contract signing management system: the system is used for managing the whole electronic contract signing system pair; the main users are product management, group law, group finance, contract signing management system function includes: system application management, operation management, enterprise body management, seal management, contract template management, approval process management, user management and system logs;
open system interface: the method is used for accessing the existing group system into the electronic signing system, directly realizing system butt joint, initiating contract and contract management, managing real names of clients and the clients, providing butt joint with the system and realizing the automatic process with the existing service system.

The electronic contracting system based on WEB application interface access according to claim 1, wherein the open system interface includes a PAAS interface for connecting with a tenant with development capability, a WEB interface for connecting with a tenant without development capability, and an interface for connecting with an electronic contract service provider.

a user logs in the electronic signature system and carries out real-name authentication after logging in successfully;
the method comprises the steps that a user sends a real-name authentication mobile phone short message to an electronic signature system, the mobile phone short message is returned to the user after being successfully sent, the user requests three-factor real-name authentication to the electronic signature system, the electronic signature system requests three-factor authentication to a contract signing platform, and the contract signing platform performs three-factor authentication on the user;
the contract signing platform returns information of successful verification and failure to the electronic signature system;

the electronic signature system sends a tenant subject agreement signature, the tenant subject agreement signature starts to automatically sign to a contract external service when only the tenant subject flies for signature/the tenant returns, the contract external service automatically signs successfully and returns to the tenant subject agreement signature, the tenant subject agreement signature informs that the node declaration cycle changes to inform that the contract life cycle changes, and simultaneously starts a scheduling logic to a node scheduling center, and the node scheduling center searches for the next signer;
