. 2, the method further includes:

In some embodiments, the agent witness service processing method, as shown in fig. 3, includes the following steps:

The task prompt information is used for reminding task response; the target witness tasks comprise target witness item information, target consignor identification, target consignee identification, response state information and target witness task numbers.
And S303, if the task adjustment operation of the first class of users for the target witness task is monitored, and the response state information of the target witness task indicates that the second class of users do not perform response processing, sending task modification indication information to the server so that the server modifies the target witness task according to the task modification indication information.
When the server establishes the target witness task, the response state information of the target witness task can be set to be a to-be-responded state, and the to-be-responded state represents that the target witness task is in to-be-responded. After the server receives the response of the second type of user to the target witness task, the response state information of the target witness task can be modified into other preset response state types from the state to be responded.
S304, if the reply prompt information corresponding to the target witness task is received and the witness result query operation of the first class user on the target witness task is monitored, displaying the business processing result information of the target witness task.
In some embodiments of the present application, the task adjustment operation may also be task deletion. After the task deletion is performed on the target witness task, the witness result query process for the target witness task shown in step S304 is not performed any more.
In one embodiment, the task adjustment operation may also be a task deletion operation; and if the task deleting operation of the first class of users for the target witness task is monitored, and the response state information of the target witness task indicates that the second class of users do not perform response processing, sending task deleting indication information to the server so that the server performs deleting processing on the target witness task according to the task deleting indication information.
In some embodiments, after sending the task prompt information to the second type user corresponding to the target trusted party in step S302, before sending the task modification instruction information to the server in step S303, as shown in fig. 4, the method further includes the following steps:
s401, if a witness task inquiry command input by a first type user of a target consignor is monitored, task inquiry indication information is sent to a server, so that the server returns witness task list information.
The task query indication information comprises a target consignor identification; the witness task list information comprises task detail information of the associated witness task; the associated witness tasks are witness tasks matched with the target entrustor identification; the task detail information comprises witness task numbers and witness item information.
In an optional embodiment, the task detail information further includes response state information of the target witness task and reply state information corresponding to the target witness item information; the reply state information represents whether the target trustee has uploaded the item witness result information corresponding to the target witness item information.
S402, responding to the received witness task list information returned by the server, and displaying a witness task list.
The witness task list comprises a target witness task number and target witness project information.
In the method for processing the agent witness business provided in the above embodiment, the server creates the target witness task by obtaining the task configuration information of the target principal, and if the reply prompt information corresponding to the target witness task is received and the witness result query operation of the first user on the target witness task is monitored, the business processing result information of the target witness task is displayed.
In an alternative embodiment, the agent witness service processing method is applied to the first trusted terminal, as shown in fig. 5, and includes the following steps:
s501, receiving task prompt information sent by a server; and the task prompt information is sent to the second class of users corresponding to the target trusted party after the server creates the target witness task.
The target witness task is created by the server after the entrusting terminal responds to a service initiating instruction input by a first class of users of a target entrusting party, acquires task configuration information corresponding to the service initiating instruction and sends the task configuration information to the server; the task configuration information comprises target witness item information, a target entrustor identifier and a target trustee identifier; the target witness item information represents the to-be-processed items which need to be entrusted to the target trustee to process; the target witness task comprises target witness item information, a target consignor identification, a target consignee identification and a target witness task number.
Illustratively, still with the target principal being the principal Ba _ C _01, the target trusted party is the trusted party Ba _ a _01; the entrusting terminal is the terminal device 100, the server is the server 200, the first entrusted terminal is the terminal device 300, and the second entrusted terminal is the terminal device 400; the first class of users is User _1, the second class of users is User _2, and the second class of users is User _3, and the identity of the User _3 conforms to a preset third identity range, wherein any User whose target trusted party's identity conforms to the third identity range may perform witness implementation, witness result uploading, and witness result updating for the proxy witness service, for example, the third identity range may include a teller, a senior teller, a product sales manager, a customer manager, and a witness specialist. The terminal device 300 receives task prompt information Job _ Promp _ Info sent by the server 200; the Job prompt information Job _ Promp _ Info is sent to the User _2 corresponding to the trusted party Ba _ a _01 after the server 200 creates the Target witness Job _ Target.
In an alternative embodiment, the target witness task further includes response status information; the response state information comprises a state to be responded, a first response state and a second response state; the state to be responded represents that the second class of users do not carry out response processing; the first response state represents that the second type of users have accepted the target witness task; the second answer state indicates that the second type of user has rejected the target witness task.
S502, displaying task processing reminding information corresponding to the target witness task based on the task prompt information; the task processing reminding information is used for reminding the second class of users to carry out task response.
Illustratively, based on the task prompt information Job _ Promp _ Info, displaying task processing reminding information Job _ Deal _ Note corresponding to the Target witness task Job _ Target; and the task processing reminding information Job _ Deal _ Note is used for reminding the User of User _2 to carry out task response.
S503, responding to the received prompt information to be reviewed sent by the server and monitoring the confirmation and verification operation of the second class of users on the result information to be reviewed corresponding to the target witness task, sending a result confirmation instruction corresponding to the result information to be reviewed to the server, so that the server obtains the business processing result information of the target witness task based on the result information to be reviewed, and sending reply prompt information corresponding to the target witness task to the first class of users of the target entrusting party; and the pending processing result information is uploaded by the third type of users corresponding to the target trustee.

In specific implementation, the server obtains the service processing result information of the target witness task based on the pending processing result information, which may specifically be that the pending processing result information is used as the service processing result information.
In embodiments of the application, a second class of users of the target trusted party may respond to the target witness task. The response to the target witness task comprises two types: and agreeing to the consignation task and refusing the consignation task. When the second type of user rejects the target witness task, a rejection reason needs to be entered.
In an alternative embodiment, after the task processing reminding information corresponding to the target witness task is displayed based on the task prompt information in step S502, before the result confirmation instruction corresponding to the pending processing result information is sent to the server in step S503, as shown in fig. 6, the method further includes the following steps:
s601, if receiving a task acceptance operation of the target witness task input by the second type of user, sending a first response instruction corresponding to the task acceptance operation to the server.
In specific implementation, the first response instruction is a preset instruction corresponding to the task receiving operation, so that the server can judge that the task receiving operation is input by the second type of user.
S602, if a task rejection operation for the target witness task input by a second type of user is received, sending a second response instruction corresponding to the task rejection operation to the server based on rejection information of the second type of user for the target witness task, so that the server stores the rejection information in association with the target witness task, and sends rejection entrusting prompt information corresponding to the target witness task to the first type of user of a target entrusting party; the second response instruction includes rejection event information.
In specific implementation, the second response instruction is a preset instruction corresponding to the task rejection operation, so that the server can judge that the task rejection operation is input by the second type of user.
In an embodiment of the application, the second type of user of the target trustee may assign the target witness task to the third type of user of the target trustee, so that the third type of user of the target trustee may implement the target witness task and upload witness result information.
In an alternative embodiment, after the task processing reminding information corresponding to the target witness task is displayed based on the task prompt information in step S502, before the result confirmation instruction corresponding to the pending processing result information is sent to the server in step S503, as shown in fig. 7, the method further includes the following steps:

In some embodiments, the electronic device may be a server; in other embodiments, the electronic device may also be a terminal device. A memory 2001 for storing computer programs executed by the processor 2002. The memory 2001 may mainly include a program storage area and a data storage area, wherein the program storage area may store an operating system, a program required for operating an instant messaging function, and the like; the storage data area can store various instant messaging information, operation instruction sets and the like.
The memory 2001 may be a volatile memory (volatile memory), such as a random-access memory (RAM); the memory 2001 may also be a non-volatile memory (non-volatile memory) such as, but not limited to, a read-only memory (rom), a flash memory (flash memory), a Hard Disk Drive (HDD) or a solid-state drive (SSD), or the memory 2001 is any other medium that can be used to carry or store desired program code in the form of instructions or data structures and that can be accessed by a computer. Memory 2001 may be a combination of the above.
The processor 2002, may include one or more Central Processing Units (CPUs), or be a digital processing unit, etc. The processor 2002 is configured to implement the above-described proxy witness service processing method when calling the computer program stored in the memory 2001.
The communication module 2003 is used for communication with electronic devices and other terminals or servers.
The embodiment of the present application does not limit the specific connection medium among the memory 2001, the communication module 2003, and the processor 2002. In the embodiment of the present application, the memory 2001 and the processor 2002 are connected by a bus 2004 in fig. 20, the bus 2004 is represented by a thick line in fig. 20, and the connection manner between other components is only schematically illustrated and is not limited. The bus 2004 may be divided into an address bus, a data bus, a control bus, and the like. For ease of illustration, only one thick line is shown in FIG. 20, but this is not intended to represent only one bus or type of bus.
The embodiment of the application also provides a computer storage medium, wherein computer-executable instructions are stored in the computer storage medium and used for realizing the agent witness service processing method described in any embodiment of the application.
Embodiments of the present application also provide a computer program product or computer program comprising computer instructions stored in a computer readable storage medium. When the processor of the computer device reads the computer instructions from the computer readable storage medium, the processor executes the computer instructions, so that the computer device executes the agent witness service processing method in any one of the above embodiments.

Claims (16)

1. A proxy witness service processing method is applied to a client terminal and comprises the following steps:
responding to a received service initiating instruction input by a first class user of a target consignor, and acquiring task configuration information corresponding to the service initiating instruction; the task configuration information comprises target witness item information, a target entrustor identifier and a target trustee identifier; the target witness item information represents the to-be-processed items which need to be entrusted to a target trustee to process;
sending the task configuration information to a server so that the server creates a target witness task and sends task prompt information to a second type of user corresponding to a target trustee; the task prompt information is used for reminding task response; the target witness task comprises the target witness item information, the target entrustor identification, the target trustee identification and a target witness task number;
and if the reply prompt information corresponding to the target witness task is received and the witness result query operation of the first class of users on the target witness task is monitored, displaying the service processing result information of the target witness task.
2. The method according to claim 1, wherein before the step of displaying the business processing result information of the target witness task if the reply prompt message corresponding to the target witness task is received and the witness result query operation of the first type of user on the target witness task is monitored, further comprises:
if the refusal entrusting prompt information corresponding to the target witness task is received and the refusal detail inquiry operation of the first class of users on the target witness task is monitored, sending a first result inquiry instruction to the server so that the server returns refusal routing information corresponding to the refusal entrusting prompt information;
displaying the first result information of the target witness task based on the received rejection routing information; the first result information includes the rejection event information.
3. The method of claim 1, wherein the target witness task further comprises answer status information; after sending task prompt information to a second class of users corresponding to a target trusted party and before displaying service processing result information of the target witness task, the method further comprises the following steps:
if the task adjustment operation of the first type of user for the target witness task is monitored, and it is judged that the response state information of the target witness task represents that the second type of user does not perform response processing, task modification indication information is sent to the server, so that the server can change the target witness task according to the task modification indication information.
4. A proxy witness service processing method is applied to a first trusted terminal and comprises the following steps:
receiving task prompt information sent by a server; the task prompt information is sent to a second class of users corresponding to the target trusted party after the server creates the target witness task; the target witness task is created by the server after the entrusting terminal responds to a service initiating instruction input by a first class of users of a target entrusting party, acquires task configuration information corresponding to the service initiating instruction and sends the task configuration information to the server; the task configuration information comprises target witness item information, a target entrustor identifier and a target trustee identifier; the target witness item information represents the to-be-processed items which need to be entrusted to the target trustee to process; the target witness task comprises the target witness item information, the target entrustor identification, the target trustee identification and a target witness task number;
displaying task processing reminding information corresponding to the target witness task based on the task prompting information; the task processing reminding information is used for reminding the second class of users to carry out task response;
